Issue #1: Poor Mic quality

What is the solution?

1. Make sure that your device is not too far away from the TWS earbuds. A weak connection can result in poor sound quality.
2. If the signal strength between your TWS earbuds and the device they are connected to is weak, it can drain the battery faster. Earbuds low battery can affect the microphone sound quality. Charge them fully before using them.

Issue #2: Defective Item

What is the solution?

1. Check if the charger is properly plugged into a power source, and if it is then check the cable for any damage. If the cable is damaged, try using a different cable to see if the charger works.
2. Do not forcefully insert the charging cable into the charging case; it may damage the charging port. Please insert the charging cable into the charging case gently.

Issue #3: Right side is not working

What is the solution?

1. Try to clean the charging contacts on the right earbud, and then put it in charging mode.
   Dust or dirt can cause charging problems

2. Please keep the charging case in properly and avoid drops/falls. Charging case and Earbuds have magnet to keep the earbuds in proper place.

3. When the Earbuds are placed in the charging case, it will automatically touch the charging pins. The magnet can dislocate, if the charging case is dropped accidentally or intentionally and it may lead earbuds not touching the built-in charging pins inside internally.

User also needs to follow the precautions and instructions

1. Make sure to use the correct size ear tips that fit your ears properly. This will ensure a comfortable and secure fit, and also improve the sound quality.
2. When you’re not using your TWS earbuds, store them in their charging case. This will help protect them from damage and keep them fully charged.
3. We strongly recommend using the USB Type-C Charging Cable, which is provided in the package, and fast charger for wireless charging.
4. Do not apply over force while connecting the USB charging cable. It may damage the input port of the charging pad internally or externally and stop charging.
5. Using incompatible USB cable or high voltage chargers can damage the product.
6. TWS earbuds are designed to operate within a specific temperature range. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures, as this can damage the battery or other components.
7. Regularly clean your TWS earbuds with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt or debris. Do not use water or cleaning products as this can damage the earbuds.
