FAQ
Q1: Why does the shower keep falling down and not fixed on the bracket?
Q2: There is a rattling sound inside the shower head. Is it normal or is
there something wrong with the shower head?
Q3: Why does it leak?
A3: If there is leakage, it may be improper installation. The solution is as follows. a.) If the hose leaks, put washers in both ends of the hose to prevent leaks. b.) If the shower arm is leaking, it may be due to the short threads on the shower arm. Put the spare washer on the mesh washer of the bracket nut to prevent water leakage. c.) If the bracket is leaking, it may be because the white plastic open O-ring of the bracket has loosened during long- term transportation, and you need to follow the steps below to reinstall the bracket.
