RENPHO ALM079 Leg Massager for Pain Relief
Thanks for purchasing the REN PHO Leg Massager. This massager is designed to massage the entire leg including your feet, calves and thighs to relax your muscle. To ensure safety and avoid any accidental damage or injury, please read this manual carefully and use the product only as indicated. Non- compliance may cause serious injuries, death and/or severe property damage.
Important Safety Instructions
When using the appliance, basic precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or cognitive capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children should not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
- This appliance should not be used for any medical purposes. It is designed for household use only.
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock and fire:
- Never use pins or other metallic fasteners with this appliance.
- Ensure that the electrical voltage and frequency of the circuit correspond to those indicated on the adapter.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is working.
- Always unplug the power adapter from the electrical outlet after each use.
- Do not plug or unplug the power adapter or air hose with wet hands.
- Keep the cord and appliance away from heated surfaces.
WARNING -To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons, please follow the instructions below:

- Stop using if you feel abnormal or unwell after use and consult a doctor.
- DO NOT use spare parts that are not approved by RENPHO.
- Non-professional repair personnel should not dismantle or replace the appliance without manufacturer permission.
- DO NOT use the appliance if wrap surfaces or the power cord are damaged.
- DO NOT use or store the appliance in a place with humidity such as a bathroom or places with high temperature.
- DO NOT carry the appliance by the power cord or handheld controller.
- DO NOT use while sleeping, operating machinery, or after alcohol consumption.
- DO NOT stand or walk while using the appliance.
- DO NOT expose the handheld controller, the wraps, or the power adapter to water as this may result in malfunction or electric shock.
- DO NOT scratch, excessively bend, pull, or twist the wire of the power adapter.
- DO NOT place heavy objects on or insert any foreign objects into the slit (this may cause fire and electric shock).
- DO NOT use the sharp tools to scratch or puncture the wraps, as this may cause the appliance to an air leak.
- DO NOT use wraps directly on swollen, inflamed areas, sensitive skin, or skin eruptions.
- DO NOT use the appliance for more than 30 minutes at a time. Extensive use could lead to the appliance’s excessive heating and shorter lifespan.
- DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- DO NOT use the appliance on pets or animals.

Using the Leg Massager
Before Use
- When wearing the wraps, please make sure that you wear the corresponding wrap on the appropriate leg: Left and Right
- Find the mark on the thigh wraps, you can see which side is up.
- When you need to use the thigh wrap, make sure the thigh and calf wraps are connected by the air hose. The air hose should be attached securely. Refer to the image below.
- Make sure that the hose has been attached securely by aiming at the snap-fit joint to the controller as shown below.
- If you feel the massage is a bit too powerful or prefer it to be less intense, please follow these recommendations:
- Choose the lowest intensity
- Loosen the velcro-strap of the corresponding part.
- It is recommended to leave enough room for 4 fingers to fit in between the massager and calf. Please refer to the image below.
0peration Instruction
- ” ” Press to turn ON/OFF the massager. The default mode is combine mode 1 with intensity 2 and 20 mins timer(Solid green indicator lights on).
- “ ” Press this button to choose auto-off timer between 20 and 25 mins.
- Press this button to select the following modes:
- C1: Massage your feet,calves, and thighs.
- C2: Massage your feet and calves together. The air hose of thigh wraps can be disconnected in this mode.
- C3: Cyclically massage your feet, calves, and thighs.
- ” ” Press to separately massage your thighs, calves, and feet.
- T: Massage thighs only
- C: Massage calves only
- F: Massage feet only
- “ ” Press to increase the air intensity level.
- “ ” Press to decrease the air intensity level. There are 4 intensity levels to choose from.
Note:
- The massager will auto shut-off every 20 or 25 minutes. Press the power button again to continue using the massager.
- The massager is programmed with a memory function and will automatically operate on the last mode, timer, and intensity setting when powering on. When you switch the mode, the timer and intensity level will not change. The memory function will not work if you cut off the power of the product.
- The thigh wraps can be detached. Do not select Combine mode 1, mode 3, or T mode of the separate when thigh wraps are detached.
Maintenance
Cleaning Method
- Do not machine wash. Do not immerse in any liquid to clean. Do not clean it with abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass polish, or paint thinner. It is recommended to wipe down the massager with a soft, slightly dampened cloth instead.
Packing Method
Please avoid folding the connection hose when packing; otherwise this may
cause inflation failure.
Troubleshooting

- Disconnect the air hose from controller, the airbag will quickly deflate
Intensity is set too high
The controller gets hot| The product has likely been in use for too long|
- It is recommended to use this massager for only 20-25 minutes per session to avoid OVER USAGE.
- After turning off, allow the massager to cool down before using again
The massage intensity of each leg feels different when using simultaneously|
When wearing the massager, the gap you leave when tightening the velcro straps
may be different for each leg| Try leaving the same gap when tightening the
massager
There is an air leakage| The air hoses have not been installed properly|
Please carefully reinstall the air hose by ensuring the hose is securely
attached
