Frequently Asked Questions

Could I use this for a wedding reception? 150-200 people.

Definitely you could use it for a wedding reception of 150-200 people. But two is always better then one!

Says power is 1000 watts. How many rms watts and program watts?

1000 watts peak program power means VERY short burst of power at high distortion. Usual, that is about 500 watts of music power, which is 250 watts of RMS power, musically, the only true power rating. HOWEVER, even that rating can mean many different things depending on the distortion level and bandwidth. I would think the amp in this speaker is probably about 150 watts RMS 20 to20k at .5% distortion or less. Very good for the money.

Can this device be hooked up to Wi-Fi?

No just bluetooth connection.

What does the 110V/220V selection switch actually do and can you remove the cover over it?

Just use it at 110. Regular socket.

My speaker won’t turn on unless i wiggle the AC cord and once it turns on, it turns off moments after. how can i make it stay on?

I don’t have a problem with mine hopefully it still under warranty send it back because you have a short!

Why would someone get this one over the battery powered version (same price)?

It is lighter weight and the experience I’ve had with rechargeable models has not been good, once the battery starts to fail the power supply will be overwhelmed, begin humming through the speaker and eventually burn out and then you have nothing.

Can you turn the lights off? Or set to a specific color?

You can turn them off: but when you turn them on they come on with the beat to the music: but no set to no specific color

Can I connect Bluetooth mic and Bluetooth music the same time?

Won’t be able to do a bluetooth mic and music at the same time to my knowledge. however, we do provide the plug in microphone for you.

How loud is it?

This is a difficult question to answer because I don’t know the decimals. I used this for a family wedding and it worked great. To me it’s very loud and wouldn’t recommend this for anyone living in an apartment.

Do U have to turn it on with the remote?or it come as long the peer is on?

You have to manually turn it on.

Is there a guitar input?

I’m not sure, but it looks like there is a Connection for a Electric Guitar.

How can I purchase an extra microphone?

I purchased mine off of here the Tonor Dynamic Karaoke Mic I like it better than the one that it came with it’s a better quality

The led lights stop working how do i fix it?

Turn the volume up its sensitive to how loud you make it.

If I get two, can I connect them both at the same time using the same streaming device?

I don’t yet own the product. But, this should work. This is based on the picture of the control panel. Use RCA to RCA stereo cables. Shielded gold plated cables will produce less noise. Connect the music source to the 1st speaker using line in or aux in or Bluetooth. Set the push button switch to aux / line in on the 1st speaker if using cables or set to Bluetooth if using Bluetooth. Connect the red RCA line out of the 1st speaker to the red line in of the 2nd speaker. Connect the white RCA line out on the 1st speaker to the white line in on the 2nd speaker. Set the push button switch to aux / line in on the 2nd speaker. Set the line / mp3 level control on each speaker.

The music from the Bluetooth keeps turning turning down every time we try to use the mic to sing, is there a way to fix this ?

try turning down the mic volume and turning up the master volume on the controls in the rear of the speaker. Also, make sure you have your volume turned up using the remote.

When pairing with same speaker will it play in Stereo or will it play in mono?

Stereo, but you can adjust sound on the back of speaker to get it to your liking.
