FIRMWARE UPGRADE
Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware upgrade is completed.
AMBIENT SOUND
Switch ANC/Transparency/Normal modes in the Soundcore App.
- ANC (Active Noise Cancellation): Reduce unwanted background noise.
- Transparency: Stay aware of your surroundings while listening to music.
WEARING
Choose the Ear Tips that fit your ears best.
CHARGING
Fully dry off the USB charging port before charging.
Use a certified USB-C charging cable to prevent any damage.
POWERING ON/OFF
Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on.
To power off, place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
PAIRING
Remove the protective film from the earbuds, put them back in the case, and close the lid. Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select “Soundcore Life Dot 3i” on your device’s Bluetooth list to connect.
DUAL CONNECTIONS
There are two ways to connect the earbuds with two Bluetooth devices at the same time.
- In the Soundcore app, go to settings and select Dual Connections > Connect New Device.
- Alternatively, wear the earbuds, then press and hold the button on both earbuds for
- seconds simultaneously. You can then connect to the earbuds from your second device’s Bluetooth settings.
MANUAL PAIRING
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open, then press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes white.
CONTROLS
x1: Press once
x2: Press twice
2s: Press and hold for 2 seconds
x1: Press once
x2: Press twice
2s: Press and hold for 2 seconds
RESET
Reset if the earbuds cannot properly pair with each other or with other
devices.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold
the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging
case flashes red 3 times . This confirms that the reset was successful and
your earbuds can be connected normally.

TIPS

Bluetooth Pairing: For some smartphones, you may be requested to re-confirm the pairing on a pop-up window after you have selected “Soundcore Life Dot 3i” to pair.

Breaking Bluetooth Connection: Turn off your Bluetooth device and turn it on again.
Remove “Soundcore Life Dot 3i” from your device’s Bluetooth list. -
Reset: If you try to reset the earbuds, make sure that the earbuds are being charged in the case and leave the case open.
