When using the keyboard for the first time, please charge the keyboard to full power. When the charging indicator is green, it means the power is fully charged.
If you do not use the keyboard for a long time, it is recommended to turn off the power to prolong the life of the battery
In order for the keyboard to have a longer battery life, please charge the keyboard in a low power state in time,

Please make sure the keyboard power is turned on.
Please ensure that the distance between the keyboard and your tablet device is no more than 10 meters.
Please make sure your keyboard has enough power.
Please make sure your tablet device has Bluetooth turned on.
Please confirm that your tablet device and keyboard have been successfully paired.
If the pairing of your tablet and keyboard fails, try the following steps:
– a. Delete any bluetooth devices that were previously paired on your tablet.
– b. Turn off the tablet’s Bluetooth and turn it on again.
– c. Tum off the keyboard power and then turn it on again.
– d. Let the keyboard and tablet device re-pair and connect.

Use alcohol or similar volatilization cleaning agent to clean the surface stains on the keyboard.
