When using a smartphone equipped with the Android OS to connect to the watch, connect it as follows.

The way to connect the watch is simple, there are only 3 steps in total
① Download the app → ② Install the app → ③ Connect the watch

  1. Download the watch’s App:
    You can download the app on Google Play Store or App Store (Gloryfit)

  2. Install the app:

  3. When you use this app for the first time, we recommend that you register an account so that the app can better record your exercise data.

  4. When you install the app, please allow the watch to use the phone’s permissions, such as “phone’s Bluetooth or GPS permissions, storage, notifications, etc.” (Don’t worry, your personal privacy is protected by law)

  5. Connect the watch:

  6. Make sure the phone’s GPS and Bluetooth are turned on, and then connect to the watch through the app.
    (If you are using an Android phone, please turn on the GPS of the phone when connecting the watch)

  7. When connecting the watch for the first time, please remember to turn on the notification function of the watch in the application. (Path: Gloryfit > Device > Phone & SMS & APP > Opened, and turn off the “Do not disturb mode”)
    If you are using an Android phone, when you connect to the App, the system may ask you to allow Bluetooth pairing, allow notification,etc , please click Allow, so that the function of the watch can be used normally.

  8. Connection completed

Common Problems and Solutions

How to connect the watch

  1. Turn on the watch
  2. Open the watch’s app
  3. Connect the watch via the watch’s app
  4. Turn on notifications on your watch

Can’t connect to watch

  1. Turn on the watch
  2. Check if your phone’s Bluetooth is paired with your watch
  3. Unpair the phone’s bluetooth from the watch
  4. Connect the watch via the watch’s app

The watch automatically disconnects from the phone

  1. Turn on the watch
  2. Open the menu of the app running in the background of the phone
  3. Find “Gloryfit” and Press and hold for 2 seconds or swipe down to find the “Lock” icon
  4. Tap the “Lock” to pin the watch in the background of your phone

This is the problem that Android phones may encounter
This problem is usually caused by the phone’s battery saver or memory optimizer.

  1. You can lock the watch’s app in the background of your phone, please refer to the picture above.
  2. Or the method you can set manually in the watch’s app, see the picture below.

The watch cannot receive Incoming call, SMS or Whatsapp messages etc.

  1. Make sure you have connected the watch through the watch app (Gloryfit) and turned on the notification function of the watch. (Path: App (Gloryfit) > Device > Phone & SMS & App > Opened)

  2. Please confirm that you have allowed the watch app and WhatsApp and other apps to use the mobile phone notification permission
    Android phones: Smartphone > Settings > Notifications > Gloryfit & Whatsapp & Gmail etc… > Allow notifications (On)
    iPhone: iPhone > Settings > Notifications > Gloryfit or Messages or Phone or Whatsapp or Gmail etc.. > Allow notifications (On) >
    Show previews > Always

  3. Turn off your watch’s Do Not Disturb mode
    Path: App (Gloryfit) > Device > Do not disturb mode > Closed

  4. Please try to reinstall the watch app Or write to us, our technicians will help you solve the watch problem.
    Path: Amazon app > My Orders > Find the order number of your watch > click “Contact Seller” > select “Ask a question”)

The watch can receive WhatsApp messages, but cannot see the content of the messages.

  • If the watch can receive WhatsApp messages, but does not display the content of WhatsApp messages,
  • This is usually a problem with your phone settings, please complete the following two settings:
  • Your smartphone: Settings > Notifications > WhatsApp> Show Previews > Always > OK
  • WhatsApp> Settings > Notifications > Show Preview > Turn on > OK
