Product Information

The Electric Height Adjustable Desk is a desk that can be adjusted to different heights using electric motors. It has a height range of 70CM-118CM (without desktop) and a base width of 1060-1600MM. The desk has a travel speed of 20 per second (no load) and a weight capacity of 100KG. It is designed with a duty cycle of 10% (2 min. on, 18 min. off) and has soft start/stop functionality. The desk also features adjustable leveling studs and 4 memory presets.

Caution / Information

When using the electric height-adjustable desk, it is important to ensure that there are no obstacles in its path and that the desktop is not touching any walls. All cords should be of an appropriate length to accommodate the change in height.

Assembly Instructions

1. Install the Motor to the table Leg(1) using two Motor Screws M4*10(25).
2. Fully separate the Left Beam(3) and Right Beam(3). Inside, you will find the Center Rails(4).
3. Install the Beam(3) onto the Leg(1), and then install the Side Bracket(5) onto the Beam(3).
4. Install the Motor.
5. Insert eight Table Board Screws M6*16(24) to join the two Table Boards together with two Table Connection Blocks(29).

Please refer to the provided diagrams (P1-P30) for visual guidance during assembly.

WARNING

Keep hands and fingers clear of the desk to avoid pinch points. Children should be kept away from the desk, control units, and handsets to prevent the risk of injury and electric shock. All electrical components should be kept away from liquids. Do not sit, stand, crawl, or lie under the desk frame. Objects taller than 20 should not be placed underneath the desk. Do not open any of the components (Legs, Control Box, or Switch) as there is a danger of electric shock.

Use/Liability

The height adjustable desk is designed for use in dry work areas only. It allows for the desk height to be adjusted to the most ergonomically suitable height. Any other use of the desk is at the user’s risk. The manufacturer does not accept warranty claims or liability claims for damage caused by improper use or handling of the desk frame.

Assembly Instructions

1. Install the Motor to the table Leg(1) with two Motor Screws M4*10(25).
2. Fully separate the Left Beam(3) and Right Beam(3). You will find the Center Rails(4) inside.
3. Install the Beam(3) onto the Leg(1), and then install the Side Bracket(5) onto the Beam(3).
4. Install the Motor.
5. Insert eight Table Board Screws M6*16(24) to join the two Table Boards together with two Table Connection Blocks(29).
6. Install the Power Box(10) and Power Box Pallet(9) to the Beam(3).
7. Connect the Table Frame and the Table Board together with six Table Board Screws(24).
8. Install the Drive Rod(6).
9. Fix the Beams and Center Rails with eight M6*10 Machine Screws(21).
10. Attach the Switch(11) to the Table Board with two Wood Screws M4*20(26).
11. Connecting the power cord.
12. Attach the Foot(7) to the Leg(1) with four Foot Screws M6*16(P23) , and then attach the two Glides(8) to the Foot(7). Such way for another one.
13. Install the cup holder(30) to the tabletop with five Cup Holder Screws(27).
14. It’s finished.
15. Turn the assembled desk right-side-up. With at least two people grab the Desk Base (not the desktop) and turn the desk right-side-up. Adjust the pre-installed Leveling Studs on the Feet.

Plug the Power Cord(P12) into a 110V-240V outlet.

Warning

• Make sure no obstacles are in the desk’s path.
• Make sure the desktop is not touching any walls.
• Make sure all cords are appropriate length to accommodate the change in height.

Important: You must Reset the desk prior to use.

Reset Procedure: Press and hold the DOWN button on the Switch until the desk reaches its lowest height. Release the DOWN button. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the LED display reads “rES” or about 10 seconds on non-LED handset models. Release the DOWN button. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the desk lowers a little bit more, slightly rises and stops. Release the DOWN button. Your desk is now ready to use. To program up to four presets (on some models): Use the up/down buttons to find a desired height, then press “M”(“S” on some models) followed by a number 1–4.

Conversion of metric and English units:

• Press the “M” for 3 seconds until the display shows“S–”.
• Press the “M” again.
• When the screen flashes, press the “M”again.
• After that, you can press the “down” key continuously to select S1(metric) or 1n(English) displayed on the screen.
• And then press “ M”.

Caution: Once a preset button is pushed, the desk will move to the programmed height(see caution box above).

Troubleshooting

• If your desk is not functioning properly it may need to be reset. Unplug the power cord for 20 seconds.
• Plug the power cord back in and follow the RESET procedure outlined in Step 16.
• If your desk has a handset with an LED readout and it displays “rES”(reset), perform the reset procedure outlined in Step 16.
• If the LED readout displays an error message (“E01”– “E60”) confirm that all wired connections are secure(legs to cables, cables to control box). Then perform the reset procedure outlined in Step 16.
• If the error message persists after the reset procedure, contact your seller.
• If the height between the legs exceeds 1.5 inches, stop the reset procedure&contact your seller.
• If the handset displays “HOT”, let the base cool down for 18 minutes.
