Product Usage Instructions

Installation

  1. Set up the hub in a central location of the apartment. Try to be 5 feet away from electronics or mental substances & at least 5 feet above ground.
  2. Plug the hub into a power outlet using the provided power adaptor and cables, waiting for the green power indicator to stop flashing and become steady on.

Configuration

Configure WiFi

  1. Open Arize Install APP.
  2. Click on WiFi Pairing.
  3. Select the device and scan the QR code of the device.
  4. Press the reset button for 2 seconds and wait for the network indicator to start flashing.
  5. Connect to a 2.4G network and enter the WiFi password.
  6. Activate the device successfully.

Add the Hub to the Unit/Room

  1. Select the Community/Unit and Room where you want to put the device.
  2. Add the smart hub and test it.

Add Zigbee sub device

  1. Make sure your community, unit, and room are selected where you want to add the entry sensor.
  2. Select the device model and scan the QR code.
  3. Connect successfully and run the test mode to pair the Zigbee sub-device with the hub.
  4. Use the Resident APP to view device status and receive security alerts.

Purpose & Description
The ASH120 is a smart hub product used in smart home, intelligent security industry,pension services. It’ s a central device, support LTE-Cat 1, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Zigbee3.0, wireless protocol. User can connect the network through LTE-Cat1, Wi-Fi and Ethernet. In addition, smart sensors can be connected through Zigbee 3.0.
