WARNING
Avoid contact with skin directly. Wearing a shirt underneath the belt is
highly recommended. Put your Active Postpartum Belt on half an hour after a
meal, and remove it half an hour before your next meal. Recommended usage: 5-8
hours a day. Do not wear to sleep. If you feel uncomfortable at any point
while wearing the belt, adjust the tightness if it is too tight, or reduce the
time usage.
Wash before first use. Hand wash or cold wash with similar colors. Do not
tumble dry, no softeners, bleach, or ironing. Air dry only.
**How to wear: Stomach Belt
**
Recommended usage:
1-7 days after vaginal birth / stitches are healed after C-section.
Reduces swelling, prevents sagging, supports and aligns the abdomen.
STEP 1
Lay the Stomach Belt on a flat surface (interior facing upwards) and lie on
it.
STEP 2
Center belt beneath you and bend your knees, keeping feet together.
STEP 3
Inhale and with one hand, push tummy up and inwards (towards belly button).
Using the other hand, pull one side of the belt up and over the stomach.
STEP 4
Repeat with the other side of belt and stick it down.
Recommended usage:
1-6 weeks after vaginal birth / stitches are healed after C-section.
Wearing the Stomach Belt together with the Waist Belt helps provide lumbar
support, especially when breastfeeding. It also helps relieve back pain.
STEP 1
Position Waist Belt in the middle of back.
STEP 2
Wrap tightly around waist and fasten. Lift up and pull side straps outwards.
STEP 3
Secure side straps to your desired tightness.
STEP 4
Adjust tightness of belt if uncomfortable.
Recommended usage:
At least 6 weeks after vaginal birth / stitches are healed after C-section.
Wearing the Stomach Belt, Waist belt, and Pelvis Belt all together will help
stabilize loose pelvic joints, and also help hips return to their pre-
pregnancy position.
STEP 1
Position Pelvis Belt in the middle of lower back.
STEP 2
Wrap tightly around hips and fasten. Lift up and pull side straps outwards.
STEP 3
Secure side straps to your desired tightness.
STEP 4
Adjust tightness of belt if uncomfortable.
