Have you encountered the following problems when using the charging box?
- The foam of the fixing device does not match the plug, so it cannot be used
- The slot for charging doesn’t fit correctly
The reason for this problem is
- The foam in the charging box is only to prevent the product from being worn out during transportation, so it cannot assist charging
- Before charging the device, please remove the foam
What is the correct charging procedure?
Step1: remove sponge
