Product Information

The Electric Height Adjustable Desk is a versatile and ergonomic desk designed for use in dry work areas. It features electric motors that allow for easy adjustment of the desk’s height, providing users with the ability to position it at the most ergonomically suitable height. The desk has a height range of 610CM-1260CM (without desktop) and a base width of 1000MM-1800MM. It also has a travel speed of 32 per second (no load) and a weight capacity of up to 120KG. The desk is equipped with a soft start/stop mechanism and adjustable leveling studs for added stability. It also includes 4 memory presets for convenient height adjustment settings.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before assembling or using the desk, ensure that there are no obstacles in its path and that the desktop is not touching any walls.
2. Ensure that all cords are of appropriate length to accommodate the change in height.
3. Keep hands and fingers clear of pinch points and keep children away from the electric height-adjustable desk, control units, andhandsets to avoid the risk of injury and electric shock.
4. Avoid placing any objects taller than 20cm underneath the desk.
5. Avoid sitting or standing on the desk frame, crawling or lying under the desk frame, and opening any of the components (Legs, Control Box, or Switch) to prevent the risk of electric shock.
6. The desk is designed with a duty cycle of 10% (2 min. on, 18 min. off), so ensure that it is not used continuously beyond this cycle.
7. Only use the height adjustable desk in dry work areas.
8. Read the assembly instructions carefully before assembling the desk.
9. During assembly, lay out all components and tools to ensure that you have all the included parts listed in the manual.
10. Attach the Crossbar Ends using the provided screws, but do not tighten them all the way until all four screws are in place.
11. Install the Crossbar Center Rails by slipping them into the Crossbar Ends with the slots facing inward.
12. Attach the foot on the bottom of each lifting column using M6*16mm Machine screws.
13. Adjust the expansion distance of the supporting beam according to your needs and fix it on top using M5*16 wood screws.
14. Fix the control box on top using M5*16 wood screws or place it in the middle of the beam and use a cable tray cover.
15. Fix the hand switch using M4*16 wood screws.
16. Cover the cable tray on the beam and fix it together with the beam using M6*10 Machine screws.
17. Finally, fix the handset on the front edge of the desktop, preferably towards one end to avoid interference with your chair when seated.

Assembly Instructions

• Lay out all components and tools to ensure that you have all included parts listed on the previous page.
• Fully separate the Crossbar Ends. You will find the Crossbar Center Rails inside.

Install the Lifting Columns

1. Insert one of the Lifting Columns into the Crossbar End. Use Allwn key 5x5mm thread 4pcs M6*10 Machine Screws into the holes as shown.
2. Use Allen key 4x4mm, attach the side brackets(5) to the end of the supporting beam.then thread 2pcs M6*40 Machine screws.

Warning

• But do not tighten them all the way.
• Once all four screws are in place, tighten completely.
• Repeat Steps 2-3 for the remaining Lifting Column, Crossbar End, and Side Bracket.

Install the Crossbar center rail

• Slip the two Crossbar center rail into the two crossbar end.
• The slots in the center rail face inward.

Install the Tabletop and foot

• The expansion distance of the supporting beam can be adjusted according to the actual use.
• Then using Six ( 6 ) M5*16 wood screws , fixed the frame on the top .

Install the Control Panel and the Control Box

Install the Cable Management Tray

• Turn the assembled desk right-side-up, With at least two people grab the desk base ( not the desk top ) and turn the desk right-side-up. Adjust the Pre-installed Leveling Studs on the feet.

Troubleshooting

Protection and warning

• Block protection: when it displays “E02”, it alarms when desktop in vibration, collision and tilt, auto-clear the alarm after rebounding; or press any key to clear the alarm during rebounding. You should check and ensure that the desk won’t operate in large amplitude vibration,barrier or tilt condition, then try to run again.
• Overheat protection: when it displays “Hot”, this protection may be launched after running for a long time, you should wait for at least 18 minutes in order to use it again. C. Motor fault protection: when it displays “E10”, you should check and ensure that the connection between motor and controller is reliable, then power it off and power it on again or press reset to clear it.
• Overload protection: when it displays “E20”, you should remove some objects on the desktop when it occurs during the rise phase; or if it occurs during the decline phase, power it off and power it on again or press reset to clear it.
• Undervoltage protection: when it displays “E31”, it alarms when the supply voltage is lower than limit value, you should power it off and power it on again to clear it. Otherwise, it can be auto-cleared after it can be auto-cleared after.
• Overvoltage protection: when it displays “E32”, it alarms when the supply voltage is higher than limit value, you should power it off and power it on again to clear it. Otherwise, it can be auto-cleared after voltage goes to set value.
• Out-of-step protection ①: when it displays “E60”, you should check and make sure the motors of each channel are identical and their connection to controller is reliable, then press reset to clear it.

Note: Only multi-motor system has out-of-step protection.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
11. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
13. Please make sure there is no hazard sources in your operating environment. e.g., do not litter the tools around. Always be careful to treat the packaging materials in order to avoid any possible danger, e.g. plastic bag may lead to choking hazard to children.
14. Keep the original package of the equipment if necessary in case of the future use in transportation.
