How to Connect the Smart Bike Helmet to the LIVALL riding App?

1. Download the LIVALL APP by scanning the QR code on the user manual or download the LIVALL app or LIVALL riding app on the Google Store.
2. Press the on/off button at the back of the helmet for 3-5 seconds until the indicator turns on, and “Power on” audible prompt.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
4. If you use an Android phone, please open the LIVALL riding app, click the icon of “Device” and “Bling Helmet”, to find and connect the smart bike helmet, Click the icon of “Go to Setting”.
5. If you use iPhone with an IOS system, please open the LIVALL riding app, turn on the Bluetooth in your mobile phone, click the icon of “Device”, and click the icon of “Bling Helmet”, find the “Helmet phone(**)” to connect.
6. Click the icon of “>” or “<” in the app, if the indicator light on the helmet is changing accordingly, it means the helmet and APP connection is successful.

Please Note：

1. f the smart bike helmet runs out of battery, please charge it before use.
2. When connecting the mobile phone to the app, please do not exceed a distance of 5 meters between the phone and the helmet, and do not have any blocking objects in between.

How to Connect the Remote Control and the Smart Bike Helmet?

1. Press the on/off button at the back of the helmet for 3-5 seconds to turn on the smart bike helmet.
2. please make sure the remote control and smart bike helmet are within 5 meters of each other, Press any button on the remote control to activate the lights of the smart bike helmet. When bike helmet makes a beep sound and the lighting on the helmet are flash, it means the pairing signal from the helmet, please press the on/off button on the helmet to confirm the pairing.
3. Press the helmet’s on/off button to make sure the helmet is connected to the remote controller.
4. Press the left button or right button of the remote controller, if the helmet’s directional light changes with it, it means that the flash control and helmet are connected successfully.

Please note：

1. If the remote control can’t connect to the helmet, please try to replace the battery. If the battery is replaced and it till does not work, please tell us, and we will send you a new one.

How to Use the SOS Function?

1. After the smart bike helmet is connected to the LIVALL riding app, open LIVALL riding APP and tap ”Me” icon in the bottom right corner and tap “Emergency contact” and set up your emergency contact’s information, including the emergency contact’s name and phone numbers.

Please Notice:

Gently remind that the SOS feature is activated by meeting the following conditions:

1. When a rider falls down, make sure that your smartphone has a stable internet network and LIVALL riding APP should be logged in and run on your smartphone.
2. The helmet needs to be connected to the LIVALL riding app.
3. Before using the SOS function, you need successfully add your emergency contacts to your APP list.
4. When a rider falls down, make sure that the cyclist should lie down on the ground staying still for over 15 seconds. If the rider immediately gets up and moves, the SOS will not be activated.

How to Test the Success of the SOS Function Settings?

If you would like to simulate to test the SOS feature, you can throw up and firmly catch the helmet after your log in LIVALL riding APP. Keep holding the helmet at a standstill for about 15 seconds. The APP will pop up on the screen of the SOS alert. Please remember that you should add some emergency contacts first. And you will find the location link on your emergency contact’ s phone.

How to Set Up the Walkie-Talkie Function?

1. After smart bike helmets are connected with LIVAL riding APP, open the LIVALL riding APP and tap the “Group” icon and “Create Team” icon, Enter the group numbers and tell your friends
2. Partner’s mobile phone to download the LIVALL riding app, please turn on the app, and click the“Group” icon and” Join Team” icon, enter the group numbers.
3. Enter the group numbers, Successfully enter the group, the app interface will show the group members, and then click the “microphone” button to talk to each other.
