THE FIRST USE GUIDE:
- Charge the receiver for 1 hour before using(activate the battery
- Press the transmitter call button and confirm that the transmitter indicator flashes,the receiver sounds ‘Ding-Ding’ and the receiver indicator flashes.The system is paired.Then you can press the button (it means you know someone is calling for help). The default ringtone is “Ding-Dong• .The user can change the ringtone easily, just refer to the *CHANGING THE RINGTONE/PAIRING’ steps.
CHANGING THE RINGTONE / PAIRING:
Step 1: Press the button to choose your favorite ringtone.
Step 2: Press the button to stop ringtone.
Step 3: Press the button and button, it sounds “Ding” and the receiver
indicator flashes (that means the system entered into the Pairing Mode, the
pairing mode will only last 8 seconds, then it will automatically exit).
Step 4: Press the button on the transmitter quickly, it will make a “Ding-Ding
sound and the receiver indicator flashes.
Step 5: Press the button on the transmitter again to confirm whether the cur-
rent ringtone is the one you have set, if yes ,the pairing is completed.
Remark:
- This method is also suitable for adding/pairing additional Transmitters.
- If Pairing door sensor, let Gap between sensor part and magnet beyond 0.4 inches (to send out the signal) instead of Pressing the button.
- If Pairing Motionsensor, turn on the sensor (the Infrared sensing area will flashes) instead of Pressing the button.
CLEARING THE SETTINGS:
Press and hold down the button for 5 seconds, until it makes a tinge sound and the receiver indicator flashes, all the settings will be cleared, the system will back to the factory default setting (it means that the ringtone you have set and the transmitters you have added/paired before will be cleared).
INSTALLATION:
- Place the receiver where you intend to fix. Place the magnet suction picec where you want to fix, and place the receiver on it. Or put the receiver di-recty on a magnetic object.
- Place the transmitter exactly where you intend to fix, confirm that the re-ceiver still sounds when you press the transmiter push button (If the receiver does not sound, this may be due to metal within the fixing surface and you may need to reposition the transmitter).
- Fix the transmitter in place with (supplied) double sided adhesive tape.
ADJUSTMENTS:
- The volume of the receiver can be adjusted to one of five levels. Press the button to increase the volume by one level, the receiver will sound to indicate the selected level. If the maximum level is already set, it will switch to the minimum level, which is the Silent Mode.
- The ringtone played by the receiver may be set to any one of 5 different selections. Press the button to select the next available ringtone, the re-ceiver will sound to indicate the selected ringtone.
- To set the receiver ringtone to the selected ringtone, please refer to the “CHANGING TERINGTONE/PAIRING” steps.
CHANGING THE BATTERY:
- Detach from the edge interface of the transmitter.
- Remove the exhausted battery and dispose of properly.
- Insert the new battery into the battery compartment. Observe correct battery polarity (+ve and -ve), or the unit will not function and may be damaged.
- Refit the transmitter to the cover, with the push button at the bottom
INDICATOR STATE OF RECEIVER:
- When the receiver is charged, the indicator lights red, and when it is fully charged, the red light goes out.
- When the receiver sound, the indicator lights up blue.
PROBLEMS?
If the receiver does not sound, the following are possible causes:

The battery in the transmitter may be run down (the transmitter indicat-or will not flash).
Replace the battery. -
The battery may be inserted the wrong way round (polarity reversed). In-sert the battery correctly, but be aware the reverse polarity may damage the unit.

Ensure that the receiver is in a state of stored electricity.

Check that neither the transmitter nor the receiver are near to possible sources of electrical interference, such as a power adaptor, or other wire-less devices.

The range will be reduced by obstacles such as walls, although this will have been checked during setup. Check that nothing, particularly a metal object, has been placed between the transmitter and the receiver. You may need to reposition the receiver.
CAUTIONS:
- The receiver is for indoor use only. Do not use outside or allow to be-come wet.
- There are no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair either the transmitter or the receiver by yourself.
