Important Safety Instructions

When using this device, the following basic precautions should be always followed.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING.

1. The device is intended for household use only and not for medical or commercial purposes.
2. The device should only be used by children aged 9 and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or cognitive capabilities if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device in a safe way and understood the hazards  involved.
3. Do not use the device for more than 30 minutes each time. Excessive use may cause the device to overheat and shorten its lifespan.
4. Children should not play with the device.
5. Cleaning and maintenance should not be made by children.

DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:

1. Always unplug the device after use and before cleaning.
2. Never use pins or other metal fasteners with the device.
3. Never unzip the device.

WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury to persons:

1. Please consult your doctor before use if you are a user of the following types:
   -Children under 9
   -Pregnant or postpartum women
   -Persons with a pacemaker or implanted medical devices
   -Persons suffering from diabetes or other sensory impairment
   -Persons with open wounds, discolored areas or any part of the body that is swollen, burned, inflamed or where skin eruptions or sores are present
   -Persons with increased or reduced sensitivity to heat
   -Persons suffering from osteoporosis, weak bones, abnormal or curved spine or other acute pains
   -Persons with injured massage areas
   -Persons having received cardiac or visceral surgery
   -Persons easy to get sprained or injured
   -Persons feeling any discomfort (e.g. inflamed skin, redness, itching, etc.)
2. Never leave the device unattended when it is plugged in. Unplug the device when not in use and before putting on or removing parts.
3. Do not operate under a blank or pillow. Excessive heat may occur and cause fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
4. Close supervision is necessary when the device is used by, on or near children, sick persons or those with disabilities.
5. Do not use the attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
6. Never operate the device if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped, damaged or dropped into water. Return the device to a service center for examination and repair.
7. Do not carry the device by the power cord or use the power cord as a handle.
8. Keep the power cord away from the heated surfaces.
9. Do not use the device outdoors.
10. Do not operate in areas where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
11. To disconnect, switch all controls OFF and unplug the device.
12. If a high temperature or foul odor occurs, please stop using the device immediately and unplug it.
13. The device has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the device.
14. Use the heated surfaces with care to avoid burns. Do not use it on insensitive skin or on a person with poor blood circulation.
15. Do not use or store the device near water or in a high-temperature environment.
16. Do not use the device if the covers are detached.
17. Do not use the device with wet hands or feet.
18. Do not allow pets or animals to lie or chew on the device and its power cord.
19. Never reach or touch the device that has fallen into the water. Unplug the device immediately.
20. Position the power cord properly to avoid cable-related injuries.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Keep new and used coin batteries out of the reach of children.
2. Batteries can cause serious or fatal injuries in 2 hours or less if swallowed or placed in any part of the body.
3. Batteries can cause serious injuries if swallowed or placed inside any part of the body.
4. If you suspect your child has swallowed or inserted a button battery, seek medical attention immediately.

Note:
Do not unzip the foot massager.
Always pull the suction cups carefully.

Using the Product

• Do not use the device for more than 30mins each time.

• Do not stand up while massaging.

  1. Attach one end of the power adapter to the adapter port and plug the other end into an appropriate power outlet (DC 12V/2A). Once the device is plugged in, the power indicator will flash white, indicating that the device is in standby mode.
  2. Use the Touch Panel or Remote Control to operate the device.
     Remove the protective film from the touch panel and the isolation strip from the remote control before the first use.

| Press to turn on/off the device.
Once the device is turned on, its power indicator will turn solid white, followed by a beep.  The Heat, Knead Intensity (Low), Air Intensity (Low) and Timer (15mins) will be activated  by default.

| Press to turn on/off the heat function.
| Press to cycle knead intensity level through Low, Medium, High and OFF.
| Press to cycle air intensity level through Low, Medium, High and OFF.
| Press to switch massage duration between 15 and 30 minutes.

Note:

1. Unplug the device after each use.
2. Each time the button is pressed, the device will emit a beep to indicate successful operation.
3. The heat function can work only with kneading and/or air pressure function on.
4. If only the time function is enabled, the device will automatically enter standby mode after 10 seconds.
5. Once turned on again, the device will recall the default settings (Heat: On, Knead Intensity: Low, Air Intensity: Low, Time: 15mins).
6. The device is temperature protected and will automatically shut off when the temperature exceeds the safety limit.
7. For optimum performance of the remote control, point the remote control directly at the touch panel while using the device.
8. To prolong the battery life, remove the battery from the remote control when not in use for a long time.

Replace the Battery

1. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the fixing screw on the battery compartment.
2. Push the locking tab on the bottom edge of the remote control and hold it.
3. Pull the battery door out and install a CR2025 battery.
4. Push the battery door back in and tighten the fixing screw.

Tip: Keep the “+” symbol on the battery facing upwards when placing the battery in the battery door.

Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Do not use non-rated voltage (DC 12V/2A).
2. It is prohibited for non-professional personnel to repair the device or replace its parts.
3. Place and store the device in a cool and dry environment. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight. Keep away from humidity, heat and/or corrosive gas.
4. Do not place any heavy objects on the device.
5. Keep the device clean. Unplug the device before cleaning.
6. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the main body for daily cleaning. To wipe the stains caused by oil or cosmetics, use a soft, damp cloth with a neutral detergent or special detergent for leather. Never immerse the device in water or other liquids.
7. The foot covers are detachable and washable. Unzip and wash them. Do not use the device if the covers are detached.

Troubleshooting Guide

The heat function is not working well.| The device takes time to warm up to avoid the temperature rising too fast.| Wait for 7 to 8 minutes after turning on the device.
The kneading/air pressure function is not  working well.| Fail to adjust the knead/air intensity to a suitable level.| Press the Kneading/Air Intensity button to select an intensity level according to your preference.
No heat.| The heat function is not enabled.| Turn on the heat function.
The built-in heat protection is triggered due to excessive use.| Turn off the device to cool it down. Then turn on the heat function again.
No kneading/air  ressure.| The kneading/air pressure function is not activated.| Turn on the kneading/air pressure function via the touch panel or remote control.
The remote control is not working well.| The Isolation strip is not removed.| Remove the Isolation strip from the remote control  before the first use.
In low battery.| Replace the battery.
Improper use of the remote control.| Point the remote control directly at the touch panel while using it.
The touch panel is not working well.| The protective film is not removed.| Remove the protective film.
Use it with wet fingers.| Ensure your fingers are completely dry before using the touch panel.
Insufficient touch area.| Use your thumb to tap the button to get better touch sensitivity.
