FAQ
Q: My TV Receiver had no sound.
A: 1. Please confim that the audio cable is firmly inserted into the headphone terminal of the TV. 2. The volume of the TV is minimum. Tum up the TV volume. 3. The TV sefting is not correct. Please try connecting this product to a smartphone headphone connection port, etc. other than the TV. If the sound is output nomally, it may be necessary to change the TV settings. In this case, please confirm whether the sound output setting of the TV is external sound output. 4. Re-pairing is required. This product has been shipped in a paired state, but it may have been unpaired, so please try the pairing scttings in the manual P13 (different product page numbers)
Q: My TV Receiver was unable to charge.
A:If the battery is almost completely empty, the charging light will not blink even if it is charged. Afier dozens of minutes, it will transfer to fast charging, and the charging light will flash.
Q: There is no sound from the TV. Only the speaker produces sound.
A: Please confirm that the TV specification is a model that performs extemal output such s headphone (headphone) output and speaker output of the TV main unit simultancously. Depending on the TV model, it may not be possible to output at the same time. If it is a model that can output at the same time, please refer to the manual of the TV to set the output at the same time.
Q: There is no sound when the speaker is connected.
A: The TV's sound output setting may only be sct to the TV's own speaker output. Please refer to the instruction manual of the TV and set i to start external sound output.
Q: How should I do when the receiver makes noise or sound interruption?
A: 1. Please confirm that the audio cable is firmly inserted into the headphone terminal of the TV. 2. If there are wircless LAN devices, large clectrical appliances. Bluctooth devices, ctc. around, please keep away from them as much as possible. 3. Try to remove any obstacles between the TV and the speakers. Altematively, try moving the position of the transmitter (.g. where the left has an effect, try placing it on the right or center, ete.).
Q: The transmitter and the speaker cannot be paired.
A: This product is shipped in a paired state and can be used directly, but if you cancel the pairing by mistake, please try the pairing settings on P13 in the manual. 3 After the connection is completed, if the power light is blue, the pairing is successful. If it's green, pairing will fail. (Only the TV-8000/TV-9000 has an indicator light and a prompt if the pairing is successful)
Q: T want to be able to hear my TV at various locations in my home without moving my Receiver. How can I do that?
A: You could purchase additional Reccivers from Tosima. The set-up is simple
Q: How do I know that the battery is running low?
A: The low battery/charging indicator on the Receiver will blink.
Q: How do I know that the battery is fully charged?
A: Please charge your TV Receivers for 3 hours before first use. The indicator light turns red during charging, and the red light will turn off after charging is complete.
Q: What type of battery is used?
A: A lithium-ion rechargeable battery (Typel8650 Flat Top Battery - 2600mAh) was used in the Receiver.
Q: How long can the Receiver run on battery?
A: About 8 hours continuous use (mid-volume range).
Q: What is the range of the Receiver?
A: T will cover every comer of a typical house (Up to 30m/100ft in open areas)
Q: Do Inced to take the Receiver off the base once it is fully charged?
A: You do not need to take the Receiver off the basc when it is fully charged. But it is not recommended to leave the Receiver charging continuously for more than 24 hours
Q: Can the TV Receiver work with Streaming Channels (like Netfli, and Hulu)?
A: Yes. The TV Receiver could work with all the TV cquipment with an audio output port (3.5mm, RCA, OPTICAL),
Q: Why do I have to connect to the TV’s optical digital Channels? al audio out port for the Streaming
A: Some Streaming Channels only provide the sound output on the TV's optical digital audio out ports
Q: have a TV Receiver but there is no sound. I connected it to the back of the Television, but still no sound. 1do have a cable box, what can I do?
A: Make sure the recciver and the base are paired. Connect the TV Soundbox to the source of where the channels are being played, to the Audio Out (Red and White Color) Port or Optical-Digital Audio Out port.
Q: 1 connected the base to the TV's Earphone output jack. Why is therestill no sound?
A: On some TVs, you need to activate the Earphone jack. Use your TV remote to go to the TV setting menu, and sclect Audioand follow the instructions in your TV's user manual.

A: On some TV, you need to activate the Audio-out ports. Use your TV remote to go to the TV setting menu, select Audio and follow the instructions in your TV's user manual
Q: Ldon’t have Earphones or Audio-out ports on my TV, but it does have an optical Qutput port. How do I connect the Base to my TV?
A: Use the optical cable provided. This is recommended for the best sound effects. This solution can be used only if your TV has an Optical-out port on the back panel. Note: PCM audio format only. (Only the TV-5000 has an optical fiber interface, the TV-6000/8000/9000 may need to work with a Fiber Adapter)
Q: Can Imute my TV and still listen to TV through my TV Recciver?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: Do Ineed to turn off the base or receiver after turning off the TV?
A: There is no switch on the base. It is recommended to turn off the power of the receiver after use for battery saving.
Q: What happens if I forget to turn off the Receiver?
A: The receiver will continue to drain its battery. Tt s recommended to turn off the power of the receiver afier use for battery saving.
