Charging the Built-In Battery
Move the power switch to the “OFF” position
Choose either one of the following ways to charge the built in battery:

Solar
The ideal position for the solar panel to charge under the sunlight vertically. The blue indicator light will be on indicating that charging is in progress.
Charge time may take up to 25-30 hours. Please note that different angles, times, weather and latitude affect the efficiency of light absorption
NOTE: When blue indicator light is off, solar panel can not absorb sunlight. Use USB attachment to charge battery, see below.
USB Port
- Connect the USB attachment into DC’s input/output port
- Connect the USB to a power source
- The blue indicator light will be bright blue indicating that charging is in progress
- The blue indicator light will dim once battery is fully charged
- Charge time may take up to 4-6 hours
Charging Electronic Devices
- Move the power switch to the “ON” position
- Using the correct adaptor connector connect the adaptor with the DC’s input/output port. Charging will start automatically
- Once charging is done, unplug device and move the power switch to the “OFF” position

Using the Speakers
- Move the speaker switch to the “ON” position. The blue indicator light will be on
- Use 3.5mm aux-in jack of the speakers to connect to your music device. Adjust volume accordingly
- Once finished unplug device from speaker and move the speaker switch to the “OFF” position

NOTE: When listening adjust volume accordingly. Over exposure to excessive sound levels can damage your ears resulting in permanent noise- induced hearing loss.
Charging and Using the Speakers
- Move the power AND speaker switch to the “ON” position
- Using the correct adaptor connector connect the adaptor with the DC’s input/output port. Charging will start automatically
- Use 3.5mm aux-in jack of the speakers to connect to your music device. Adjust volume accordingly
- Once finished move the power AND speaker switch to the “OFF” position

Battery Levels
Press the battery level button, the exclamation point will light up red indicating battery level.
- High: Whole exclamation mark lights up bright red
- Low: Exclamation mark light will be faint and/or dim

Storage
When not in use keep both power and speaker switch in the OFF positions
Keep all accessories with the charger and store in a cool dry environment away
from moisture
Notes
- Keep solar energy board clean and away from sharp objects.
- Device is not waterproof.
- This is not a toy, keep out of reach of children and do not allow children to play with it
- Charging and using a device at the same time may slow down the efficiency of charging based on the state of the battery before using the charger.
- Please note that different angles, times, weather and latitude affect the efficiency of light absorption.
- Over exposure to excessive sound levels can damage your ears resulting in permanent noise-induced hearing loss
- The internal battery has an overcharge protection, which effectively extends the battery life.
- Its Li-battery has protection circuit, and the product itself is also in circuit with protection circuit design, which is dual insurance.
- Intelligent charging, fast charge constant current, constant voltage charge, balanced charge effectively extend the built-in battery life.
- Powerful intelligent protection functions with overcharge, over discharge, overload, reverse polarity, short circuit protection function etc.

Troubleshooting
If the product does not work, check one of the following options.
- Check whether the adapter is compatible with the electronic device.
- Short-circuit protection of the built-in battery. The status of the short circuit is the charging indicator will not light, when you put the charger under the sunlight. To solve this problem, use the USB adaptor to charge the charger. See USB Port under, Charging the Built-In Battery on the reverse side of this manual.
- If the charger has not been used for a few days; the power of the built-in battery may be low. Charge the internal battery either by the USB cable or through the solar panel.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
CHARGERS
BARSKA®, as manufacturer, warrants this new product to be free of original defects in materials and/or workmanship for the length of time specified by this warranty. This warranty does not include damage caused by abuse, improper handling, installation, maintenance, normal wear-and-tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications and tampering in anyway.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased in the United States of America and Canada.
In the event of a defect within 30 days, the consumer must return the defective unit to the BARSKA® dealer (the place of purchase) at his/her own expense.
Beyond 30 days, BARSKA® products should be sent to the following address for warranty repairs. Products must be packed carefully and sturdily to prevent damage in transit, and returned freight prepaid to:

Please include all of the following when returning by BARSKA® products for service and/or replacement:
- Please write your complete details (Name, Address, Telephone #, E-mail address, RMA#, etc.)
- Purchase receipt or Proof of Purchase. (Original/Copy)
- A brief explanation of the defect
- A Check/Money Order of $15.00 to cover inspection, shipping and handling
*Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery
This product will either be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the warrantor. If it’s a discontinued item, we will replace the product with an equivalent product. Should the repair not be covered by this warranty, an estimate will be sent for your approval. Non-warranty repairs or refurbishing are always provided at a reasonable cost.
BARSKA® shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental and/or contingent damages whatsoever. We will not pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and or taxes. This warranty supersedes all previous BARSKA warranties.
