Product Information

The Enua Wallmount is a charging station for electric vehicles. It is designed for authorized personnel only and can be used both indoors and outdoors. The Wallmount has a sleek design with a front cover and is equipped with a light ring that indicates the status of the charging station. It comes with a mounting set that includes grommets, cable clamps, and screws for easy installation. The Wallmount has technical specifications such as dimensions of 143 x 135 x 76 mm, operating temperature range of -25 to +50°C, and a weight of 0.6kg. It has a maximum power capacity of 12.7kW at 32A/3-phase (IT-grid), 7.4kW at 32A/1-phase (IT-/TN-grid), and 22kW at 32A/3-phase (TN-grid). The charging station has IP45 protection for both indoor and outdoor use and IK09 impact protection. It is equipped with overcurrent protective devices and has UL94 fire classification. The Wallmount requires a mobile application for installation.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation Guide

1. Remove the front cover of the Wallmount.
2. Mount the Wallmount on the desired location using the included wall screws. Recommended installation height is 130-150cm.
3. Find out where the power cable will enter the Wallmount and remove the plastic blind plugs at that location.
4. All wires should be stripped to a length of 19mm.
5. The Wallmount must be protected by a circuit breaker with a maximum rated current of 63A and a Type A ground fault protection (30 mA).
6. Connect the wires according to the provided connection overview.
7. Put the front cover back on the Wallmount and screw in the four torx screws.

Start Configuration

To configure the Wallmount, you will need the Enua installer mobile app.

1. Follow the instructions in the mobile app.
2. Scan the Wallmount with your mobile device on the Enua logo for configuration. The Wallmount has an inbuilt NFC chip.

Light Description over Charging Station

After the charger is installed, colors will appear in the light ring of the Wallmount to indicate the status of the installation.

Safety Instructions

Read through the instruction manual carefully before installing and using the product. Pay attention to the following:

• A certified professional should be responsible for the installation, mainte-nance, and repair of the equipment. It is essential to comply with all local, regional, and national electrical installation regulations.
• The product should be placed on a stable location. Make sure the surface has sufficient bearing capacity and the product should only be installed vertically.
• It is not recommended to install the product in areas with a risk of explosion, high temperature, or where it may come into contact with running water. If damage or defects are detected on the product, it should not be installed or used. It is also crucial to avoid changes to components or connection cables, as this can pose a risk at high electrical voltage.
• It is not allowed to use adaptors, conversion adaptors, or cord extension sets with the Enua EV Charger and wall mount.
• The wall mount is to be installed as a stationary equipment, surface mount-ed on walls, poles or equivalent positions.
• The wall mount is intended for locations with non-restricted access and restricted access.
• All national laws and restrictions must be followed when installing and using this product.

Safety Instructions for Use

When using the product, be aware of the following safety measures:

• Damaged or defective products should not be used. Before use, always check for any visible damage.
• In case of fire, use CO2 to extinguish. Remember to disconnect the system from the power grid before using water or foam.
• Avoid submerging the product in water or other liquids. The wall mount should also not be cleaned with running water or high-pressure cleaners. Avoid using extension cords or adapters with the product. Do not insert foreign objects into the product.
• It is essential to ensure that children do not gain access to or play with the product.
• Wash the product with a clean, damp and soap-free cloth

Remove the front cover

Mount the WallMount and place the power cable

1. Find out where the cable going into the WallMount comes from.
   Snap out the plastic blind plugs where the cable is to enter the WallMount

2. The WallMount is mounted with four included wall screws.

3. Installation height of 130-150cm is recommended.

Mount the WallMount and place the power cable

1. All wires should be stripped 19mm
2. The WallMount must be protected by a circuit breaker with a maximum rated current of 63A and a Type A ground fault protection (30 mA). RCBOs can be used.
3. Max cable dimension to the terminal port clamp 10mm2. Minimum cable dimension to the terminal port clamp 2,5mm2.

Assemble WallMount

1. Put the front cover back on the wall mount
2. Screw in the four torx screws

Start configuration

To be able to configure the wall mount, the Enua installer mobile app is required.

1. Follow the instructions in the mobile app.
2. Scan the WallMount with a mobile on the Enua logo for configuration. The WallMount has an inbuilt NFC chip.
   You are now ready to click in place Enua Charge and start the journey!
