Welcome

Thanks for choosing the F100 electric go karts. Before you use the F100, please read carefully the safe operation guide and operation method related to F100 in this manual .You must read and follow these instructions as well as the instructions provided with the applicable this product.

Warnings

  1. To reduce the risk of injury, adult supervision is required. Do not use on roads, near motorized Vehicles, on or near steep slopes or steps, in swimming pools or other bodies of water; always wear shoes and do not allow more than one rider.
  2. Always fasten seat belt, wear a helmet with long hair tucked inside and wear protective gear.
  3. Loose clothing or hair can get caught in the wheels or block your view. Wear suitable closed safety shoes. Do not wear loose clothing.
  4. Do not drive in rain or snow. When not in use, park the kart indoors to avoid water entering and damaging the kart.

  Comply with all local laws and regulations.
Collisions and falls could result in death or serious injury. To reduce the risk of injury, the user and/or adult must read and follow the owner’s manual.

Safety Instructions

  1. The F100 go kart is a recreational product. Before mastering riding skills, you need to practice. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller is liable for injury or damage caused by inexperienced drivers or failure to follow the instructions in this owner’s manual or the new rider tutorial.
  2. Remember that as with any mode of transportation, whenever you drive a the kart, you will have the risk to be injured or killed by loss of control, collisions and falls. You can reduce risk by following all instructions and warnings in this manual, but not eliminate all risk.
  3. The go art might contains small parts which can create a choking hazard. Keep small children away from the go art.

Know Before You Drive

  1. Check and tighten any loose parts, fasteners, belts before each drive, and replace damaged parts.
  2. To avoid accidents caused by improperly inflated or worn tires, check tire pressure and all tire wear before each ride. Do not touch moving or spinning tires.
  3. Make sure the battery charge and vehicle operating status are within specifications.
  4. Carefully read, understand and follow all instructions in this user manual. And watch and understand the new rider tutorials in the app before you drive for the first time. Do not attempt to drive a go kart if you are unable to follow the instructions in this manual o you could be seriously injured or killed.
  5. Always wear proper footwear, clothing and protective gear when riding. Protective gear includes the use of helmets, knee and elbow pads (not included). With an approved bike helmet or skateboard helmet, the chin strap stays properly in place and provides protection for the back of your head. Remove or tie back any loose items (i.e. clothing, hair, jewelry, etc.) that may be caught in any moving parts. Always fasten your seat belt before riding and make sure it is fastened. A loose seat belt can get stuck in the wheel.
  6. The go kart must be parked on a flat ground to start.

Where to Drive

  1. Always obey local laws and regulations when entering public places. Only ride in areas where you first obtained permission from the owner.
  2. The go kart is designed to be driven on dry, flat, hard surfaces free from obstacles, bumps, holes and other hazards.
  3. The type of surface suitable for safe use of the toy.
  4. Do not drive on roads, near motor vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, animals, steep slopes or steps, roadsides, near swimming pools, puddles, or other bodies of water. Be careful when riding in areas with trees, posts or fences. You must leave enough space between you and these items to be able to pass them safely.
  5. Please pay attention to safety when driving in indoor places.
  6. Please drive in a well-lit environment at night.
  7. Do not ride on any ramp or slope that exceeds the maximum gradient.
  8. Do not ride on snowy, rainy or wet, muddy, icy o slippery roads for any reason. Do not jump over obstacles (including but not limited to sand, loose gravel, or sticks). Doing so could cause a loss of balance or traction, and possibly a crash.
  9. Do not let the go kart get wet. With a wet battery pack, the battery might get damaged and will possibly fire or explode.

How to Drive

  1. As with any other vehicle, the faster the speed, the longer the braking distance. Sudden acceleration or braking on slippery surfaces may cause the wheels to slip and collisions.
  2. Be careful while driving and always keep a safe distance from other people. Be alert and slow down when entering unfamiliar areas.
  3. Do not allow anyone to drive your go kart by themselves unless he/she has read this manual carefully and followed the new rider tutorial. The safety of new riders is your responsibility. Assist new riders until they are familiar with the basic operation of the go kart and make sure each new rider wears a helmet and other protective gear.
  4. To avoid distraction while driving the go kart, please do not use mobile phones, cameras, earphones, earbuds or do any other activities while driving.
  5. Be alert! Look ahead. Your eyes are the best tool to avoid obstacles and low traction surfaces (including but not limited to wet ground, loose sand, loose gravel and ice). Be careful when transitioning across different terrains.
  6. Always slow down and yield to others when approaching or passing through an intersection, road, corner or gate of any kind.
  7. Do not drive at an unsafe speed. You must always use good judgment based on your driving technique and your surroundings.
  8. Always slow down when turning. Turning at high speeds can cause loss of vehicle control, possible rollover, and risk of injury or death.
  9. Do not perform stunts of any kind. All four tires must remain on the ground at all times.
  10. When driving a go kart, keep hands and feet inside the go kart at all times.
  11. Do not carry cargo of any kind.
  12. If the Go kart makes an unusual sound or alarm while driving, stop the vehicle immediately and do not use the go kart until the cause of the noise/alarm has been determined and corrected. Contact after-sales service for assistance.

Who Can Drive
The manufacturer recommends that drivers be at least 14 years old. Children under the age of 16 can only drive under adult supervision.
Always follow these safety instructions:

  1. People who should not drive include:
    01 Anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics.
    02 Anyone with a medical condition, if he/she engages in vigorous physical activity.
    03 Anyone whose weight exceeds the prescribed limit (see specifications).
    04 Pregnant women.

  2. Go kart is for one person use only.

  3. For your safety, you must be able to see clearly what is in front of you, and you must be clearly visible to others.

  4. Drivers must be able to hear their surroundings.

After Each Drive

  1. Park the go kart on a flat surface and turn off the power. Failure to do so may cause the go kart to move when exiting, potentially causing injury to you and others around you.
  2. Let the go kart cool down before charging. Do not attempt to charge your go kart, charger, or electrical outlet if it is wet. Follow the instructions in the user manual.
  3. As with any electronic device, use a surge protector when charging to help protect your go kart from damage caused by power surges and voltage spikes.
  4. Only use the charger specified by the manufacturer. Do not use any other product’s charger.
  5. Modifications to your go kart may interfere with the operation and performance of the go kart, which may result in serious injury and/or damage and may void the limited warranty.

Maintenance and Storage

  1. Please make sure the go kart is powered off when doing any maintenance or installing or replacing parts.
  2. When installing components, use appropriate and sufficient force until the components are installed firmly. If it s installed too loosely or too tightly, the go kart may not work properly, resulting in injury to you or others or damage to or malfunction of the go kart.
  3. When charging, you need to ensure that your battery is still in a usable state. Please do not replace the unsuitable battery by your sel. Otherwise, there is a possibility of fire and explosion.

When unpacking the kart, please confirm whether the above items are included in the package. If you are missing any components, please contact your dealer/distributor or nearest service center (see contact details).
Please keep the box and packing materials in case you need to ship your kart in the future. Please be sure to turn off the kart power and unplug the power plug before cleaning.

Setting and Upgrade

  1. Scan the QR code to download the “Lefeel” APP.
  2. Turn on the bluetooth of the mobile phone
  3. Press the start button of go kart
  4. Connect go kart in “Lefeel”, open the setting button, and adjust the maximum speed limit of different gears, the volume of the prompt sound, etc. according to individual needs.

Driving the F100

Take F100 out of the box, adjust the length of F100 on the telescopic rod according to the height of the driver, so that F100 is at a suitable length

Installation

Step 1
Pull the knob lock up and down to adjust the front end, adjust the steering wheel to the proper position and release the knob lock

Step 2
Loosen the round head hexagonal locking mother nail M6*38mm screws to adjust the frame to the appropriate  length, and then tighten the screws

Step 3
Fasten the plastic kit according to the position of the frame

Step 4
Confirm the positions of the three spoiler bases and fix them with M4 self- tapping screws (make sure the positions of the bases on both sides are symmetrical)

Step 5
First use M5 cross-recessed countersunk head screws to fix the spoiler and the spoiler frame together, then insert the spoiler frame into the bases on both sides, and finally use M4 self-tap- ping screws to fix the spoiler and the middle base together again

Step 6
Fix the flagpole and the flagpole frame together, and then use M6 flat head screws to fix the flagpole frame and the kart body together
