Getting Started
Please remain online (Wi-Fi or mobile data) for Step 1.
- Find the Deco labeled “Router.” Follow the app to set it up first for your internet connection.
- Find the Decos labeled “Satellite.” Follow the app to set them up later for more coverage.
LED Status
Each Dec has an LED light that changes color according to its status. See the explanation below.
LED | DECO STATUS |
---|---|
Pulse Yellow | Deco is resetting. |
Solid Yellow | Deco is starting up. |
Pulse Blue | Deco is ready for setup. |
Solid Blue | Deco is setting up. |
Pulse White | Deco is upgrading firmware |
Solid White | Deco is all set up and connected to internet. |
Pulse Red | The satellite Deco is disconnected from main Deco. |
Solid Red | Deco has an issue. |
Safety Information
- Adapter shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
- Keep the device away from water, fire, humidity or hot environments.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the device. If you need service, please contact us.
- Do not use damaged charger or USB cable to charge the device.
