INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing the RENPHO Foot Massager with kneading and heating functions. Please use this product with the utmost care and safety in mind. To ensure safety and avoid any accidental damage or injury, please read this manual carefully and use the product only as indicated. Non-compliance may cause serious injuries, death and/or severe property damage.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following: Read all instructions before using (this appliance).

To reduce the risk of electric shock: 1) Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.

1.  An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from the outlet when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
2. Do not operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
3. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons. This is NOT a toy for children.
4. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
5. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug. Discontinue use if the product: is not working properly, has been dropped or damaged, or comes into contact with water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
6. Do not carry this appliance by the supply cord or use the cord as a handle.
7. Never operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
8. Never drop or insert any object(s) into the massager openings.
9. Do not use outdoors.
10. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
11. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove the plug from the outlet

Temperatures may become high enough to cause burns, regardless of the control setting. Do not use on an infant or invalid or on a sleeping or unconscious person. Do not use it on insensitive or highly sensitive skin or on a person with poor blood circulation. Check the skin in contact with the heated appliance areas often to reduce the risk of blistering.

Product Introduction

Function Power

Press to turn on/off the massager.

• Timer : Select 15 or 30 minutes auto shut-off. Knead
• Intensity : Select knead intensity among low, medium, high, off. Air
• Intensity : Select air intensity among low, medium, high, off.
• Heat : Press to turn on/off the heating function or select Full, Bottom, Instep heating area.
• TIPS : Use your thumb to press buttons to get better touch sensitivity.

USING THE RENPHO FOOT MASSAGER

We recommend you limit massaging to 15-30 minutes. Longer massage time may cause mild pain.

1. Connect the plug to the power source. The Power indicator flashes Green, accompanied by a beep sound and the massager enters standby mode.

2. Press the Power button. The Knead Intensity and Air Intensity will be low level (L). The default auto shut-off time will be 15 minutes with the red light on. And the heating function is on by default.

3. Press the Time button to change the auto shut-off to 30 minutes and the indicator light will turn blue.

4. Press the Knead Intensity and Air Intensity buttons to adjust the Knead and Air Intensity ( L, M, H, OFF ). Each press is accompanied by a beep sound.

5. Press the Heat button to turn ON/OFF the heating functions or select Full, Bottom, Instep Heating. There are 3 options: Full (Bottom+ Instep) Heating (Purple)/Bottom Heating (Red)/Instep Heating (Blue). The default setting is Full Heating (Bottom+ Instep). Press the Heat button to switch to Bottom Heating or Instep Heating, or to turn OFF the Heating function (the LED goes out, showing no color).
   Note : Heating, Kneading and Air pressure function can work independently.

6. The foot massager fits up to US Men’s size 12 (EU Men’s size 46 ).

7. Removable mesh: Unzip to remove and clean.

PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE

1. Please use the power adapter with output voltage of 12V and current of 4A.
2. It is prohibited for non-professional personnel to repair the massager or replace parts.
3. Do not use or store the appliance in wet environments or high temperatures.
4. Unplug the power cord from the outlet after use.
5. Ensure that the operation of this product does not exceed more than 30 minutes at any given time.
6. If you feel unwell or feel any unusual discomfort, please stop using the product immediately.
7. If a high temperature or foul odor is experienced while using the product, stop using immediately and unplug the device.
8. Any Individual who may be pregnant or recently gave birth, has a heart condition or a pacemaker, suffers from diabetes or other sensory impairment, phlebitis and/or thrombosis, joint dysfunction, inflammation or injuries, weak bones, osteoporosis, a high fever, an abnormal or curved spine, is at an increased risk of developing blood lots, has pins/screws/artificial joints or other medical devices implanted in his/her body, is being treated for a medical condition or physical injury or is under a doctor’s care should consult with a medical professional before using a massaging device designed for home use.
9. Do not use sharp objects to handle the product in order to avoid damage or injury.
10. Please keep the product clean. You can use a soft cotton cloth and neutral detergent to clean it. Dry completely before use.
11. To provide temperature protection and user safety, this device will automatically shut OFF when the temperature exceeds a safe limit.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

1. Poor contact due to disconnected power supply or loose plug.
2. The power switch is off or the timer has been reset.
3. The motor automatically shuts off due to the device being on too long activating overheating protection.

2. The massager has 3 intensity levels, choose the intensity you prefer. It is recommended to begin with the lowest settings.
