The product is a TY06 Receiver with an SOS Button for emergency
situations. The receiver comes with a rechargeable battery, unlike
the TY03 model which does not include a rechargeable battery. It is
recommended to turn on the power switch before performing any
operations.

The receiver sends alert messages and sounds an alarm to your
phone through the TUYA APP. To receive the alarm message and sound
the alert, you need to open the notification switch on the TUYA APP
and adjust your phone settings accordingly.

For the regular receiver, it needs to be plugged in with a USB
power cable at all times. However, for the receiver with a
rechargeable battery, it does not need to be plugged in all the
time when it’s fully charged. Even if the power goes out in your
house, the fully charged receiver will still work well. You can
check the remaining battery level in the TUYA APP and decide
whether to charge it.
