Please read the instructions before use:

  • The company reserves the right to modify the content of this notice without notice. Depending on normal, certain functions are different in specific software versions.
  • The product should be charged for more than 2 hours before use, but avoid charging for a long time in unmanned environment when charging.
  • Please connect the watch’s charging cable to a power adapter or a computer’s USB port. Tightly align the charging port with the charging contacts on the rear of the watch.
  • Please use the input voltage: 5V/1A or 5V/2A charging head to cooperate with the original charging cable provided by the manufacturer.
  • Before using the product, download the login application to the mobile phone and set personal information.
  • It is forbidden to charge with vehicle charger (the car voltage is unstable when the car ignitions).
  • The data of this product is for health management reference only. Please do not serve as medical data. If you find abnormal physical data, you should prevail for hospital testing.
  • The waterproof level of the watch is IP68. You can use it normally in life scenarios such as hand washing and rain. Do not place your watch in hot water. Do not use smart watch underwater or deep dives. Do not contact the watch to corrode Liquid to prevent damage to the watch. The waterproof function is not permanent and effective, and the protection function may decrease due to daily wear.

App download login

  • The download method of the app “Onwear Pro”:
    1. Apple phone can be downloaded in the App Store.
    2. Android phones can be downloaded on Google Play Store.
    3. Or scan the QR code in the watch (compatible: iOS 11.0 or more /android 6.0 or more).

  • Install the app, please register and log in according to the interface prompt, you need to open the Bluetooth.

  • In the device interface, select the Bluetooth name LA32 for binding, which can be used normally.

Contact person
After the watch is connected to the mobile phone app, find the commonly used contact in the settings, and add a contact person according to the requirements.
Dial
After connecting the APP, match the watch BT Bluetooth with the mobile phone, the Bluetooth display connection state, you can call from the watch.
Activity data
Swipe the touch screen from the right to the left, enter the sports data interface, and check the data of the day: the number of steps, distance, calories.
Messages

Flashlight

Heart rate measurement: The bottom green light starts to measure, and the measurement is completed in about 30 to 60 seconds. At this time, the measurement value is based on PPG technology measurement.
SpO2 (Blood oxygen monitoring)
Blood oxygen measurement: The red light at the bottom starts to measure, and the measurement is completed in about 30 to 60 seconds. At this time, the measurement value is based on PPG technology measurement.
Sleep
Display the sleep monitoring status of the day, the data is updated every day, and the specific data can be used to the APP to view.
Workout
Enter the interface to perform various sports mode: walking, running, climbing, cycling, basketball…
Alarm clock
Find the alarm function in the list and add alarm clock according to the corresponding settings.
Meditation
Choose the corresponding time, follow the interface provision to inhale and exhale to achieve the purpose of practice.
Stopwatch
Click the triangle to start, click the pause again, and click on the left button after the pause is restore.
Music
Remote control music: After connecting the app, you can control the music playback of the phone. After the BT connection, the watch will play the music on the phone.
Watch faces
You can switch watch faces by long pressing.
Timer
The timer function -After selecting the corresponding time, open the timer.
Power off
press the button for 3 seconds to turn on. The watch will automatically turn on when charging. Click the shutdown icon to shut down.
About(System information)
View information about the Bluetooth name, MAC address, firmware version number and other information of the watch.
Reset
It is confirmed that the restoration of the factory setting will clear all personal data.

How do I download the App?

Which App version should I download? What are the requirements for compatibility with the phone’s operating system?

  1. For better experience, it is recommended to download the latest App version, which can be found in the app store.
  2. The installation and use of Android 6.0 and higher, and iOS 12.0 and higher are supported.

How do I turn on the watch?

  1. Connect the charger to activate the product when using it for the first time. If the watch cannot be turned on after being placed for a long time, charge it for about 5 minutes, then the watch will be automatically turned on and enter the charging mode.
  2. When the watch is fully charged, press and hold the side button until the screen lights up.

How do I get connected to my phone and bind my watch?

  1. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
  2. Go to the “Device” page of the App, select the device to be connected, and enable the location permission to the App when the permission window pops up.
  3. Tap “Search Device” to select the device to be connected and tap the device name to connect. You can check the watch name and Mac information in “Settings” > “About”.
  4. Connect by scanning the QR code through “Scan and Add” on the watch. The App will send a connection request when you connect. You can complete the connection by confirming the request on your watch.

How do I set the language and time?
Language settings:

  1. After the device is connected to the App, it will follow the phone’s system language. Once the system language is changed, the language of the device can be changed by reconnecting the app.
  2. If you need to change the language on the device, go to Settings > Language to select the language you need, but after connecting the App, it will follow the language of the mobile phone system.

Time settings:

  1. The time cannot be set manually. It will be automatically synchronized with the time on the phone after the device is connected to the App.
  2. When the device is connected to the App, it will display the time following the time format settings in the App.
  3. The time format of the device depends on the time format settings of the App and will not change along with the phone system.

How do I charge the watch?

  1. Connect the magnetic charging port to the charging contact of the watch <both the port and the contact have an anode and cathode. The port and the contact will be repulsive when the anodes and cathodes are connected incorrectly, and attractive when connected correctly>. If connected correctly, the watch will vibrate and show a charging icon.
  2. Normally, the watch can be fully charged in 2-2.5 hours. Unplug the magnetic charging cable when the battery is full.

How do I check the battery level of my watch?

  1. Light the watch and pull down the main screen to check the remaining battery.
  2. Enter the App and check the remaining battery on the “Device” interface.

How do I synchronize the App with the watch? <Provided that the watch is connected to the App>

  1. The step count \ distance \ calories can be synchronized to the App in real-time.

  2. Pull down on the App home page to synchronize data; Other situations are as follows:

    (1.1) Close the App: Open the App, the watch will reconnect to the App, and the data will be synchronized after connection;
    (1.2) Keep the app running in the background: Open the app, if the watch data has not been synchronized for more than one hour, the data will be automatically synchronized;
    (1.3) Keep the app running in the background and reconnect after disconnection: Same as case 1.2;

  4. iOS:
    (2.1) Because iOS does not run in the background, every time the app is opened, it will reconnect and automatically synchronize data.

How do I use the camera feature?

  1. Ensure that the watch is within effective range with the phone for Bluetooth connection.
  2. Ensure that the permissions related to the camera have been allowed to the App.
  3. When you enter the watch camera in the App and shake the watch or tap the camera button on the watch, a 3-second timer will start, and the shooting will be completed after the timer.

Note: The camera can only be controlled by the watch on the App page.
The camera cannot be controlled by the watch beyond the App page.
How do I modify my personal information?
Enter the “Profile” interface and open “Personal Information” in the App to modify your personal information, and tap “Save” after you finish the modification. The modification will not be valid if you return without saving.

How do I upgrade the firmware? Why is there no response from the watch after the upgrade?

  1. There will be a prompt at “Firmware Upgrade” on the device page if the firmware is available for upgrade. After tapping the prompt, a window will pop up to confirm whether to upgrade.
  2. When upgrading the device, ensure that the battery of the device remains above 30%. Upgrade will fail if the battery is lower than 30%.
  3. Do not unbind the device from the App during the upgrade, as this may lead to the failure of the device upgrade, and the device may not work properly.
  4. The App will try automatic connection when the device upgrade fails. If the automatic connection fails, end the App process and enter again or enable Bluetooth again.
  5.  There may be a waiting period of a few minutes when the device upgrade fails (during which the device is unresponsive). After that, it will be reactivated.

How to set the time system and temperature unit
After binding the watch, you can modify the time format (12, 24 hour format) and temperature (℃, ℉) in My-Watch Settings

  1. The default opening time of raising to wake is the whole day;

Part 2 Hardware
Why does the watch not turn on while charging?

  1. Charge the watch to activate it before using it for the first time. When the watch is turned off, it needs to be charged before it can be turned on again.

  2. The rated voltage for watch charging is 4.8-5.2 V. Generally, the best charging power supply voltage that the customer needs is 5 V. Fast charging at 9 V will cause the capacitor breakdown, as well as a short circuit or breakage of the PCBA board.

  3. Battery over-discharging for a long period (e. g., the product cannot be turned on if its battery is out of power and the user does not charge it for a long period).

  4. The product is not waterproof, and it cannot be turned on due to a short circuit;

  5. False soldering of the battery line. In the process of use, the anode and cathode lines at both ends of the battery are broken. With no output from the battery, the watch cannot be turned on.

  6. If the screen of the watch does not respond when charging, confirm whether the watch can vibrate and whether the heart rate indicator on the backside of the watch is flashing. If the above responses exist, there is a screen failure with the watch which requires the factory maintenance.
    If none of the above responses exist, there is a hardware failure with the watch which requires the factory maintenance.

  7. If you confirm that there is no problem with the charging cable, yet the watch still cannot be charged, there is a hardware failure with the watch which requires the factory maintenance.

Why does not the screen wake on wrist raise?

  1. Ensure that the “Wake on Wrist Raise” is enabled in the App and is active for the current time period.
  2. Ensure that the Wake on Wrist Raise button of the watch is enabled.
  3. If the screen still does not wake on wrist raise despite all the correct settings, try to restart the watch.
  4. If the screen can’t always be woken up by raising the wrist, it is most likely related to the acceleration and angle of the customer’s wrist raising. Usually, you can wake up the screen by turning the watch to the front while raising your wrist.

In the design, we have considered the user’s unintentional wrist raising during use (such as when stretching arms while sleeping, which will wake up the screen), so we have included a life anti-interference feature in the watch.
Does the watch support double tap to turn on the screen?
The watch does not support double-tapping to turn on the screen, only supports raising the wrist to turn on the screen or pressing a button to turn on the screen
Part 3 Bluetooth Connection
The App could not find my device?

  1. Check if the device is turned on by pressing and holding the side button until it is turned on.
  2. Hold the device close to the phone. The closer the easier for the App to find the device.
  3. Check whether the device is connected to other phones. If it is connected to other Android phones, unpair the phone and try again. If it is connected to other iPhone, unpair the phone and go to Settings > the Bluetooth list to find My Device, tap the small icon at the end of the Bluetooth name to ignore the device, and try again.
  4. Ensure that the permissions of the App location are allowed.
  5. Try to disable the phone’s Bluetooth and enable again before searching.
  6. Try to restart the App before searching.
  7. Try to turn on the device again before searching.
  8. Try to restart the phone and open the App before searching.

The device cannot connect to the App?

  1. Try to disable the phone’s Bluetooth and enable again before connecting.
  2. Try to turn on the device again before connecting.

Unstable device connection?

  1. Ensure that the App has obtained the permission to run in the background. Please go to Profile > Background Operation Permission Settings for details.
  2. Ensure that the distance between the watch and the phone is not too far, as the distance will affect the Bluetooth connection.
  3. Check whether too many Bluetooth devices have been bound to the phone. If so, ignore some devices in the Bluetooth settings. For Android phones, unpair the devices in the Bluetooth settings. For iPhone, ignore the devices in the Bluetooth list.
  4. Try to reconnect after unbinding.
  5. Try to restart the Bluetooth or phone before connecting.
  6. Obstructions between the device and the phone, such as human bodies or metal jewelry, will interfere with the stability of the Bluetooth connection.
  7. If the problem remains unresolved after the above operations, please go to the App > Profile > Feedback and Suggestions to fill in the relevant options accurately and submit the problem to us. We will provide the corresponding operation suggestions according to your description.

How to unbind the device?

  1. Open the App, tap the device icon on the device page to enter the page for unbinding devices, and tap Unbind.
  2. For iPhone, after unbinding, you still need to go to Settings > the Bluetooth list to find My Device and tap the small icon behind the Bluetooth name to ignore the device.
  3. If the device is still in the Bluetooth list after being ignored, disable the Bluetooth and enable it again.

Do I need to keep my phone’s Bluetooth enabled all the time when wearing my watch?

  1. There is no need to keep the phone connected all the time for workout features such as step counting, sleep, and heart rate. If you only need to wear the watch during workout, you can connect the watch to the phone after workout to synchronize and view the data.
  2. Reminder for alarm, sedentary, and water drinking will be written into the watch once successfully set, and do not require maintaining a Bluetooth connection.
  3. When using the notification features for incoming calls, finding the watch, and social media, you need to keep the App connection between the phone and the watch.

Part 4 Smart Reminders
How to use the call notification?

  1. When the watch is properly connected to the App, tap to enter the device interface and enable the “Call Reminder”.

  2. Android users need to allow the App with {phone permissions (to get incoming calls), contacts permissions (to get the contact information of the incoming calls)}, to connect to BT Bluetooth, you need to find the device in the Bluetooth list and turn on the switch.
    When using the App to connect the device, iOS users will receive a pop-up window inquiring “Do you allow this device to show iPhone notifications?” Select “Allow”, find the device in the Bluetooth list, and turn on <Share System Notifications>.

  3. Keep the phone’s Bluetooth enabled, and the App running in the background.

  4. The watch will show the call and vibrate when there is an incoming call from the phone, and the phone number will be displayed for calls without a noted ID. The watch also supports the features of making and answering calls.

  5. Ensure the DND Mode is not enabled or the DND Mode time period is not active when only the BLE Bluetooth is connected.

How do I use the message notification?

  1. When the watch is properly connected to the App, tap to enter the device interface and enable the “Notifications & Alerts”.
  2. Always ensure that the corresponding message can be pushed to the phone’s notification bar.
  3. When enabling “Notifications & Alerts”, Android users need to go to the “Notification Access” page, find OnWear Pro, and enable the notification access feature to allow the App permission to receive the notification and its content.
  4. When using the App to connect the device, iOS users will receive a pop-up window inquiring “Do you allow this device to show iPhone notifications?” Select “Allow”, or find the device in the Bluetooth list, and turn on “Share System Notifications”.
  5. Turn on the main switch for notifications and alerts and the notification switches of the corresponding App.
  6. Keep the phone’s Bluetooth enabled, and the App running in the background.
  7. When the phone receives a message, the watch will display the relevant message, but message replies are not supported.
  8. Ensure the DND Mode is not enabled or the DND Mode time period is not active.

Part 5 Health Monitoring
How do I measure my heart rate / SpO2 / stress correctly?

  1. The luminous spot of the watch should be fairly close to the skin (muscle) to ensure that there will not be a significant position shift during the workout (slightly tighten the strap to achieve a comfortable tightness). Wearing the watch too loose and too tight will affect the measurement results (avoid light leakage, position shift on the skin when light reflects, etc.).
  2. The luminous spot of the watch should not be close to the prominent bones on the wrist (the radius and the ulna). Otherwise, the watch will not receive the red light reflected by the blood vessels properly, which affects the measurement results.
  3. For more accurate measurements, you can wear the watch on your wrist.

Why does the back of the watch automatically glow in green / red?

  1. The watch automatically detects the heart rate and stress once in about 10 minutes. The user can also enable manual heart rate detection, and the heart rate indicator will automatically flash green during the detection.
  2.  The SpO2 indicator will automatically flash red during the detection, it is also automatically detectes once in about 10 minutes.

No blood oxygen test result?

  1. Wearing the watch incorrectly can affect the blood oxygen measurement signal, such as light leakage caused by wearing it too loose, shaking the arm, or moving the device. The result will also be affected if you wear the watch too tight and compress the blood vessels.
  2. When the watch is worn correctly, individual differences such as skin color, hair, tattoos, and scars may also affect the measurement signal, thus affecting the measurement results.
  3. When measuring manually, always note that you need to wait until the device vibrates to remind you that the measurement is complete. Please remain still when measuring blood oxygen to avoid affecting the measurement results.

Part 6 Sleep
Why is there no sleep data or inaccurate data on the watch?

  1. First, confirm whether you wore the watch during sleep. If not, the App does not generate sleep data after synchronization.
  2. It is related to the sleep quality of individuals. If you have a sleepless night, your watch may record no sleep data.
  3. Please wear the watch correctly. If you wear the watch too loose, there is a certain probability that the App will misidentify your situation as not wearing it.
  4. If too many steps are generated during sleep, the App will identify the situation as quit sleeping (e. g., more than 50 steps are generated).
  5. The sleep will only be recorded if it is generated during a valid sleep recording time period (21:00–12:00 for night sleep, the rest of the time for naps).
  6. The watch adapts to the individual circumstances of each user. You can wear it continuously for several days for observation.
  7. There is a significant probability that the watch will misidentify individuals with darker skin as not wearing it, so the sleep data cannot be measured.
  8. If the problem remains unresolved, please go to the App > Profile >Feedback and Suggestions > Describe the Problem to fill in your email and submit the problem to us, we will provide the corresponding operation suggestions according to your description.

Part 7 Step Counting
Why is the watch inaccurate in step counting?

  1. When setting for the first time, fill in the information of gender, age, height, and weight truthfully and accurately. Inaccurate information will affect the calculation of the acceleration sensor algorithm, resulting in inaccurate step counting, distance data, and calorie consumption data, which will lead to unsatisfactory data and affect your personal workout data.
  2.  The wearing of watch also has certain influence on the accuracy of the results. Ensure that the watch does not shift (to the left or right, up or down) during workout.
  3. In addition, the user’s arm swing, stride, body figure, and the flatness of the road, ascending and descending slope will also affect the step counting data.
  4. It may generate step counts if your body moves while sleeping (such as turning side to side during sleep, getting up, and going back to sleep again) or if you are in a car or driving, such as on a bumping road.
  5. If the workout step count error exceeds 5% or the daily step count error exceeds 10%, and the above reasons are excluded, it is possible that there is a failure of the acceleration sensor or algorithm bug. Please go to the App > Profile > Feedback and Suggestions > Describe the Problem to fill in your email and submit the problem to us, we will provide the corresponding operation suggestions according to your description.

Why has my watch counted steps when I wake up, and why is it counting steps when I am in the car or driving?

  1. Hand swaying plus displacement. A relatively high-precision built-in acceleration sensor can detect the displacement of the watch by the integral acceleration as a means to determine whether it is a step.
  2. It is possible that the sensor will make misidentification if your body moves while sleeping (such as turning side to side during sleep, getting up, and going back to sleep again) or if you are in a car or driving, such as on a bumping road. We are currently optimizing the life anti-interference algorithm and will keep the false alarm rate within the acceptable range for users in the future.

Why are the steps on the watch inconsistent with that on Apple Health?
The steps displayed by Apple Health are calculated according to the unique algorithm of the Apple Health platform by using the step data from multiple app data sources as the input, rather than directly displaying the step data uploaded by the corresponding app. It is recommended that customers set the supporting App of the watch as the primary data source to improve the results. There is no guarantee that the data will be 100% consistent.

Part 8 Touch Control
It is difficult to wake up the screen, and it responses slowly to taps or wrist raisin g.

  1. The screen will be activated at around 1s with normal wrist raising. We have considered your unintentional wrist raising during use (such as when stretching arms while sleeping), so we have applied some restrictions to the function of raising to wake up the screen. When the watch screen is in a downward direction, you can light it up by twisting your wrist to make the screen face upward. It is recommended that you try a few more times to learn the best angle to raise your wrist.
  2. The screen only lights up by tapping the touch button and has no response if tapped on other positions.

Part 9 Weather Push
Why is weather data not displayed or displayed inaccurately on my watch? What should I do?

  1. Ensure a stable mobile phone network. The weather information will be synchronized to the watch after it is connected to the App.
  2. It is recommended to allow location permission to the App. Rejecting location permission to resolve location by IP address will result in inaccurate location and failure in obtaining accurate weather data.
  3. Make sure the watch is connected to the App, as the weather information will not be available to the watch after disconnection.
  4. Note: The weather obtained by the App may be different from that obtained by the weather service provider of the phone (different weather collection locations for different service providers), so it is normal to have differences between them.
  5. If there is still no data or the data is inaccurate, swipe down the home screen to synchronize the information and ensure that the synchronization is complete.
  6. If there is still no data or the data is inaccurate, you can try the “Factory Reset”. 7. Part 10 Waterproof
Is the watch waterproof?
The watch is waterproof for daily use. It is not intended for swimming, snorkeling, seawater, diving, hot shower, hot spring bathing, saunas, or other wading or deep-water activities under high-speed water flow. Watches with leather and metal straps are not intended for swimming. The waterproof feature is not permanent, and its protection may be reduced by daily wear-out. The watch cannot be operated underwater and should be wiped in time before operation after swimming. Note: The water temperature needs to be controlled below 40°C.

Part 11 Workout Sharing
How can I share the workout trace?

  1. Enter sharing by tapping the share button in the upper right corner when the GPS workout ends.
  2. Select the GPS workout in the history to go to the details and tap the share button in the upper right corner to enter sharing.

Why is no workout history generated when workout triggered in the App?
Ensure that the workout meets the conditions of saving (for distance workout: 2 minutes + 0.01 km; for calorie workout: 2 minutes + 1 kcal). Any workout that does not meet the above conditions will not be saved.
Part 12 Calls, Voice Assistant and Music Playback
How do I use the call feature of the watch?

  1. Pair the BT Bluetooth of the watch with the phone’s Bluetooth, and ensure that the audio function of the call on the watch is enabled after the connection.

  2. Android users need to allow the App with {phone permissions (to get incoming calls), contacts permissions (to get the contact information of the incoming calls)}, to connect to BT Bluetooth, you need to find the device in the Bluetooth list and turn on the switch.
    When connecting the BT Bluetooth of the watch, iOS users will receive a pop-up window asking, “Do you allow this device to show iPhone notifications?” You need to select “Allow”, or find the device in the Bluetooth list, and enable “Share System Notifications”}.

  3. The watch will show the call and vibrate when there is an incoming call from the phone, and the phone number will be displayed for calls without a noted ID. You can choose to answer the call or hang up.

  4. The watch supports phone calls through dialing, top contacts and call histories.

  5. The call audio switch on the phone does not interfere with the audio switch on the watch. Therefore, if you turn off the call audio switch from the watch, the Bluetooth call audio switch on the mobile phone will not be turned off.

How do I use the watch to control the voice assistant?

  1. Pair the BT Bluetooth of the watch with the phone’s Bluetooth, and ensure that the audio function of the call on the watch is enabled.
  2. Ensure the phone has the voice assistant feature which can be activated
  3. Enable the voice assistant on the watch and activate the voice assistant on the phone

How do I use the watch to control the music playback?

  1. The watch and the mobile phone are always connected, and OnWear Pro is required to keep running in the background. To prevent the background process of the App in the Android system from being closed, please set it as required in OnWear Pro > Me > Background permissions setting;
  2. On the OnWear Pro > Me > Notification page, enable the notification read permission, and the watch can obtain the song information and status after enabling it (Music control cannot be performed without notification read permission);
  3. Turn on the mobile music player, and the watch will automatically obtain the information and status of the currently playing song;
  4. Through the watch music entry, enter the music control interface, you can pause and play the song, you can also switch to the previous or next song, and control the music playback volume of the mobile phone.

What should I do if my watch for calling is disconnected from the App?

  1. When the watch is disconnected from the phone’s Bluetooth while the App is running in the background, it will automatically initiate a reconnection. Currently, the BLE Bluetooth reconnection will be performed automatically.
  2. If the BT Bluetooth does not reconnect successfully within one minute, it will stop initiating automatic reconnection. Because the automatic initiation of reconnection consumes too much power, the user needs to go to the Bluetooth connection page on the watch before the watch initiates the automatic reconnection of BT Bluetooth.

Part 13 Others
For software related issues, what information is required from the users?
