ABOUT USING

Please take a few minutes to read berore using

1. Best grinding capacity is 1/3 of the tank cavity: the minimum grinding should be higher than the blade, and the maximum grinding should not exceed 2/3 of the cavity.
2. To ensure safety, please check if the inner blade and the nut is tight enough before plug in.
3. Close the lid, make sure the screws on both sides are properly screwed into the re- cesses, then have the clasps buckle downwards on each side of the handle. (Incorrectly close will tigger the “open and stop” safety device, rendering it inopera- tle.)
4. It is highly recommended to grind less than 30s for the first time to grasp the most proper grinding time of each material to avoid powder fever and sticking to the slot.
5. The machine should not be used for a long term continuously. The machine should have crest after 5 mins continuous use. For hard materials, there should be an interval to prevent overheating and cause damage to the motor.
6. Open the lid until the machine completely stops. You can swing the machine body oy the handle and side adjustable knob, and take out the powder by brush.
7. Please clean the machine with brush or cloth, instead of running water.
8. Afier a long-term use, if the carbon brush is badly worn and the motor does not turn, you need io replace a new one. (About 3 years if it is used for home).
9. The motor of the grinder is the brush motor, so the sparks and the odor is normal when the first several start-ups. The sparks and the brush frictional odor will disappear after several uses.

INSTALLATION

Howto replace ihe blade
Use a spanner to stuck the screw, then unscrew the nut with a screw- driver.Take out the 3 layers blades and clean, do not get the machine wet.Install the blades back ac- cording to the original order. And make sure it’s tight. How to replace carbon brushes

Grinding groove CANNOT be washed by water, it is made of stainless steel and well polished so it is very easily to be wiped clean. You can use vinegar or med- ical alcohol to wipe for sterilization.
For the new machine, there is no need to take out the blades and wash. The blades are tight enough to prevent powder leftover. You can clean up the grinding groove with brush first, then clean it with dry cloth.
After using the machine for a long, and there starts to be powder leftover in the blades groove, there is necessity to clean the blades:
– loosen the nut and take out the blades
– wipe them with dry cloth first and clean with water

Air overload protector – When the voltage is unstable or grinding blades are jammed in grinding groove, the air overload protector will pop up and cut off the power.
– If this happens, turn off the power, check the voltage and the grinding groove (clean the blades bottom if needed}. After troubleshoot- ing, press the air overload protector and the machine works normally.
Open-Stop Protection
This grain grinder is updated with Open-Stop Protection Device, when the lid is not fixed correctly, the grinder will detect that the lid is at open status, so the machine stops working. In this circumstance, you only need to close the lid cor- rectly and safely, then the machine will be normally working.
There are 2 important points to be checked during working.

1. Please check the bolts at 2 sides are accurately placed inside the grooves, and not removing out during working.
2. Please check the bolts at 2 sides are properly tight rotate the nut to adjust it. (If they are loose, the lid can be lifted a little)
