Product Information
The Midea Countertop Dishwasher is a compact dishwasher designed for easy installation on your countertop. It offers two methods of connection: quick connection and permanent connection. The quickconnection method is recommended, but if your faucet cannot supportit, you can consider the permanent connection method.
Method 1: Quick Connection
Parts Needed (Provided):
- Inlet Hose
- Drain Hose
- Faucet Adaptor with 15/16 male threaded or 55/64 female threaded, two sealing rings
- Quick Connect
Requirement:
Your faucet must have removable aerators.
Installation Steps:
- Remove the aerator from the faucet.
- Install the adapter onto the faucet.
- Connect the inlet and drain hose to the dishwasher.
- Connect the power cord to the power supply.
- Attach the quick connect to the faucet adaptor.
- Check all the connections to confirm if there is any leakage.
Note: Press the red pressure relief button to relieve water pressure before taking off the quick connect.
Method 2: Permanent Connection
Requirement:
If your faucet cannot support method 1, you can consider method 2. However, you will need to purchase a 3/8 in. Compression Inlet Hose and a 3/8 in. Compression x 3/8 in. Garden Hose Elbow. It may be necessary to drill a hole on the top of the cabinet or sink to pass through the inlet pipe.
Parts Needed:
- 3/8 in. Compression x 3/8 in. Compression Inlet hose (to be purchased)
- 3/8 in. Compression x 3/4 in. Garden Hose Elbow (to be purchased)
- Drain Hose (to be taken off from the attached quick connect assembly provided)
Installation Steps:
- Note: You may need to drill a hole on the top of the sink topass through the inlet hose.
- Connect one side of the drain hose to the dishwasher.
- Put the other side of the drain hose to the sink.
- Check all the connections to confirm if there is anyleakage.
Make sure there are no water leaks at all hose connections.

METHOD 1: QUICK CONNECTION

REQUIREMENT
- Your faucet must have a removable aerator.
- The size of your faucet aerator is 15/16″ male threaded or 55/64“ female threaded, which is about the size of a quarter coin.
INSTALL STEPS
- Remove the aerator from the faucet.
- Install the adapter onto the faucet.
- Connect the inlet and drain hose to the dishwasher.
- Connect the power cord to the power supply.
- Attach the quick connect to the faucet adaptor.
- Check all the connection to confirm whether has a leakage.
IMPRORTANT:
- Slowly open faucet and check for any sign of water leaks at all hose connections.
- If you want to remove the quick connect from faucet adapter, please close the faucet first and then press the red pressure relief button to relieve water pressure before taking off the quick connect.
PERMANENT CONNECTION
METHOD 2: PERMANENT CONNECTION
REQUIREMENT:
If your faucet can’t support method 1, and then Method 2 can be considered. But you will need:
- To PURCHASE a 3/8 in. Compression Inlet Hose and 3/8 in. Compression x 3/8 in. Garden Hose Elbow .
- To DRILL a hole on the top of the cabinet or sink to pass through the inlet pipe.(Not Necessary)

PART PROVIDED -
Drain Hose(Need to take off it from the attached quick connect assembly provided)
INSTALL STEPS

Connect the inlet hose to the 90 ° ELBOW

Connect the 90 ° ELBOW to the dishwasher inlet valve.

Connect the other side of the inlet hose to the water supply.
NOTE: You may need to drill a hole on the top of sink to pass through the inlet hose. -
Connect one side of the drain hose to dishwasher.

Put the Other side to the sink.

Check all the connection to confirm whether has a leakage.
IMPRORTANT:
- Please confirm all the connection firmly. But do not overtighten.
- Open the water supply and check for any sign of water leaks at all hose connections.
