Installation Guide
Prepare the door and check dimensions
- Measure to confirm that the hole in the door is 2-1/8 (54mm).
- Measure to confirm that the backset is either 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 (60 or 70mm).
- Measure to confirm that the hole in the door edge is 1 (25mm).
- Measure to confirm the thickness of the door is between 1-3/8 and 2 (35 and 50mm).
Install the latch and strike
- Insert the latch bolt into the door.
- Make sure the +-shaped hole is in the bottom position.
- If adjustment is required, twist the latch and adjust the bolt length.
- Install strike on the door frame.
- Make sure the hole in the door frame is drilled a minimum of 1 (25mm) deep.
Install the exterior assembly
Locking lever transversal through the latch cable.
- Route the cable through the door below the bolt and push the keypad onto the door.
- The key must be pulled out when installing.
Install the interior assembly

Please confirm the door opening direction before installing.
Find the direction switch under the Interior Assembly, and change the direction as per the instructions below:- Switch to the left (for left opening door).
- Switch to the right (for right opening door).

Route cable through the bottom of mounting plate.

Tighten screws evenly. Note: please support exterior assembly during mounting plate installation.

Ensure tight cable connection.

Tighten screws evenly.
If the keypad and mounting plate are deflection, please loose mounting plate screws and adjust. If the latch does not extend or retract smoothly, please adjust mounting plate screws.

Installation Guide
Prepare the door and check dimensions
If drilling a new door, use the supplied template and the complete door
drilling instructions.
Optional: For the best fix, you may need to drill an additional hole for the reinforcement screw.
- Measure to confirm that the hole in the door is 2-1/8″(54mm)
- Measure to confirm that the backset is either 2-3/8″or 2-3/4″(60 or 70mm)
- Measure to confirm that the hole in the door edge is 1″(25mm)
- Measure to confirm the thickness of the door is between 1-3/8″and 2″(35 and 50mm)

Install the batteries and test the lock
Note: Do not use rechargeable batteries or Non-alkaline batteries.
- Install 4 AA batteries in battery pack.
- Test the lock.
- Press and hold , the latch bolt extends by itself.
- Enter preset code: 1234, press , the latch bolt retracts by itself.
If the latch bolt doesn’t extend or retract smoothly ,please check the
direction switch or re-install the lock. Green lights means successfully
installed. Red lights means unsuccessfully installed.
Programming Guide
Factory Default Reset
- A factory reset will delete all codes associated with the lock.
- Find a paper clip, put it into the hole at the bottom, long press for 5 seconds, until the buzzer beeps.

Change Programming Code
Important tips for programming:
- For your safety, it is strongly recommended that you change and remember your programming code in time.
- When you enter the wrong button, the system will exit the programming mode, and you can attempt programming procedure again.
- If you do not enter any buttons within 5 seconds, the system will exit the programming mode, and you can attempt programming procedure again.
- If your lock is new, the factory preset code is: 123456 The new programming code must be 6 digits
- If the operation is successful:the green light and beeps 1 second.
- If the operation is wrong:the red light flashes 3 times with 3 beeps.
- If you do not enter any buttons within 5 seconds:the red light flashes 3 times with 3 beeps,system will exit the programming mode.
