ONEPLUS Pro 2 Bluetooth Ear Earbuds
Earbuds
When OnePlus Buds Pro 2 is being worn, you can press it to trigger related operations.
Replacing ear tips
Use ear tips in appropriate size to enjoy optimal comfort and noise
cancellation experience. Check the buds accessories for ear tips in different
sizes.
Pairing and connecting
- To connect the buds to a OnePlus 6 (or later versions), enable Bluetooth on the OnePlus mobile phone, open the charging case of the buds, place the charging case close to the phone, and follow the prompts.
- To connect to a non-OnePlus phone or the other Bluetooth device, place OnePlus Buds Pro 2 into the charging case with the cover opened. Press and hold the setup button of the charging case for 2s to enter Bluetooth settings. Then, select OnePlus Buds Pro 2.
- To restore factory settings, place the buds into the charging case with the cover opened. Press and hold the setup button of the charging case for 15s until the indicator blinks red
Buds details
- For OnePlus 6 (or later versions)
- You can set buds details and upgrade the software version of the buds under Settings > Bluetooth.
- Other Android phones
- Download and install HeyMelody to obtain features of the buds and upgrade the software version for enhanced listening experience.

You can customize the single-tap, double-tap, and triple-tap functions of the
left bud and right bud on the phone to perform different commands
- Press once : “Play/Pause”, “Answer/End”
- Press twice : “Next”, “Reject” • •
- Press 3 times : “Previous”
Noise control
Press 1S
Press and hold the press area for 1s to switch the noise control mode between
“Intelligent noise cancellation” and “Transparency” by default.
- To switch between two different modes, enter Settings > Buds details.
Zen Mode Air
With white noise, “Zen Mode Air” creates comfortable and independent space to
let you stay focused at work efficiently.
Press 3s
- Press and hold the press area for 3s to enter “Zen Mode Air”.
- Press once: Press the press area once to exit “Zen Mode Air”.
You can select the scenario in “Zen Mode Air” for greater concentration.
Charging the buds
- Place OnePlus Buds Pro 2 into the charging case, and they will be charged automatically.
- Use a Type-C cable to charge the charging case.
- OnePlus Buds Pro 2 supports Qi wireless charging.
OnePlus Buds Pro 2R does not support Qi wireless charging.
Safety Instructions
Before using the device, please read and observe the following considerations to ensure the best performance of the device and avoid dangerous or illegal situations.
Electronic Devices
- Product Rated Power : ≤22.39mW
- Frequency Range: 2402-2480MHz
- Where there is a prohibition on the use of wireless devices, please do not use this device; otherwise it will interfere with other electronic devices or cause other hazards.
Impact on Medical Device
- In medical or healthcare settings where the use of wireless devices is explicitly prohibited, please observe the requirements of the site and switch off the device.
- Radio waves from the earphones may affect the normal functioning of implantable medical devices or personal medical devices such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, and hearing aids. If you use these medical equipment, please consult with the manufacturer for restrictions on the use of the equipment.
- When using this product, please keep at least 15 cm away from implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, etc.
Hearing Protection
- When you use earphones to listen to music or make phone calls, it is recommended that you use the minimum volume required for music or calls to avoid damaging your hearing. Long-time exposure to high volume may cause permanent hearing impairment.
- Exposure to high volume when driving may distract the driver and may cause accidents.
Traffic Safety
- Please comply with the relevant regulations of the country or region and do not use this product when driving.
- Keep in mind that driving safety is the most important thing and do not do anything that may cause distraction.
- The electronic devices of the car may malfunction due to the radio interference of the earphones. Please contact the manufacturer for detailed information.
- Wireless devices may interfere with the flight system of the aircraft. Please comply with the relevant regulations of the airline. Do not use the device when there is a prohibition using wireless equipment.
Child Safety
- This device and its accessories may contain small parts. Please place the device and its accessories in places that your children cannot reach. Children may damage the device and its accessories unintentionally, or swallow small parts of the device which may cause suffocation. Other hazards may also occur.
- This device is not a toy, therefore children should use it under the supervision of a guardian.
Accessories Requirements
Only accessories approved by the device manufacturer and compatible with the device can be used. The use of other types of accessories may violate the warranty provisions of the equipment and the relevant provisions of the country in which the equipment is in place, and may lead to incidents. For approved accessories, please contact authorized service centers.
Battery Safety
- Please use certified adapter for charging
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery, insert foreign matter, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids, to avoid battery leakage, overheating, fire or explosion.
- Do not drop, squeeze or puncture the battery, excessive external pressure on the battery may lead to short circuit and overheating inside the battery.
- This device is equipped with a built-in battery that is not removable. Do not replace the battery on your own to prevent causing damage to the battery or device. The battery can only be replaced in authorized service centers. Caution risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
- Please dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
Operation Environment
- Do not use the device in wet environment or near magnetic field to avoid internal circuit malfunction of the device.
- Please do not use the device in thunderstorm weather. Thunderstorms may cause malfunction of the device or risks of electric shock.
- Please use the device within a temperature range of 0°C-+35°C and store the device and its accessories within a temperature range of -10°C-+50°C. Extremely high or low temperatures may cause malfunction of the device. The performance of battery may compromise when temperature is lower than 5°C
- Do not place the device in a position subject to direct sunlight, such as car dashboard or window sill.
- Do not expose the device to hot places or ignition sources, such as electric heater, oven, microwaves, water heaters, stove, candle, or any other place that may generate heat.
- Do not place pins and other sharp metal items around the receivers or speakers, so as to avoid metal items being attached which may cause harm to you.
Care and Maintenance
- If you are not using the earphones, please put the earphones back into Charging Case to prevent loss and charge the headset in time.
- Please keep the device and its accessories in dry environment. Do not dry the device by using heating devices such as microwaves or hair dryer.
- Do not place the device and its accessories in the area where temperature is too high or too low; otherwise it may cause malfunction, fire, or explosion.
- Before cleaning and maintenance, please stop using the device, close all apps, and disconnect the device from other devices. Do not use strong chemicals products, detergents, or cleaning equipment to clean the device its accessories. Please use a clean, dry, and soft cloth to wipe the device or its accessories.
- Do not put magnetic stripe cards (such as bank cards, SIM cards, etc.) together with the device for a long time because magnetic stripe cards may be damaged by magnetic field.
- Do not disassemble or modify the device and its accessories, otherwise the warranty will not be applicable. If malfunction of the device happens, please contact the authorized service centers.
Warning
Do not swallow earphones. Children and Minors should use the device under the
supervision of a guardian to prevent swallowing.
Environmental protection
- Please do not throw away the device and its accessories as ordinary domestic waste.
- Please comply with the local regulations for handling the device and its accessories and support recycling campaigns.
- To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.

When this product reaches its end of ice, user has the choice to give this product to a competent recycling organization.
