Why does my microwave have condensation in between the glass doors?
The door of your microwave is designed to prevent microwave energy from escaping. It does not need to be airtight for this purpose. The condensation between the glass doors is a result of temperature differences on either side of the door. The air inside the microwave cavity is hotter than the air outside, causing air expansion and creating small holes in the door seal to release pressure.

I can smell burning coming from my Microwave, what should I do?
If this occurs, stop the machine immediately. Then check the cavity to see if there is stuck on food splatter on the sides of the cavity, the wave guide area and the grill area (if applicable to your model). Please also see the related FAQ on: Sparks in the microwave oven. If the burning is coming from inside the cavity and the cause is related to the above, then the cavity will need to be cleaned, and parts which cannot be cleaned will need to be replaced. Replacement waveguide covers are available to purchase at Ashop. For convection and grill microwaves we recommend cleaning the oven and then running the oven without food, glass turntable, and roller ring on grill mode for 5 minutes (It is very important to not select microwave mode). This will burn off any food, residue or oil which may cause an odour and/or smoking. If the burning smell continues after you have cleaned the oven, checked the ventilation distances are adequate according to the operating instructions for your model, and are using correct settings for cooking then a service call should be booked. We have no known manufacturing defects that would cause burning smells when unit is used correctly so any repair due to the user issues above may be chargeable.
Why does my microwave have condensation in-between the glass doors?
The door is designed to stop microwave energy for escaping, however does not need to be airtight in order to do this. There are small holes around the door seals because the temperatures on either side of the door differ (i.e. the air in the interior cavity is hotter than that on the outside of the microwave). This causes air expansion in the door cavity, so there are air release holes in the seal of the door to accommodate this so the pressure does not build.
How do I use Micro Power on my Panasonic Microwave oven?
In order to use the Micro Power function on the microwave, you will need to first press the button labelled 'Micro Power' on the front panel of the unit. Press this button until the power you require appears on the display window (each time the micro power button is pressed it toggles between various levels of power). Panasonic microwave ovens default to high power if the button is only pressed once, as this will give the maximum power to cook in the shortest time for convenience - however different foods cook at different rates and high power is not always the most suitable power level for the type and quantity of the food being cooked. See the operating instructions for your model at this link for the power levels available and the general guidelines for cooking different foods according to quantity, density, dish size, spacing, ingredients etc. Once power level is selected then select the cooking time with the dial or button offering this facility, depending on the specific model of microwave oven you have. Once the desired time is set, press the Start button and the cooking will start
