Installation
PLACE THE TAPE
- Press cylinder and open the blade
- Pull lever to open the roller (keep open on steps 9-15)
- Put tape into guide and slide
- Check tape exit
- Check tape slides smoothly
- Move back tape 5 cm from blade
- Pull the cylinder and close blade
- Put the tape against blade
- Put the tape against blade
ADJUSTMENT OF THE PRE-MILLING UNIT
(Machine is factory-set to edge thickness: 2 mm. For different thicknesses, perform adjustment sequence.
- Loose the crank handles of the base of pre-milling unit.
- Adjustment of the pre-milling unit: Adjust the thickness of the digital counter with knob.
- Lock handles.
- Place the guide supplement if necessary according to thickness of the edge.
- Measure panel thickness.
- Adjust panel thickness on the digital counter.
- Adjust panel thickness in feeder closure flange.
