1. 5mm Allen wrench (2)

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Using two 5mm Allen wrenches, loosen the coupling bolts on the Spark bar and remove the broken piece at the end of the Spark bar.
  2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the two screws on the chain guard and remove the chain guard.
  3. Using two 13mm open wrenches, loosen the locknuts by turning the wrenches counterclockwise.
  4. To loosen the chain, pull the tensioner up to create some slack in the chain and remove the rear wheel.
  5. Discard the broken piece and replace it with the new one. Reverse steps 2-4 and reinstall the rear wheel.
    • NOTE : Make sure the chain tensioner is positioned on top of the chain and the Spring from the spring housing needs to be resting on the frame.
  6. Slide the Spark bar onto the metal bar located on the opposite side of the chain. Push down on the Spark bar and slide the bar all the way until the holes are aligned. Using two 5mm Allen wrenches, reattach the Spark bar.

INSTALLATION

  • Step 1: Using two 5mm Allen wrenches, loosen the coupling bolts on the Spark bar and remove the broken piece at the end of the Spark bar.
  • Step 2: Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the two screws on the chain guard and remove the chain guard.
  • Step 3: Using two 13mm open wrenches, loosen the locknuts by turning the wrenches counter clockwise.
  • Step 4 :To loosen the chain, pull the tensioner up to create some slack in the chain and remove the rear wheel.
  • Step 5 :Discard the broken piece and replace with the new one. Reverse steps 2-4 and reinstall the rear wheel.
    • NOTE : (A) Make sure the chain tensioner is positioned on top of the chain. (B) The Spring from the spring housing needs to be resting on the frame.
  • Step 6 :Slide the Spark bar onto the metal bar located on the opposite side of the chain. Push down on the Spark bar and slide the bar all the way on until the holes are aligned. Using two 5mm Allen wrenches, reattach the Spark bar.
