How do I adjust the watch’s Celsius to Fahrenheit after connecting it to my phone?
Open the Glory Fit APP, and find My-Units at the bottom, in it, you can freely switch between Celsius or Fahrenheit, metric or imperial, kilograms or pounds.

How do I connect the smartwatch?

  • Download the “glorified” APP from the Google Play /APP Store or scan the QR code
  • Turn on the phone’s bluetooth
  • Open the APP and bind the device to find the watch model to connect ( you can check the watch model in the watch settings → Product Information)

How to unbind a watch?

  • Open the Glory Fit APP, open the device bar and click to unbind the device.
  • Find our watch in the Bluetooth settings of the phone, click on the small exclamation mark behind it, and then choose to ignore this watch.
  • If you find that this watch is still displayed in the list after ignoring it, you can turn off and on Bluetooth again.

Why can’t I connect to my smartwatch?

  • Check whether the watch is connected to another mobile phone. If the watch is connected to another mobile phone, first turn off or unbind the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and then use the current mobile phone to search and bind.
  • Some mobile phones need to obtain GPS permission before they can search for watches.
  • When using Glory Fit to connect, the corresponding model cannot be searched. You need to clear the mobile phone cache and re-obtain the configuration items. The method is to cross out the APP, end the process and reopen it to obtain it again. The most thorough way to clear the cache is to delete the APP. and then reinstall.
  • If the watch is powered and still cannot be found after the phone is brought close to it, you can try to turn on the phone’s Bluetooth again.

Smartwatch repeatedly connects and disconnects

  • Check whether there is any obstruction between the watch and the mobile phone. The human body or metal jewellery worn may interfere with the stability of Bluetooth connections.
  • Please check whether the watch has sufficient power.
  • Check whether the phone is bound to too many Bluetooth devices. Please disconnect several devices in the system’s Bluetooth settings.
  • Find the self-starting management in the phone settings or security centre, find the Gloryfit app and authorize it
  • If the problem cannot be solved after the above operations, it is recommended to try restarting Bluetooth or the phone
  • Please ensure that the distance between the phone and the watch is no more than 10 meters, and keep the Glory Fit APP running in the background.

How to get message notifications on the watch?

  • Please make sure you have allowed ” glorified” to notify in your phone settings.
  • After connecting, you can see incoming call reminders, text message reminders and APP reminders in the device bar. Select the notifications you want to receive, such as phone calls, text messages, Facebook or Twitter, etc.
  • Please make sure the” glorified” APP allows permission to read notifications, otherwise, you will not receive message notifications.

Why can’t I receive messages even though the message notification switch on my watch is turned on?
Watch message push is to read the information data from the mobile phone notification bar and then send it to the watch. If the mobile phone does not turn on the message notification, there will be no push. Please confirm that there are push messages in the notification bar of your phone. If a message pops up in the notification bar and the watch cannot receive it, you need to restart the message notification in the corresponding APP.

Phone calls or app messages cannot push reminders

  • Make sure that in the notification reminder interface of the APP, all the apps that need to be reminded have the enable function checked.
  • Check whether the Do Not Disturb mode of the watch is turned on.
  • Find the notification usage rights of the app that need to be reminded in the phone system settings and allow notifications.
  • When there is a message, make sure that the application message box pops up in the notification bar of the phone.
  • The phone call and message push functions require the mobile phone to keep Bluetooth turned on. Please do not turn off the mobile phone Bluetooth.

Why can’t I make and receive calls on my watch after connecting to my phone?

  • After the watch is connected to the mobile phone through the APP, it also needs to be connected to the mobile phone via Bluetooth.
  • When the watch is connected to the mobile phone through the APP for the first time, the APP will prompt to connect to the Bluetooth of the mobile phone.
  • Subsequent connections will not be prompted, and sometimes you need to manually connect to the phone’s Bluetooth
  • APP Bluetooth is used to synchronize messages and data, and audio Bluetooth (mobile phone Bluetooth) is used for calls and audio transmission.
  • If you don’t need to transmit sound through your mobile phone, you can disconnect the audio Bluetooth and only keep the APP Bluetooth.

Why is the blood pressure measurement data inconsistent with my blood pressure monitor?

  • The watch uses height, weight, gender, and age as a reference when measuring blood pressure, so height, weight, and gender must be set in the APP.
  • The way of wearing should be accurate and the sitting posture should be correct.
  • The accuracy cannot reach the medical level. The accuracy of blood pressure will be different for different groups of people. The data is for reference only.

How to control music?
Please make sure the watch is successfully paired with the phone through the “glorified” APP and phone Bluetooth. Please open your music APP, and then you can control music play and pause, up and down tracks and volume through the watch.

How to change the watch dial?
There are 3 ways to change the watch dial:

  • Long press the screen, and you can switch the watch face.
  • Under connection, open the “glorified” APP and tap “Device”, you can find the Dial setting and choose the watch face you like.
  • Open the “glorified” APP and tap “Dial setting”, You can see the custom watch face options. Click on it and choose your favourite picture from your phone album.

Watch can’t charge

  • First, please make sure that the USB interface (PC or other power supply device) can supply power normally.
  • Check whether the USB interface is plugged in backwards.
  • Check whether there is dirt, rust, etc. at the charging electric shock area. Only when the USB interface and the charging head are in full contact can the charging be successful.
  • When the battery of the watch is extremely low, you need to wait for about 2 minutes before the charging animation will appear or respond.

Please note
You may not be able to charge it by plugging it into a high-current adapter. (A 5V1A or 5V500mAh adapter is suitable)

The watch can’t answer the call, how to solve it?

  • If the audio Bluetooth is not connected, it will not respond.
  • Please allow all permissions when connecting, and the audio bluetooth will connect automatically.
  • After connecting the audio bluetooth, you can answer the incoming call.

Why does the incoming call notification on my Android phone show an unfamiliar number when I have this contact?
You need to turn on the function of obtaining the address book, and Gloryfit needs permission to obtain the contacts.

After the APP upgrade, the watch cannot be turned on, what should I do?
Please note

  • You cannot exit the APP during the upgrade.
  • Make sure that the watch is connected to the Bluetooth of the mobile phone.
  • If the app is closed or the Bluetooth is disconnected during the upgrade, the upgrade will fail. You can try to charge and activate the watch, and the watch will return to the main interface after five minutes.

Why doesn’t my alarm go off after one minute when I set it?
Bluetooth takes time to transmit, and generally, there will be no problem if you set the alarm 2-3 minutes later.

How to set the watch time?
Open the APP, turn on Bluetooth and connect the watch, and the time on your phone will be automatically synchronized.

How long does it take to fully charge the watch?
It is recommended to charge for more than 2 hours to maximize the battery performance.

Is the watch waterproof?
The watch is not waterproof against steam, warm water, or hot water, but can be protected against splashing water in daily life. (It is not recommended to swim with the watch on, as it may be affected by water pressure)

Why doesn’t my watch count steps?
When you are asleep, the watch does not count steps. For example, when you get up in the morning, the watch needs to be awake before it starts counting steps.
Method: Press the button on the side of the watch once, then wear the watch and walk for dozens of steps to see if the watch can count steps. Pedometer counting has an automatic learning process and automatically adapts according to different people’s behaviours.

How does the watch monitor sleep?
When people sleep, they are generally in a still state. When they turn over or move their arms, the watch’s sensors will record changes in activity. The watch is worn on the wrist, and it tracks body movement changes at all times and determines whether the person is sleeping. To monitor sleep accurately and effectively, we have set unique monitoring conditions. Only data that truly meets the conditions will be recorded as valid sleep data.

Why is there no sleep data when I sleep with my watch on?

  • The body moves too frequently during sleep, the sleep quality is very poor, and the watch recognizes it as a non-sleeping state.
  • Only the sleep time between 9 pm and 11 am will be recorded.

Can the watch be charged using a mobile power supply?

  • The watch is not suitable for mobile power charging.
  • Since the main target of the mobile power supply is mobile phones, its charging current is about 1A.
  • When the mobile phone is fully charged, it enters the trickle charging state, and the charging current will become very small. At this time, some mobile power supplies will shut down charging to save energy. power.
  • The charging current of the watch is relatively small, which will cause some mobile power sources to mistakenly think that the mobile phone is fully charged, thus turning off the output, and making the watch unable to charge.
