Trouble Shooting/ Maintenance Tips
If water flow is low…
- Make sure hose is not bent, tangled or kinked.
- Make sure the inside of the hose is clean.
- Check to see if the water hose has holes or leaks.
- Ensure locking mechanisms are not engaged.
- Ensure threads are not damaged on water hose or water faucet.
- Check for any debris that could obstruct water flow in hose or product.
- If leaks are noted, verify washers are in place for the item.
General use tips:
- Make sure you are using a proper size garden hose.
- For timers, make sure valves are open all the way.
- Do not use products below 40° F. If it is that cold outside, please store your watering tools indoors to not get damaged.
- Carry products to desired area, do not drag on ground.
- General use of product is 20psi to 80psi.
- Not intended for indoor use.
