Dear Valued Merck Distributor,
As part of our ongoing efforts to better match customer usage trends, Merck
will be discontinuing VAXNEUVANCE™ (Pneumococcal 15-valent Conjugate Vaccine)
single-dose pre-filled Luer-Lok™ syringes with tip cap (NDC 0006-4329-02)
effective immediately. Wholesalers and physician distributors may continue to
sell and deplete their remaining inventory.
Moving forward, Merck will solely offer the 10-pack box of single-dose pre-
filled Luer-Lok™ syringes with tip cap (NDC 0006-4329-03). Merck has adequate
supply of the 10-pack of single-dose prefilled syringes of VAXNEUVANCE to
cover the discontinuation of the single-dose pre-filled syringe in the United
States, and to support your transition from single-dose to 10-pack box.
