ASSEMBLIES

Wheel assembly Mount the crank A on the wheel B, using the service key.

UNPACKING, INSTALLATION AND PRIOR ASSEMBLIES

1. Unpack and install the machine as per the paragraphs 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 of the instructions manual.
2. Proceed with the prior assemblies (SEE PART “ASSEMBLIES”).
3. Connect the machine to the mains as per the paragraph 4.5 of the instructions manual.
4. Proceed to connect the machine to the compressed air source as per the paragraph 4.6 of the instructions manual.
5. Connect the dust collector pipe **(1),** as per paragraph 2 of the annex to the instructions manual.
6. Unlock the compressed air valve **(3)** and be sure that the machine has at least a pressure of 6 bar, showed on the pressure indicator.
7. Switch on the machine by means of the main switch **(5).  

** Loader assembly Remove nuts A, washers B and screws C from their housing.
Position loader D and attach with nuts A, washers B and screws C.
Make sure that loader belt rollers E turn freely.

Assembly of table inserts Place the table inserts A at the entrance and exit of the work table and fix them with the screws B and washers C.
Place the supports D in the holes provided.

(9) Checking electrical connection.
If the electrical connection is wrong it can cause dangerous situations to the user and irreparable damages to the machine.
To check the connection pass a panel following the indications:

1. Check that the electrical connection light **(11)** is on.
2. Press the icon operating mode without temperature **(19)** and check that the glue is cold.
3. Press the **“ON”** button **(10)** in order the **“ON”** light remains fixed.  

Before switching on the machine for the first time, please read carefully and follow the instructions explained in the “FIRST JOB GUIDE”.

4. Put a panel on the table and introduce it in the feeder

24. checking that the feeding is correct.
    (5)In case the motor turned in the opposite direction it will be no possible to introduce the panel. Modify the connection following section 4.5 on the instructions manual.

10. Operation mode with temperature:

    • Press icon (18) on the welcome screen.
    • Press the “ON” button (10) from the welcome screen.

• Temperature selection:
  Pressing on the temperature set by the user (27) it will appear a keyboard.
  Introduce the wished temperature and press enter.
  Once the temperature has been selected press the “ON” button (10) to start the heating.

• While the glue is heating up:
  On the screen is showed the current temperature and the expected time to arrive to the set temperature.

• Machine ready:

• When the temperature arrives 10º under the set temperature, the machine is ready to work.
  The “ON” light (13) flickers.

• Working confirmation:

Pressing the “ON” button (10) the working status of the machine is confirmed, the “ON” light (13) remains fixed and the machine is ready to work.

• The range of operation of the machine is from 120 to 220º C.

• The working temperature depends of the glue manufacturer specifications.

• The machine comes from factory prepared
  to work with tapes of 2 mm thickness and trimming of 2 mm radius.

• For other adjustments go to section 5 of the manual instructions.

• Before switching on the machine for the first time, please read the section 3 on them anual “Safety instructions”.
