Product Usage Instructions
- Select the type of meat you are cooking from the temperature reference table above.
- Determine the desired level of doneness for your meat (Rare, Medium rare, Medium, or Well done).
- Insert the metal probe of the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bones and fat.
- Wait for a few seconds until the temperature reading stabilizes.
- Check the thermometer display for the current temperature.
- Compare the displayed temperature with the temperature range specified in the temperature reference table for your chosen meat and doneness level.
- If the displayed temperature falls within the recommended range, your meat is cooked to perfection. If not, continue cooking until the desired temperature is reached.
- After use, wash the metal probe with soapy water. Do not completely immerse the thermometer in water.
- Clean the thermometer by hand, avoiding submerging it in water.
- To sterilize the metal probe, insert it into boiling water for several minutes.
Warning
- Do not make the probe towards your body when opening.
- Do not leave the thermometer in the oven while cooking.
- Do not touch the hot probe with bare hands.

Operation
- Rrmove battery compartment cover,then insert a AAA battery and replace the battery cover.After that,open the probe,all segments of the LCD will be activated.
- ON/OFF button:Press “ON/OFF” key to turn on/off the unit.
- Toggle Switch:Shift the toggle switch under the battery cover the define the default to:Fahrenheit or Celsius.
- To test temperature,insert probe into thickest part of food.
- “Hold” button:before withdrawing the probe from food,press “hold” button to hold temperature reading until be pressed again.
- Unit will automatically turn off after 10 minutes if no other buttons be pressed.

- DO NOT LEAVE THERMOMETER IN OVEN WHILE COOKING
