WARNING

  • Follow strictly all the instructions given in this manual for installation. Electrical and installation work needs to be performed by a qualified individual. Installation error can cause fire, electrical shock, injury or Ceiling Fan to drop.
  • Switch off the power supply and wait until the Blades is fully static, before cleaning or doing any maintenance jobs. Can cause injury or electrical shock if the Ceiling Fan moves suddenly. Kindly refer to your authorized dealer for repair or maintenance.
  • Ensure that the Pipe has been fully tightened to the Motor Shaft (Bolt tightening torque is 800~1200 N•cm) and the Cotter Pin must be fixed into the Bolt and bent. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Tighten the Blade Screws firmly using a screwdriver. (250-300 N•cm)Can cause injury if Blade drops.
  • Ensure that the Ceiling Hook can sustain more than 10 times the Ceiling Fan weight. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Stop using the Ceiling Fan when any abnormality or failure occurs and turn “OFF” the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB).Risk of smoke, fire, electrical shock and drop. Please contact your authorized dealer for maintenance/repair.
  • Dismantle the broken or damaged Ceiling Fan. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
  • If unusual oscillating movement is observed, immediately stop using the Ceiling Fan and contact the manufacturer, its service agent or suitably qualified persons. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Do not install the Ceiling Fan at oily and dusty places. Can cause fire, explosion, short circuit and electrical shock.
  • Do not install the Ceiling Fan near flammable areas such as a gas cooker. Can cause fire, explosion, short circuit and electrical shock.
  • Do not install the Ceiling Fan near chemicals and alkaline. Can cause fire, explosion, short circuit and electrical shock.
  • Do not damage the wire during installation e.g. deform due to heat, twist, bend, etc. Can cause fire, explosion, short circuit and electrical shock.
  • Do not use a power supply other than the rated voltage mentioned. Overheating can cause electrical shock or fire.
  • Do not insert any metal items in the battery area with the Battery. Can cause fire, explosion, short circuit and electrical shock.
  • Do not hang onto the Ceiling Fan. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Do not disassemble the Ceiling Fan unless stated by this manual. Must use only supplied parts.Can cause fire, electrical shock, injury or Ceiling Fan to drop.
  • Do not touch the Ceiling Fan while it is operating. Can cause injury, damage or the Ceiling Fan to drop.
  • Do not sprinkle water to Ceiling Fan or do not wet the Ceiling Fan. Can cause fire, explosion, short circuit and electrical shock.

The manufacturer will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by defective, deficient installation or installation which does not follow the instruction manual. Can cause injury of users or property damage.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Can cause the injury of users or property damage.
  • The Ceiling Fan must be mounted above 2.3 m from the floor and 1 m from the wall to the Blade. Can cause unstable air flow and affect Ceiling Fan to wobble. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops. Refer to page 11 (step 3) for the measurement method.
  • After installation make sure the Ceiling Fan does not wobble extremely. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Replace all the Blades if any of them breaks or cracks. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
  • The mounting of the suspension system shall be performed by the manufacturer, its service agent or suitably qualified persons. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
  • The Ceiling Fan suspension system should be examined at least once every two years. Can cause the injury of users or property damage.
  • The replacement of parts of the safety suspension system device shall be performed by the manufacturer, its service agent or suitably qualified persons. Can cause the injury of users or property damage.
  • This product is for in house use only. Do not install at a windy places. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Do not install at places where there is high vibration and impact. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Avoid fixing inside dome ceiling. Can cause unstable air flow and affect Ceiling Fan to wobble. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Wipe away dirt with a clean soft cloth, ordinary soap and water to keep the Ceiling Fan clean. Do not use solvents (gasoline and petroleum) or any other chemicals. Can cause plastic part deformation or metal corrosion. Can cause injury if parts drop.
  • Do not install the Ceiling Fan at a wet, high temperature and high humidity area such as a shower room. If an electrical current leakage occurs, it can cause electrical shock or fire easily.

Maintenance

  1. Check the Ceiling Fan condition annually. If a problem occurs, stop using the Ceiling Fan. Refer to a service, sales or maintenance shop.

    • Checkpoint: Loosened screws, safety wire condition, motor shaft damage, etc.
  2. Ensure the Safety Switch is in good condition. If a problem occurs, stop using the Ceiling Fan. Refer to a service, sales or maintenance shop.

  3. Keep the Ceiling Fan clean. Wipe with a clean soft cloth, ordinary soap and water.
    Wipe it again to dry it. Do not use solvents (gasoline/ petroleum).

    • Hold the Blade tip during the cleaning process to avoid bending the Blade.
    • Do not bend the Blade while cleaning.
  4. Do not paint the Blades. If damaged, order a new set of parts from a service, sales or maintenance shop.

  5. When referring to a service, sales or maintenance shop, show these operating instructions to them and maintain them correctly.

  6. If the product is broken or damaged, remove it from the ceiling and replace it with a new one. This is to avoid Ceiling Fan drops.

  7. The Ceiling Fan suspension system should be examined at least once every two years.

How to install

Assemble the Motor Assembly to the Pipe

  • Assemble the Motor Assembly (C) to the Pipe (B) that hang on Ceiling. Fix the Pipe (B) to Motor Shaft (a) as shown. Ensure the Switch Lever (b1) press the Switch (b2) . Ensure that the Pipe hole and the Motor Shaft hole are aligned.

CAUTION

  • Do not remove the Switch Lever at Pipe.Fix the Pipe correctly to the Motor Shaft.Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.

Fix the Pipe (B) and the Motor Assembly (C) with the Ellipse Bolt (F), the P-R Washers (G), the Spring Washer (H), the Hexa Nut (D) and the Cotter Pin (J). The Slit (c) of the Ellipse Bolt should be at top and bottom. Bend the Cotter Pin (J) at last as shown.

WARNING

  • Ensure that the Pipe is fully tightened to theMotor Shaft. (Bolt tightening torque is 800-1200N•cm). And the Cotter Pin must be inserted intothe Ellipse Bolt hole and bent.Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Connect the Power Cord (d) to the 2 pin Terminal (e) and Earth Wire (f).

WARNING

  • Make sure all the terminals are connected correctly by a competent person to avoid electrical hazards.
  • Make sure all the wires must be fully insert and the 2 pin terminal screw is firmly tightened.
  • Can cause fire, electrical shock.

Check point after installation

  • Switch Lever press the Switch.
  • The Ellipse Bolt, the P-R Washers, the
  • Spring Washer and the Hexa Nut are firmly tightened, and the Cotter Pin is inserted and bent for safety reason.
  • The Safety Wire Screw is firmly tightened.
  • All wires are connected correctly by a competent personnel.

Assemble the Blade Assembly Set to the Motor Assembly

  • Remove the Blade Screws (g) (8 pieces, silver colour) from the Motor Assembly (C).
  • Assemble the Blade (D) towards the Motor Assembly (C).
  • Tighten the Blade Screws (g) (Silver colour) firmly.
  • Use 2 screws for one Blade.
  • For reference, tightening torque is 250-300 N•cm.

Attention

  • Ensure that the Blade is fixed correctly.
  • Ensure the Safety Plate is fixed correctly at the Blade frame. Do not install the Blade without Safety Plate.

  • Tighten the Blade Screws firmly using a screwdriver.Can cause injury if the Blade drops.
  • Do not remove Safety Plate from Blade.Can cause injury if the Blade drop

Check point after installation

  • The Blade Screws (8 pieces) fixing the Blade assembly are securely tightened.

Install to the ceiling

  1. Take out the Pulley Set (E) from the parts set.
  2. Cross the C Hook (h) of the Pulley Set to the Pipe (B) , inclining the  Hook and aligning it parallel with the Pipe hole.
  3. Place the Pulley (i) onto the Ceiling Hook (j1) .

Note

  • Step (3) can be done before step (2) .
  • Make sure that the Ceiling Fan maintain a straight position during installation to avoid the Blade from touch the wall or ceiling.
  • In case “U” hook (j2) is being used, installation method is the same.

WARNING

  • Ensure that the Ceiling Hook can sustain more than 10 times the Ceiling Fan weight.
  • Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Product weight approximately 7 kg.

CAUTION

  • Ensure that the Ceiling Fan is not tilted so that the Blade does not touch the wall during installation.
  • Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.

Check point after installation

  • The Ceiling Fan is securely fixed onto the Ceiling Hook.

Remove Safety Wire Screw (k) from Pipe (B) .

  • Loop the Safety Wire (I) to the Ceiling Hook (j1) and fix it to the Pipe (B) with the Screw (K) .

CAUTION

  • The Safety Wire must be fixed correctly.Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.

Check point after installation

  • The Safety Wire is looped to the Ceiling Hook and securely fixed to the Pipe.

Wiring instruction

  • Connect to the power supply according to the wiring Instruction below.

Attention

  • This product should be installed with a double poles single throw switch (Breaker Switch) with a minimum 3 mm contact gap in the fixed installation circuit.
  • If your Remote Control missing or misplaced, the Ceiling Fan can be switched on pre set speed 2.
  • Do not use regulator or dimmer switch for this model. (It can damage the Ceiling Fan)
  • Should there be a regulator or dimmer switch, disconnect it and reconnect the wiring as above.
  • It is recommended to replace regulator point or dimmer switch with OFF/ON switch on the wall.

WARNING

  • Electrical wiring must be done by aqualified individual.Can cause fire, electrical shock.
  • This product is not provided with a cord and plug or with other means for connectionto the supply.
  • When connecting or changing the powercord or lead wire, it must be performed by a qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Please use 227IEC53(RVV) or thickness of tube 1 mm or above. (If there are otherrequirements such as the diameter of lead wire, please use according to the regulation of the country).Can cause fire, electrical shock.
  • Do not bypass and short circuit the Safety Switch.Can cause fire, electrical shock, injury or Ceiling Fan to drop.

Check point after installation

  • The wiring is connected properly to the power supply.

Install the Upper Canopy

  • Remove the Screws (2 pieces) (m) from Upper Сапору (A)
  • Dismantle and adjust the gap 5 mm or more between ceiling and Canopy. After checking the gap, insert the Upper Canopy Rib (w1) to the Motor Unit Slot (w2) . Click it until the “click” sound is heard, and fix the Screws (m) into the Upper Canopy (A) and tighten it.

Attention

  • Do not assemble the Canopy in opposite direction. Can cause abnormal noise.

Check point after installation

  • The Canopy is securely screwed.

Final confi rmation

  • Measure the distance using a measuring tape.
  • Adjust all the Blades to get an equal distance from the ceiling to the tip of the Blade (Within 1 mm tolerance).

Pitching method

  • Hold the Blade frame by hand and adjust the distance (L) by pushing up or pressing down the Blades gently until the difference of distance (L) should be ± 1 mm.

CAUTION

  • After installation, make sure that the Ceiling Fan does not tremble extremely.
  • Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
  • Do not overbend the Blade when pitching.
  • Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.

Install Remote Control Holder

  • Install the Remote Control Holder Set (M) to wall.
    • Fix the Remote Control Holder (n) using provided Screw (0) (2 pieces) and Wall Plugs (P) (2 pieces) as shown in figure below.
  • Distance between holes (q) is 20 mm.
  • Depth for Wall Plug (r) is 30 mm.

Attention

  • The Wall Plugs are not needed for wooden wall.

Before use

  1. Remove the cover of Remote Control (L) .
    • Pull the Flap (s) to remove.
  2. Insert the Batteries (K) (2 pieces AA / R6P / R6 / LR6).
    • “+””-” position should match.
  3. Close the cover.
    • Insert the protruding part (2 positions) into the Remote Control (2 holes), and press the Flaps (s) .

Attention

  • Please remove all Batteries before disposing the Remote Control. The life of Battery is about one year for a normal usage.
  • Replace all Batteries at one time and be careful not to mix Battery type.

WARNING

  • Do not insert any metal items in the battery area with the battery.Can cause fire or electrical shock due to short circuit.

Remote Control coverage

The figure above shows the best coverage area (W) around 8 m if the height (H) is 4 m. The Remote Control must be pointed to the direction of the Ceiling Fan when in use.

Avoid the following situations

• Netting and Glass (t) can reduce the signal power or reflect the infrared signal from the Remote Control.
• Lighting effect generated by Fluorescent Lighting Systems (u) directly onto the product receiver area can affect the signal transmission.
• Obstacles such as Walls or Glass (V) between the product receiver and Remote Control can cause signal transmission failure.

Attention

  • The power consumption when the operation is turned off by Remote Control is about 1 W.
  • It is recommended to switch off wall switch or breaker if Ceiling Fan is not in use for long period. This is for zero power consumption purpose.

How to use Remote Control

OFF/ON Button

  • Press OFF/ON button to switch ON or OFF the Ceiling Fan.“ON” – Short beeping sound.“OFF” – Long beeping sound.

Speed Button

  • 3 speed control (SPEED 1, 2, 3).

OFF TIMER

  • If 6 hours timer is ON (3 lights indication), the timer will gradually count down from 6 hours (6h) to 3 hours (3) (2 lights indication), then 1 hour (1) (1 light indication) until OFF (no light indication).

Timer Cancel

  • Push this button to cancel SLEEP MODE or OFF TIMER.

SLEEP MODE

  • Step 1: Select SPEED 2 or 3.
  • Step 2: Select (3) or (6h) timer.
  • Step 3: Press SLEEP MODE button and timer light indication at Ceiling Fan will blink.
  • For SLEEP MODE function, refer SLEEP MODE FUNCTION chart. To cancel, press once more.

How to use OFF TIMER

Press the desired button to set the timer as shown above

  • Indicating lamp at the Ceiling Fan will change accordingly as remaining time reduces.
  • Press the CANCEL button to stop using timer function.

How to use SLEEP MODE

Press the SLEEP MODE button

  • Indicating lamp at the Ceiling Fan will blink according to remaining time.
  • Press again the SLEEP MODE button to cancel.
  • Refer SLEEP MODE FUNCTION chart below.

  • Ceiling Fan speed and timer will gradually go down until the Ceiling Fan is OFF.
  • SLEEP MODE function is disabled at Speed 1 and 1 hour setting.
