Parts Identification

How to Install the Lock

1. Measure the Door Size
   Make sure door thickness is 1.49-1.88″, door hole diameter is 2-1/8″, measure backset size is 2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ with the deadbolt.

2. Adjust the Length of the Deadbolt
   Adjust the deadbolt to 2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ based on your door backset size.

3. Install Deadbolt
   Fix the deadbolt with 2pcs deadbolt screws, keep the deadbolt in retracted status.

4. Install Exterior Lock
   Route the IC cable below the deadbolt, spindle must be in ‘vertical’ status.: Route the IC cable below the deadbolt.: NOTE: Do not inert the key during ; the installation.
   NOTE: Deadbolt must be in unlock : position and the spindle must be in ‘vertical’ status.

5. Fix the Mounting Plate
   a. Route the cable through the hole in the mounting plate, word with’ Cable Hole’ should face outside.
   b. Fix the plate with 2pcs mounting plate screws.

6. Install the Interior Lock
   a. Connect the IC cable tightly.
   b. Rotate the door knob in vertical position and insert the spindle.(Don’t load batteries until lock is completely installed)

7. Fix Interior Lock
   a. Secure the lock with 3pcs interior lock scews.
   b. Test the lock by rotating the door knob to see if the deadbolt can be extended and retracted smoothly.

8. Install Batteries
   Please install 4 pcs AA batteries in unlock status and keep the door open to avoid being locked out.

Detect Left/Right Hand Door

Set left/right hand door on keypad

The most important step is to adjust the code to the direction of the door.
How to know your door door direction?
Standing outside of your door (Facing the keypad),locate the door hinge.
If your door hinge is on the left side, Keyboard input 46#➔ administrator passcode #➔1# (L)
If your door hinge is on the right side, Keyboard input 46#➔ administrator passcode＃➔2# (R)
NOTE: The default administrator passcode is 123456 If the unlocking direction to report an alarm error, please turn off auto-lock function.

How to Reset the Lock

Reset method 1.(Recommend)

1. Take down one battery and wait for 5 seconds.
2. Put the battery back.
3. Long press the reset button for 10s while the keypad lighting up.
4. After hearing “Please input the neciovation password”, enter 000#.
5. After hearing “Administrator deleted successfully”, reset successfully.

NOTE: If method 1 doesn’t work, please try method 2 or contact customer service for help.

Reset method 2.

1. Uninstall the lock by taking down the battery cover. Take out the 2 screws inside the battery case.
2. Make sure the IC wire is connected and install the batteries back to case.
3. Hold the Reset Button (The position is shown below)for Ss.(You’ll hear the sound”lnput neciovation password” from the lock)
4. Input 000# on the keypad after the sound. (You’ll hear “Administrator deleted successfully”, which means reset successfully.)

NOTE: If this method doesn’t work too, please contact customer service .

How to Use

Your lock is now installed! Let’s learn to use it! Unlock the door from outside

Unlock the door from inside

Lock the door from outside 1.Hold “#” on the keypad for 2S. 2.ln auto lock mode, the bolt will extend out automatically 3.Lock with physical keys

Lock the door from inside Rotate the turn piece to lock position.

Keypad Program

input the neciovation passcode”, input 000#, and the voice broadcast “Administrator deleting successful”. The lock is reset to factory settings, clear all fingerprints, passcodes, and IC cards
Notice: it takes a long press to input the reset program.
2. Set Administrator Passcode| The administrator passcode has not been set, input 12 # 123456 # administrator passcode# input the same passcode again #,and voice broadcast “operation successful”.
3. Modify Administrator Passcode| Input 12 # original administrator passcode# new administrator passcode# the same new administrator passcode# on the lock keypad, modify the administrator passcode, and voice broadcast “operation successful”.
4. Door Opening Direction| Left door opening: input 46 # administrator passcode# 1 # on the lock;
Right door opening: input 46 # administrator passcode# 2 # on the lock;
Note: When no administrator is added, the administrator passcodeis 123456. If the unlocking direction to report an error, please turn off auto- lock function.
5. Add Fingerprint| Input 80 # administrator passcode#, and voice broadcast “Please input fingerprint or passcode”. Press the fingerprint 4 times repeatedly, and voice broadcast “input successful”. Input to exit setting mode.

6. Delect Fingerprint| Input 70 # administrator passcode# on the lock, hear the voice prompt “Operation successful”, and delete all fingerprints.
7. Add Passcode| Input 80 # administrator passcode# on the lock, voice the “Please input fingerprint or passcode”, input the new passcode(4~9 numbers)to be added # and input the same passcode again #. And voice broadcast “operation successful”.
Input to exit setting mode
8. Delict Passcode| Input 72 # administrator passcode# passcode to be deleted # on the lock, and delete a single user passcode. The voice prompt “Operation successful”. Input to exit setting mode.
Input 71 # administrator passcode# on the lock, hear the voice prompt “Operation successful”, and delete all user passcodes (administrator passcodes will not be deleted).
9. Modify Passcode| Input 10 # the original passcode# new user passcode# the same new user passcode# on the lock, and complete the modification when you hear the voice prompt “Operation successful”.
10. Add IC Card| Input 80 # administrator passcode# on the lock, voice the message “Please input your
fingerprint or passcode”, then swipe the card to add on the keypad, the voice prompt “Operation successful”. Input to exit setting mode

11. Delect IC Card| Input 69 # administrator passcode# on the lock, hear the voice prompt “Operation successful”, and delete all IC cards.
12. Unlock| IC card unlocking: put the added IC card on the screen keypad to unlock. Hear the voice prompt “unlocked”.
Fingerprint unlocking: press the added finger on the fingerprint collector to unlock. Hear the voice prompt “unlocked”.
Passcode unlocking: input the unlocking passcode on the passcode keyboard and press # to unlock. Hear the voice prompt “unlocked”.
13. Set Auto Lock Time| Input 21 # administrator passcode# 5~900 # to set the automatic locking time. After hearing the voice prompt “Operation successful”, the lock will be automatically locked according to the set time after unlocking. (When set to 0, the auto- lock function will be turned off).
14. Lock| When the auto-lock is turned off or when inputting the temporary normally open mode, the lock will not automatically lock. You can long press # to manually lock. When you hear the voice prompt “Locked”.
15. Temporary Normally Open| After unlocking (before locking), input 123 #, the lock is normally open, and recover the locking state after the second time of unlocking.

16. Virtual Passcode| Other numbers can be added before and after the correct passcodes inputted on the lock. The total length of the virtual passcode shall not exceed 16 digits.
17. Passcode Input Error Protection| When the unlock passcode/IC card/fingerprint is inputted incorrectly, the voice prompt “Operation failed” is heard. If the passcode is inputted incorrectly for five consecutive times, the system will lock the passcode keypad and give an alarm. During locking, touch the keyboard and hear the voice prompt “illegal operation, the system has been locked”, and the lock keyboard light flashes rapidly. After a 2-minute timeout, the lock will be released. During locking, the keyboard can be unlocked by repowering on.
18. Low Battery Prompt| When the battery voltage is low, touch the panel and voice prompt “Low battery, please replace the battery”. At the same time, the screen backlight flashes quickly for 1 second. Before the fingerprint/IC card/passcodes unlocked, the voice prompts “Low battery, please replace the battery”, and then unlock.
19. Anti Prying Switch| Enable anti prying: input 32 # administrator passcode# 1 # on the lock.
Close anti prying: input * 32 # administrator passcode# 0 # on the lock.
Note: When no administrator is added, the administrator passcodes replaced by 123456.
__20. Security Button on Back Panel| Long press the security button the voice prompt “security lock’s on”, only the administrator passcode can unlock for front door, the fingerprint and passcode cannot unlock. Rotate button also can unlock from inside. Long press the security button the voice prompt “security lock’s off”

Troubleshooting

1. Installation
   Questions| Answers

   There is a gap between the mounting plate and the door.| Please make sure that the plate with word’ Cable Hole’ should face outside.
   Keypad not responding.| A: Please make sure that the batteries are new and installed correctly.
   B: Please make sure that the ic cable is well connected to the port and was not damaged during installation.
   The rear knob can be unlocked only after the key is inserted.| Please remove the lock and reinstall it. Do not insert the key during installation

   After replace the new battery, the lock still prompts low battery.| Enter 59#Administrator Passwoed#1# on the keypad to calibrate.
   Forgot administrator password.| Please refer to reset steps in order to erase all passcodes. Once the reset is complete, all passcodes will be erased and administrator password is 123456, press# to confirm.
   The auto lock does not work.| Please active auto lock function once by unlock the lock after set up on keypad.
   The battery power runs out.| Use Type-C cable connecting power bank could charge the lock for temporary (only for emergency use)
   How many different passcodes/fingerprints /ic cards can I set?| Please kindly note that you can only set one admin passcode, but you can generate 250 guest passwords/100 fingerprints/1000 IC cards.
   What should I do if the wrong code was entered?| If wrong codes have been entered over 5 times, the keypad will temporary lockout for 2 minutes
   How to lock/unlock via keypad?| Long press”#” and hold for 2s to lock the door.
   Enter the passcode and press”#” to unlock the door.
   What is the initial code while resetting?| The initial code is “000”. Please enter “OOO” and press”#” on the keypad so you could reset successfully.
   Can I use one IC card to match different door locks?| Yes, you can use one IC Card to match different door locks.
   Lock could not turn, doesn’t work, what should I do?| 1. Please check if door knob shows vertical when unlock, horizontal when lock.
   If not, please uninstall the lock and adjust spindle to vertical during installation.
   2. Please check your door directions, please adjust your door directions based on door hinge.(Please face the keypad and find the door hinge)
   If your door hinge is on the left side, please input 46# on keypad今 Default Administrator
   Password”123456″#—->1# (L)
   If your door hinge is on the right side, please input *46# on keypad–> Default Administrator
   Password”123456″ #—->2# (R)
