Attention on Measurement

Measure the blood pressure everyday at the same time, on the same arm and in the same gesture.
It is suggested to measure the blood pressure hours later after getting up in the morning or measure before going to bed in the night.
Changing the position of the wristband will cause fluctuation of the measurement value.
Do not touch the device or wristband during measurement.
Keep still and calm for 5 minutes during the measurement.
Do not speak during the measurement.
Wait at least 5 minutes before another measurement.
Do not keep the air bag filled for long, which might cause injury to your wrist .
Keep it away from TV, mobile, radio, etc. when using the device to avoid electromagnetic interference.

Instructions for Using Wrist Cuff

  • Keep your palm and the front of blood pressure monitor upward, and position the cuff leaving a clearance of approximately 5-10 mm between the cuff and the bottom of your palm (about one little finger width).
  • Hold the bottom of the wrist cuff, and wrap the cuff around your wrist tightly. Make sure there is no interspace between the cuff and wrist.
  • If the cuff is too long, you can reverse fold to fasten it.

Attention!

In order to take accurate measurement, please wrap the wrist cuff properly.
Expose the wrist during measurement.
Do not wrap the cuff too tightly.

Accurate measurement

Measure Blood Pressure

  • Push the Switch button to the position ON to start the device.
  • Press the Start button, and the cuff will inflate automatically, and then start the measurement.
  • The blood pressure value and pulse rate will be displayed automatically after the measurement is completed. The measurement value will be shown in the form of mmHg. The pulse rate will be shown in the form of ‘times/minute’.
  • Press the Start/Stop button to turn the monitor off. The monitor will automatically turn off after 70 seconds.
  • Push the switch button to the position OFF, and turn off the power supply.

Attention:

  • The device can not perform measurement if the display shows “Err” symbol. Please refer to page 17 for ‘Error & Troubleshooting’.
  • It will not get the correct blood pressure value, if the wrist congest after repeated measurement, remeasure after blood resumes normal flow.
  • The measurement value may be not accurate or the blood pressure can not be measured when there is common arrhythmia, such as atrial or ventricular premature beats or atria fibrillation.
  • Do not inflate for a long time, otherwise it may cause acute internal hemorrhage to the wrist.

Instructions for Using Memory Function

  • Every time you complete a measurement, the monitor stores the blood pressure and pulse rate in the memory. The monitor automatically stores up to 99 readings.
  • When 99 readings are stored, the oldest record is deleted to save the most recent readings.
  • Press the Memory button to display the most recent measurement result.
  • Repeatedly press the Memory button to display the next readings. (01 means the latest measurement result, 02 means the second latest measurement result, and so on.)
  • Press the Start button again to stop displaying memory readings.
  • When checking for the memory readings, if there is arrhythmia record, the symbol will flash and prompt arrhythmia.
  • In the Memory mode, you can hold the Memory button for more than 3 seconds to delete all the memory readings. After all the readings are deleted, the display will show NO.
  • While holding the Memory button, if there is no history record, it will show NO.

Correct Measurement Gesture

  • Keep your body relaxed and calm. Sit comfortably before starting blood pressure measurement.
  • The cuff must be approximately the same height as your heart.

Sit comfortably on a chair with your feet flat on the floor and keep your back straight. Position the cuff the same height as your heart. Relax and don’t move before during the whole measurement process.

Instructions for Unit Conversion Function

In the mode of sleep, hold Start button for 10 seconds to enter blood pressure unit mode, and then press the Memory button to choose mmHg or kPa as blood pressure unit. If there is no operation for more than 15 seconds, press the Start button to enter sleep mode.

Instructions for Time Setting Function

In sleep mode, hold SET button for 3 seconds to enter the mode of time setting. If the Year flash, it means can be adjusted. Press down SET button again to choose Month/Day/Hour/Minute/Language for set.

In the mode of time setting, press the Memory button to adjust time.
For the voice type device, in the mode of time setting, press the Memory button to turn on or turn off the voice function.

Instructions for Switching Users

Press the SET button to check time and current user, then press the SET button again to switch for another user. After changing the user, by pressing the Memory button, it shows the history readings of the current user.
