Safety and Usage Guidelines:

Special Considerations: Individuals with physical or sensory impairments, as well as some adults with developmental disabilities, may use this product under the proper supervision and guidance of individuals who understand the associated risks.

Warning: Avoid contact with electronic components, batteries, or charging stands of the robot. Users are not permitted to perform maintenance on the internal components of the product.

Professional Maintenance: Any maintenance or repairs required for this product must be conducted by authorized maintenance personnel.

Voltage Compatibility: Please make sure that the rated power supply voltage of the charging dock meets the standard plug voltage.

Before operating the robot, please read all the safety precautions and operation instructions.

Please pay attention to all warnings on the battery, power adapter, robot and user instructions.

WARNING

  • This product must only be used with the original battery, charging dock and adapter to prevent potential product damage, electric shock, or fire.
    Before use, place the charging dock against a wall, ensuring that there are no objects within 2 meters in front and 1 meter to the left and right.

  • Do not use the product if the robot or accessories are damaged. Contact our after-sales service department for assistance.

  • Avoid touching the power plug or the product with wet hands to prevent the risk of electric shock.

  • Do not use this product in areas without protective rails to prevent accidental falls of the vacuum cleaner that may result in personal injury.

  • Refrain from dragging or moving the product by pulling on the power cord. Do not excessively twist, bend, or place heavy objects on the power cord.

  • Keep the product away from flammable, explosive and corrosive materials.

  • Store the product away from direct heat source

  4. In the event of battery leakage, wipe any liquid off the skin or clothes with a dry cloth. Dispose of used batteries at designated recycling stations or maintenance points; do not discard them

To remove: Hold the handle and pull it out.
To insert: Place the dust bin back, ensuring the handle lies flat

Note: For optimal vacuum efficiency, clean the dust bin filter after each use, as a buildup of debris can impact vacuum performance.

Cleaning and brushes

Use the provided cleaning tool to clear debris from the side brushes. If hair is heavily entangled, carefully use scissors to cut it before cleaning

Installation Steps: Align the brush with the designated position and firmly press it down until you hear a “snap” sound, indicating successful side brush installation. To remove the side brush, grip it at either end and gently pull it out.
Note: Before using the device, always ensure that the side brushes are properly installed, as they are essential for its operation.

USING THE VACUUM

Note: Prior to use, remove the protective strips and clear any small objects or obstacles from the room, paying particular attention to wires and other potential entanglements.

  • Not suitable for use in extreme hot conditions (+60°C) or extremely cold environments (-5°C).

  • Designed for indoor use only.

  • Avoid use in areas lacking protective fencing to prevent potential personal injury from accidental falls.

  • Do not use in humid, flammable, explosive, or corrosive environments.

  • Prevent the product from absorbing unextinguished cigarette butts or matches.

  • Avoid using it to handle toner or colour pans from laser printers and copiers, as these substances can pose a fire hazard.

  • Refrain from using the product to absorb sharp objects like glass, nails, etc., to prevent damage to the product.

  • To prevent machine jamming, do not use on carpets with a thickness exceeding 12mm.

On/Off

To initiate standby mode, long-press the ‘auto’ button when the device is in the off state. The buzzer will sound once, and three indicator lights will illuminate before returning to standby mode.
USING THE VACUUM

Stanby mode

When the machine is in standby mode, there are six different operation options:

  1. Automatic Shutdown: If the machine remains idle, it will automatically power off after 5 minutes.
  2. Auto Cleaning: Press the AUTO button, and the buzzer will sound once as the machine enters automatic cleaning mode.
  3. Fixed-Point Cleaning: Press the fixed cleaning button, and the buzzer will sound once as the machine enters automatic fixed-point cleaning mode.
  4. Return Home: Press the home button, and the buzzer will sound once as the machine enters automatic recharge mode.
  5. Shutdown: Press and hold the AUTO button for 3 seconds, and the buzzer will sound twice as the machine powers down.
  6. Direct Charging: Plug in the charger, and the buzzer will sound once while the light flashes, indicating that the machine has entered direct charging mode.

Automatic cleaning mode

When the machine is in automatic cleaning mode, the automatic cleaning LED light is illuminated, indicating that it is engaged in house or room cleaning. The machine follows its internal cleaning path while intelligently avoiding obstacles and steps. There are four steps to change its operational status:

  1. To enter standby mode, press the automatic or fixed-point button on the machine, and the buzzer will sound once.
  2. In case of low battery power, the buzzer will sound three times, and the machine will transition to automatic recharge mode.
  3. If the machine encounters an issue, it will sound the buzzer and flash its lights, indicating an error mode.
  4. Upon inserting the charger, the buzzer will sound once, and the machine will switch into charging mode

Fixed point cleaning mode

When the machine is in fixed-point cleaning mode, the fixed-point LED light is illuminated. In the absence of obstacles, it will automatically return to recharge mode after completing its fixed-point cleaning task. This mode is intended for small area cleaning.

To change the machine’s operational status:

  1. Press the automatic or fixed-point button on the machine, and the buzzer will sound once as the machine enters standby mode.
  2. If the machine encounters a problem, it will sound the buzzer, flash its lights, and enter error mode.

Automatic recharge

The machine will automatically return to the charging dock for recharging when its power level drops below 20 percent. In charging mode, the LED light of the automatic cleaning mode will flash, indicating that the machine is currently charging. The light will stop flashing and remain on once the machine is fully charged.

In this mode, there are three options to return to the auto cleaning mode after the machine is fully charged: press the ‘Auto’ button on the machine, press the ‘A’ button on the remote, or tap the ‘Auto’ icon on the app.
Automatic recharge 

Troubleshooting

In case of a malfunction, the machine will cease operation. The ‘Auto Cleaning’ and ‘Fixed-Point Cleaning’ lights will simultaneously illuminate, and the buzzer will sound an alarm. The machine will power off if there is no manual intervention.

CHARGING METHODS

Charging dock placement

For optimal operation, we highly recommend that the dock is:

  1. Positioned on stable ground and placed against a wall.
  2. Ensure that the path to the dock is clear of all objects to avoid obstruction.
  3. Do not position any furniture or other objects within one meter to both the right and left of the base.

Manual charging

Connect the power adapter directly to the machine and plug the other end into the power supply

  1. For the initial charge, please charge the machine for a continuous period of 12 hours.
  2. During regular use, store the machine on the charging dock and ensure that the charging dock remains connected to the power supply.
  3. If the machine will not be used for an extended period, it is advisable to fully charge it, power it off, and store it in a well-ventilated and dry location.

Cleaning side brushes

To maintain the machine’s optimal performance clean the side brushes when they becomes dirty. If damaged, they can be replaced.

Cleaning the Brush: Remove the side brush and wipe it clean with a cloth.
Clean the Universal Wheel: To reduce hair entanglement, clean the universal wheel.

Water Tank Installation and Maintenance Guide

Operating the Water Tank

This product comes equipped with additional components. If you wish to mop the floor after the cleaning process is complete, you can attach the water tank components to the vacuum cleaner to enable sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping functions. Detailed instructions are provided below.

  • If the vacuum is paused during mopping to refill water, it will automatically reconfigure its route upon resuming operation. For optimal results, it is recommended to use the vacuum for mopping within a single room.
  • When you wish to clean another room, kindly relocate the vacuum to that room and refill the water tank if necessary.
  • Avoid using the mopping attachment on carpets.
  • Please exercise caution and add water promptly during the cleaning process. Ensure that you detach the water tank for refilling.
  • It is essential to remove the water tank when charging the robot.
  1. Install mopping pad.
    Attach the mopping pad to the fasteners at the back of the water tank.

  2. Fill the water tank.
    Open the rubber silicone plug on the water inlet, pour water into the water tank slowly, and securely reseal the rubber plug after filling.

  1. Attach the water tank.
    Position the machine with the bottom facing upwards, align the water-filled water tank attachment, and securely fasten it into the mounting holes.

  2. Start mopping.
    Position the vacuum robot in the room that requires cleaning and start your chosen cleaning mode.

  1. Mopping Pad Cleaning: After cleaning, remove the water tank and detach the mopping pad.
    Rinse and thoroughly dry the mopping pad.

Schedule Function

The Schedule function is similar to the alarm clock on the phone. After setting the cleaning time, the machine will automatically enter the automatic cleaning mode at the setting time as long as the robot is in standby or charging on the recharging stand.

A. Click “Settings” to enter the timing interface (as shown in Figure 1.2).
B. Click the time you want to set, such as 15:47, which can be repeated one or more times. Select the working mode of appointment and save it (as shown in Figure 3).
C. Click saving button in the upper right corner (as shown in Figure 3).
D. If you need to cancel the setting time, click the switch on the right. If it disappears, the appointment of the day will be canceled.
E. When the machine reaches the setting time, it will run automatically.
