APP
Download the soundcore app to enhance your experience (firmware update, dongle switching, EQ tuning, gaming mode, and more).
POWERING ON/OFF
Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the case, the earbuds will
power off.
- To manually power on, place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open, press the button on the charging case.
- The earbuds will power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected with Bluetooth devices or with the dongle.
WEARING
- Choose the Ear Tips that fit your ears best.
- Insert the earbuds into the inner canal of your ears and turn gently until you find the most comfortable and secure position.
CHARGING
- Fully dry off the earbuds and the USB-C charging port before charging.
- Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before the first use.
1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the case.
2. Connect the charging case to the power supply by using a certified USB-C charging cable.
PAIRING VIA DONGLE
When the dongle is plugged into the USB-C port of your VR headset or gaming console, the earbuds will automatically connect with it and be ready to use.
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Open the charging case, then press and hold the button on the charging case
for 3 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select “soundcore VR P10” from
your device’s Bluetooth menu to connect.
*During Bluetooth pairing, the connection between the earbuds and the dongle might break temporarily. The connection of dongle will resume when the Bluetooth pairing succeeds or when you return the earbuds in the charging case, then close and open the case.
DUAL CONNECTION
The earbuds can connect with two devices (via dongle or Bluetooth) at the same
time.
You can only play music from one device at a time.
If you have an incoming call on the Bluetooth device, you can hear from both
connected devices at the same, but the volume on the dongleconnected device
will be lower than that on the Bluetooth
device.
CONTROLS
- In the soundcore app, you can customize the controls, e.g. enable a single tap to adjust volume.
- Controls may vary when connected via the dongle if the console’s system is incompatible.
- Adjust the volume level via the connected device or in the soundcore app.

Mono mode: You can use either one of the earbuds only by putting the other one
back into the charging case.
Stereo Mode: When in mono mode, take out the other earbud from the charging
case, the two earbuds will automatically switch to stereo mode.
PLAYING WHILE CHARGING
You need a charger that supports USB PD (Power Delivery) and has a minimum
output of 9V/2A, otherwise this function might not work properly.
*No data transmission is supported. Don’t try to link a PC to a VR headset using a USB-C cable.
VR LINKING TO PC
- Connect the link cable from a USB-C port on your PC to your VR headset.
- Plug the dongle into another USB-C port on your PC to use your soundcore earbuds.

EARBUDS RESET
Reset if the earbuds have issues pairing with each other or with other
devices.
Return the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
Press and hold the button on the back for 10 seconds until the charging case
LED indicator flashes red three times.
DONGLE RESET
Reset if the dongle has issues pairing with the earbuds.
Plug the dongle into the USB-C port of your VR headset or gaming console, then
insert an object with a sharp tip for three seconds to reset the dongle. Open
the charging case, then press and hold the button on the charging case for 3
seconds to pair with the dongle.
DONGLE STORAGE
The dongle can be magnetically adhered to the inside of the lid of the
charging case.
You need to take out both earbuds first, then take out or store the dongle.
