Operating instructions

1. Works Laminating
   Connect the power supply to the appropriate voltage and frequency (do reference to the rating label).

2. Press the power switch (ON / OFF) to “ON”, the red LED light “Power” & on.

3. Select the function button (COLD / HOT) for lamination. HOT: heating time 3-6 minutes, green LED “Ready” light on, then it could laminate 80-125 mic bags. (please always enter the bags with sealed edge). COLD: The machine does not heat up, only the roller rotates for lamination Freddo.

It works as a cutter

1. Open the cutter lock, lift the cutter handle.
2. Insert the paper from the transparent panel by aligning the scale line.
3. Press the transparent card to make sure the card does not move. 
4. Grasp the handle and push towards it.
5. Be careful when using the clipper.

It works as a corner corner
Place the right corner of the paper towards the machine, press and finish. Precautions – Lamination Precaution:

1. Start laminating until the green light is on.
2. The lamination thickness should be 160(2×80)-250(2×125) microns.
3. Do not touch the housing when the laminator is running and do not cover it anything in the housing.
4. Unplug the power when not in use. 
5. When the function switch & to “HOT”, green light on after 3-6 minutes, if switch & on “COLD”, the green “READY” LED and the LED red “POWER” light up at the same time, but lamination “COLD” It works only after the machine completely cools down.
6. If jammed, use “ABS release button” to take it out out the bags.

Clipper precaution

1. Please confirm whether the parts are tight before use.
2. Please read the user manual carefully and ensure the safety.
3. Please do not touch the edge of the blade to avoid injury. 
4. When not in use, please lock the clipper and keep it away from child. The child should only use it under the supervision of an adult.

Common distribution

1. If it is not possible to laminate, reconfirm whether the thickness of the envelope is respected with the temperature switch (COLD / HOT). Example: Cold lamination pouches comply with the switch “COLD?”, hot laminating pouches comply with the switch “HEAT”.
2. Solution:
   a. To select the suitable laminating bags and temperature switch (COLD HOT).
   b. If the above solution cannot work, please send to maintenance department. Do not disassemble by yourself.

THE LAMINATOR

The dimensions
The laminator is suitable for hot/cold films from 75 to 125 microns withmaximum width of 340mm (size of an A3 sheet). Using pit filmsthinner than 75 mic would cause the documents to wrinkle and bubble. The thickness ofsupported lamination of the item & up to 0.5mm (including the file as thedocument/photo/business card/paper). It is not recommended to laminate the samplesof animals or plants.
Operations Guide
Place the document correctly in the laminator by aligning it withthe sidesof the film; Wait 3-5 minutes patiently after turning on the device.vo, until warmed up & completed. Now the led indicator ¢ lights up, &possible to start eliminating| documents; Put the side of the film that is on firstmust be sealed; Forthick films (such as 125mic ones), in order to obtainFor best results, heat for about 1-2 minutes after starting the machine.
ABS release
If the laminating bag is placed at the wrong angle, or if thehot roller & covered in too much adhesive, or if you accidentally put ainappropriate material for lamination, in these three cases,the bag oflamination might be stuck in the machine. Please doreference to the following solutions:Set the device to “OFF”B.Unplug the power cordC. Pull to another sidethe ABS function button on the back of the device toremove the film.Carefully remove the laminating bag from the material input side.
Cold / Heat Mode
SwitchingIn cold mode, the green LED indicator is always on. In thiscase, the machine will not preheat, therefore the laminating pouch will notwill be pressed correctly. So you need to switch to hot modefor heating. Afterthe heating, the LED indicator & transformed byred to green, then you can operate normally; If the green light does not illuminateafter heating, or if the green light does not light up when switching tocold mode, ¢’& a problem with the heating function of thedevice.
Laminator maintenance
It is necessary to remove the sticker on the hot roller, otherwise it will affect badlyto the effect of the device. Please refer to the following solutions:A. Turn on laminator and rotate hot roller.B. Choose hot mode. Preheating is done based on timeof heating specified in *Technical Specifications”.C. Prepare a piece of paper and fold it, then place it horizontallyat the entrance of the material. When the paper is ejected,the adhesive materialresidue on the roller will stick to the paper and will be done.D. Repeat the process with a new piece of paper until the paper ejectsnot sticky & pill.After 30 minutes of continuous use of the laminator, it is recommended to stopRun the device for 30 minutes before next use.

THE CUTTER

The dimensions
The maximum cutting length is 34.5 cm; suitable for paper, card, paperphotographic and film. The material to be cut must not exceed the thicknessmaximum of 8 sheets (80 g/m?).
Operations Guide
When using the clipper, the blade must follow the side of the support and into theMeanwhile press the print plate. Except that the material to be cut &aligned with the plate, the blade cuts the object exactly
Attention

1.  Never hold the blade by hand when carrying the device or storing it.Lock the knife lock when not in use.
2. Operate the device with both hands.
3. Keep away from the devicethe following objects: clothes, ties, jewellery, hairlong and other loose items.
4. Use only for cutting photos, paper, cards or film.
5. Removestaple nails or staples from the document before cutting.
6. There is no need to oil or sharpen the blade before use.
7. Do not use the device if the blade guard is not installedcorrectly.
8. This laminator cannot be used to cut nails.
9. Do not use the device if the pressure rail is not strong.

THE ROUNDER OF ANGOLO

1. The Corner Rounder can cut a maximum of 3 pieces of 80g paper or a piece of film, cannot cut too thin or too much film thick.
2. So that it can be cut easily, the right corner of the document must be placed on the cutting edge of the corner rounder (the concave area) .
