Installation Instruction

1. Open the printer’s front cover.
2. Take out the old cartridge.
3. Shake the new cartridge several times to ensure proper toner distribution.
4. Pull out the black paper from the new cartridge.
5. Remove the protective cover from the toner cartridge.
6. Insert the new toner cartridge into the printer, aligning it properly.
7. Close the printer’s front cover.

Troubleshooting

Error: Low Toner or Toner Empty

If you encounter this error message, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Shake the toner cartridge gently to redistribute the toner.
2. Reinstall the toner cartridge into the printer, ensuring it is properly inserted.
3. Check the toner level in the printer settings. If it is low, replace the cartridge with a new one.
4. Clean the contacts between the toner cartridge and the printer using a soft, lint-free cloth.
5. Reset the printer by turning it off and on again.

Error: Poor Print Quality or Faded Prints

If you are experiencing poor print quality or faded prints, follow these steps to improve the output:

1. Ensure that the toner cartridge is properly installed.
2. Shake the toner cartridge gently to distribute the toner evenly.
3. Check the printer settings and adjust the print density if necessary.
4. Run a printer cleaning cycle to improve the print quality.
