Safety Instructions

  • H1 can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance safely and understand the hazards involved.
  • This product is for home use, on non-carpet floors, such as vinyl, tile, sealed wood, marble, etc. Please do not use it outdoors.
  • Do not disassemble, repair or refit H1 without authorization.
  • Do not modify or attempt to repair H1 except as indicated in the manual for use and care.
  • Do not use the product in an environment with the risk of fire or explosion.
  • Do not use H1 to vacuum flammable materials, such as gasoline, lighter fluid, toxic material, foam liquids, paint pigments, and corrosive liquids.
  • Do not use H1 to vacuum hard or sharp objects, such as nails, screws, or glass.
  • Do not use H1 to vacuum things burning or smoking, such as hot ashes or cigarettes.
  • Do not put any object into air openings, keep the air openings free of dust, hair, and any other things that may reduce the airflow.
  • Do not wash or soak the main body and electronic accessories in water.
  • Do not allow metal and conductive materials to contact the battery.
  • Do not allow it to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
  • Do not touch the charging plug and docking station with wet hands.
  • H1 should always be protected from long-term exposure to sunlight.
  • Do not place H1 near cigarette butts, lighters, or other open fires.
  • Keep hair, fingers, and other parts of the body away from openings and moving parts of the appliance.
  • Only the original power adapter and battery pack can be used.
  • When the metal part of the power plug is dusty, please wipe it with a dry cloth.
  • The power adapter is applied to a 100-240V AC voltage. Please plug into the socket properly and keep it away from children.
  • The operating temperature of the product ranges from 32°F~108°F (0°C ~ 40°C); please do not use it in a high-temperature environment.
  • Plastic bags can be dangerous, please keep them away from babies and children.
  • Please unplug the charger from the electrical socket when not in use or before detaching the battery pack, care, and maintenance..
  • Please keep H1 away from the metal objects, such as coins, and paper clips when the battery pack is not in use.
  • Do not use a battery pack that is damaged.
  • Do not use with a damaged cord or plug, return the appliance to the local distributor if it has been dropped, damaged, or not working as it should.
  • Do not use H1 without a HEPA filter set.
  • Do not use H1 when the water depth on the working surface is more than 4mm.
  • Do not block the air inlet or air outlet in case of overheating.
  • Do not shake H1 hard in case the dirty water goes into the vacuum motor.
  • The battery pack and charging station output terminals are not to be short-circuited.
  • Please use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
  • Please remove the battery from H1 before H1 is scrapped.
  • Please empty it in time when the dirty water tank is full.
  • Please move H1 as the manual guided in case the dirty water goes into the vacuum  motor.
  • Please always clean the dirty water tank and HEPA set after each use to avoid potential pipe blockage, or it may lead to low suction power, motor overheating or reduce the life-time of H1.

Warnings

  1. Do not use the rechargeable battery of this product on other devices.
  2. It is forbidden to disassemble the battery pack, otherwise, the battery pack can be broken and the electrolyte will flow out, causing fire and explosion.
  3. Do not short-circuit the battery. Do not store batteries haphazardly in a box or drawer where they may short-circuit each other or be short-circuited by conductive materials.
  4. Do not expose the battery to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.
  5. Do not subject batteries to mechanical shock.
  6. In the event of a cell leaking, do not allow the liquid to come into contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with copious a mounts of water and seek medical advice.
  7. Seek medical advice immediately if a cell or battery has been swallowed.
  8. After extended periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge the battery several times to obtain maximum performance.

About Cleaning Solution

  1. H1 may be damaged if a large amount of cleaning solution enters the motor.
  2. Do not use H1 with an acidic, alkaline solution or any substances harmful to the environment.
  3. Please keep children out of reach. If any solution gets into the eyes, flush them with clean water immediately. If any solution is swallowed by accident, seek medical care immediately.
  4. Dirty water and solution disposal must comply with the local regulations.

Digital Display and Function Buttons
Product View

Display Screen: Users can check the status of the battery capacity. Error Code, Electrolysis, etc.

Voice button: Short press the button lightly to turn on or off the voice.

Electrolysis: Short press the button to start electrolysis after powering on, it will  take about 32 seconds for a complete electrolysis process (from 0% to 100%). *** Electrolysed water refers to that is produced by the electrolysis of ordinary tap water containing dissolved sodium chloride. The electrolysis of such salt solutions produces a solution of hypochlorous acid and sodium hydroxide. The resulting water can be used as a disinfectant.

SymbolEco Mode: Short press the button to enter into Eco Mode .When H1 is in Max Mode, it sprays water and washes For a longer time. Max Mode: Press the button to enter into Max Mode when H1 is in Auto Mode or in Eco-Mode. H1 will enter into the Auto Mode automatically from Max Mode in 6 minutes. H1 will not enter into the Max Mode if the battery capacity is lower than 20%.

Max Mode: Press the button to enter into Max Mode when H1 is in Auto Mode or in Eco-Mode. H1 will enter into the Auto Mode automatically from Max Mode in 6 minutes. H1 will not enter into the Max Mode if the battery capacity is lower than 20%.

Self-Cleaning: When the battery capacity is higher than 20%, put H1 back on the charging station, press the button, H1 will start electrolysis first, after that, it will enter into Self-Cleaning Mode automatically, the entire cleaning time will last about 80 seconds. If the battery capacity is lower than 20%, users need to charge H1 first. H1 can work in self-cleaning mode only when H1 is on the charging station and connected to the power supply with more than 20% battery.

Child Lock: Hold and press the “Max” Mode button and “Eco” Mode button for 3 seconds, H1 will say “Child Lock is on”. H1 will say “Switch off Child Lock before use” when pressing the function keys in Child Lock Mode.
How to switch off Child Lock:

  1. Hold and press the “Max” Mode button and “Eco” Mode button for 3seconds again to switch off the Child Lock.
  2. Unplug the power source to switch off the Child Lock.
  3. Take H1 out from the charging station to switch off the Child Lock. H1 will say “Child Lock is off” after the above actions are done.

Dirt Monitoring Indicator: The indicator will change from blue to red according to the dirt amount. If there is too much dirt on the floor or on the dirt detection sensor, the indicator strip will be longer in Red than in Blue; if there is less dirt on the floor/dirt detection sensor, the indicator strip will be longer in Blue than in Red.

Assembly/Disassembly

    Insert the handle tube down into the main body until you hear the a “click” sound.

  2. Clean Water Tank

Disassembly:
Hold the clean water tank holder and press the clean water tank release button, pull it outwards.

    Insert the hex key into the tube release hole, push the hex key forward, hold the  handle tube and pull it up at the same time.

    Align the bottom of the clean water tank with the clean water tank cavity, hold the clean water tank holder and press the clean water tank release button and push the clean water tank inwards lightly.
    Disassembly:
    Hold dirty water tank holder and press the dirty water tank release button, pull it outwards.

  2. Brush Guard

Disassembly:
Hold and press the brush guard lock with your thumb and index, and lift the brush guard lightly.

  1. Brush Roller

Disassembly:
Hold the roller brush handle, remove it leftwards and take out the roller brush.
Assembly:
Align the bottom of the dirty water tank with the dirty water tank cavity, hold the dirty water tank and push it inwards until you hear a “click” sound.

Assembly:
Align the brush guard with the spray hole, hold and press the brush guard lock with your thumb and index, and put the brush guard on the brush base until you hear a “click” sound.

Assembly:
Hold the roller brush handle, align with the roller brush shaft B, and put the handle back into the base groove A.

Filling up the Clean Water Tank

  1. The clean water tank is located on the back of the main body, hold the clean water tank holder and press the clean water tank release button, pull it outwards and take out the water tank.

  2. Open the clean water tank lid “C”, add clean water or mixed detergent, then put back the water tank lid and attach it back to H1.

  • Please keep the electrolytic electrodes of the clean water tank and its cavity clean and dry.
  • Users can also add some non-corrosive or non-flammable cleaning solutions to clean the floor, DO NOT add corrosive solution, flammable liquid, or dirty water into the clean water tank.
  • It is normal if there is some water in the water tank at the first use, tests and inspections have proceeded before goods leave the factory.

Charging H1

  1. Connect the external charging cord to the charging base and plug the adapter into the wall outlet.
  2. Please place H1 on the charging station against the wall during charging, otherwise, you may trip over the machine.
  3. Place the H1 on the charging station vertically, H1 will say “Charging Starts”, and users can see the battery status on the digital display.

Assembly Instruction

  • Keep children out of reach.
  • Please only use the original adapter for recharge.
  • The H1 must be charged every 3 months if not being used for a long period.
  • Please store it indoors, do not expose it to sunlight or freezing temperatures.
  • Please full charge H1 at first use.

Cleaning Floors with H1

  1. Preparation
    Check the Handle Tube, the Clean Water Tank, the Dirty Water Tank, the Roller Brush, the  HEPA Filter Set, etc. Make sure all of them are installed correctly and tightly, then fill up the clean water tank.

  2. Start/Stop

    • Hold and press the button for 1 -2 seconds to start H1, it will enter into the Autocleaning Mode by default.
    • Short press the button to turn off H1.
    • H1 will spray water automatically in Auto Mode, Eco Mode, and Max Mode.
    • H1 will detect the dirt on the floor and adjust the suction according to the dirt amount on the floor in Auto Mode.
    • The dirt monitoring bar will change color from blue to red according to the dirt amount on the floor.
  3. Suction Mode

    • Short press the button to enter into Suction Mode when H1 is in Auto-Mode, Eco Mode, and Max Mode.
    • H1 will not spray water in Suction Mode.
  4. Standby

    • H1 will be on standby when it is standing upright, and will be restarted when being reclined.
    • H1 will be turned off automatically if it’s not operated within 5 minutes when on stand by.
  5. Move
    Hold the handle grip and pull the H1 forward and backward to clean your floors.

    • Do not recline H1 more than 141.2° to avoid water leakage, and do not shake H1 in use.

  6. Please empty the dirty water tank and place H1 on the charging station vertically, run the self-cleaning mode to clean the roller brush, dirty water tank, HEPA filter set, and brush guard after each use.

Important tips:

  • H1 is to be used on indoor hard floors, such as sealed wood, tile, vinyl, marble, etc, use on a rough surface may not get the best performance.
  • Please DO NOT use H1 to clean the long-pile rugs.
  • Please DO NOT use H1 to clean the delicate rugs, silk, or similar floors.
  • The Dirty Water Tank must be cleaned as soon as the cleaning work is done or it will get stinky.
  • Please DO NOT bend over it before emptying the Dirty Water Tank, otherwise, dirty water will flow into the vacuum motor and damage the appliance.

Self-Cleaning

H1 can clean its roller brush and its pipe automatically on the charging station.

  1. Please make sure there is enough clean water in the clean water tank. Empty dirty water tank before self-cleaning.
  2. Place H1 on the charging station, and plug in the power source properly.
  3. Press the Self-Cleaning button , H1 will start electrolysis first, after that, it will enter into the self-cleaning mode. It will spray clean water to clean the roller brush and pipe automatically, meanwhile, it will vacuum the dirty water and dirt into the dirty water tank.
  4. It cleans the dirty water tank, HEPA filter set, and the brush guard, etc in self-cleaning. After each self-cleaning, please empty dirty water tank to avoid getting stinky. mode is finished to avoid them getting stinky.

Attention:

Please make sure the clean water tank, dirty water tank, the HEPA filter, the brush guard are properly installed when starting self-cleaning.

Care and Maintenance

Please unplug the power supply, and turn off the switch before care and maintenance.

  1. For daily care and maintenance, use a soft dry mop to wipe the main body, and the charging station; use a soft damp mop to wipe the brush base, and scraper.

Dirty water tank cleaning
Assembly Instruction

  1. Take out the dirty water tank, open the dirty water tank lid and empty the dirty water and debris first.
  2. Take out the float and HEPA filter from the dirty water tank.
  3. Clean the dirty water tank, the float, and the lid with a cleaning tool and rinse them with clean water.
  4. Dry the dirty water tank and its lid.

HEPA filter Cleaning

  1. Take out the HEPA filter from the dirty water tank.
  2. Clean it with a cleaning tool and rinse it.
  3. Dry the HEPA filter.
  4. Assemble the HEPA filter, and dirty water tank lid, float and put the dirty water tank back to
    H1 once they are dry.

Roller Brush Cleaning

  1. Take out the roller brush as guided.
  2. Use the cleaning tool to remove the debris and hair wrapped around the roller brush, then rinse it with clean water.
  3. Replace with another dry and clean roller brush and put it back into the brush base.
  4. Dry the wet roller brush for your next use.

Brush Guard Cleaning

  1. Take out the brush guard as guided.
  2. Use the cleaning tool to remove the debris, then rinse it with clean water.
  3. Dry it and put it back to the brush base.

Suction inlet, water spray nozzle, metal scraper cleaning

  1. Use a cleaning tool to remove the debris at the suction inlet.
  2. Wipe the water spray nozzle, with a damp cloth to avoid blocking.
  3. Use a cleaning tool to remove the debris on the metal scraper, then wipe it with a damp cloth.

Charging Station and Holders Cleaning

  1. Unplug the power supply and take H1 out before cleaning.
  2. Pour out the dirty water in Charging Station (if there is), and use a soft dry mop to wipe the charging station, brush holder, and HEPA filter holder.

Storage

  1. Please dry the main body, clean water tank, dirty water tank, brush base, and HEPA set, Charging Station, brush holds, and HEPA holder, then store them.
  2. The roller brush can be stored in the brush holder.

Notice:

  • The Dirty Water Tank must be cleaned and dried after every single cleaning to avoid mildew or smell.
  • The machine must be stored in a dry and ventilated place without heat sources.
  • Please keep the machine away from direct sunlight.
  • H1 should be fully charged every 3 months at least to avoid battery damage.

Error Code

Error Code Meaning
E01 Full of dirty water tank
E02 The dirty water tank is not installed
E03 Roller brush entangled or missed.
E04 Clean water is not enough for self-cleaning and electrolysis.

Note: Error code will be shown on the digital display if H1 is faulty, please operate H1 according to the guideline.

Trouble Shooting

H1 does not turn on|

  • H1 is in auto protection for overheating.

If H1 still cannot work properly after the actions listed are taken, please contact the local distributor or Tosima after-sales service center.

Warranty

  • The H1 has 2 years limited warranty against original defects in workmanship or material, the battery pack and the motorized parts have a 1 -year warranty.
  • The warranty only applies to the authorized distributors of Tosima.
  • Improper usage or not in accordance with the user manual will void the warranty.
  • The application of force majeure will be invalid.
  • Normal reductions, such as battery aging, HEPA aging are not guaranteed.
    • Please keep and provide your proof of purchase, S/N when making a claim.

For more detailed information about the recycling of this product, please contact your local council, your household waste disposal service or the shop where you purchased the product.
