Trouble Shooting/ Maintenance Tips

If water flow is low…

  • Make sure hose is not bent, tangled or kinked.
  • Make sure the inside of the hose is clean.
  • Check to see if the water hose has holes or leaks.
  • Ensure locking mechanisms are not engaged.
  • Ensure threads are not damaged on water hose or water faucet.
  • Check for any debris that could obstruct water flow in hose or product.
  • If leaks are noted, verify washers are in place for the item.

General use tips:

  • Make sure you are using a proper size garden hose.
  • For timers, make sure valves are open all the way.
  • Do not use products below 40° F. If it is that cold outside, please store your watering tools indoors to not get damaged.
  • Carry products to desired area, do not drag on ground.
  • General use of product is 20psi to 80psi.
  • Not intended for indoor use.
