- Do not stand in this chair or use the chair as a step ladder, use it as chair only.
- Do not use this chair unless all bolts, screws and knobs are firmly secured.
- This chair is designed for one person to use at a time, weighting up to 3001bs (136kg).
- Check all bolts, screws and knobs every 90 days. Tighten them if any are loose.
- Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death of yourself and people around you.
- Some of the parts are heavy and/or have sharp edge, please install it carefully to avoid hurting you and people around you.

Thanks for purchasing our products. Please read this manual before assembly. And please assemble in order. After the assembly, keep the instruction properly Make sure all the parts are included (15 kinds in total).
Assembly Instruction
Please assemble in a wide and flat place.
Step 1
Take out Split Base Tube (3) and Central Base Tube (4). Insert Split Base Tube (3) into Central Base Tube (4) as shown, you can see there are 2 screw holes. Align with the holes, tighten 10 Screws M6X12mm (13) with Hexagon Wrench (14) to fix 5 Split Base Tube (3) to Central Base Tube (4). Repeat 10 times.
Step 2
Insert Castors (5) into the Cental Base Tube (4). There are 5 Castors need to be inserted.
- Caution: Confirm Castors (5) must be inserted deeply. Otherwise the castors could easily fall out and the chair could fall down.
Step 3
Take out Air Rod (6). Put Air Rod (6) into the hole of Central Base Tube (4) as shown.
Step 4
After Step 3,insert the Foot Ring (15) into the Air Rod (6) and tighten the screws.
Step 5
Fix the bottom of 2 Armrests (7) to the back of Seat Cushion (2). Tighten the 6 Screws M6X25mm (9) with Hexagon Wrench (14) firmly.
- Caution: There is a FRONT sticker on the front of Seat Cush ion (2)
Step 6
Fix Base Plate (8) to the bottom of Seat Cushion (2). Tighten the 4 Screws M6X18mm (10) with Hexagon Wrench (14) firmly.
- Caution: There is a FRONT print on the front of the Base Plate (8).
Step 7
Fix Backrest (1) to the bottom of Base Plate (8). Tighten the 4 Screws M6X40mm (11) and 4 Gaskets (12) with Hexagon Wrench (14)firmly.
Step 8
Pick up the Step 4’s Air Rod (6) and Central Base Tube (4). Insert the Air Rod (6) into Steps· Base Plate (8) There’s a hole in the middle of Base Plate (8). Press the Seat Cushion (2) from top to bottom, use your whole body’s strength to insert it firmly, the assembly is complete now.
- Caution: If the Air Rod (6) doesn’t insert to Base Plate (8) firmly, it’s likely to fall off when the chair rises up.
