Bag Sealer
The Bag Sealer is a machine designed for sealing bags in a safe and efficient manner. It is crucial to follow the operating and safety instructions provided in this manual to ensure proper usage and minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
Operating and Safety Instructions
- Always use safety equipment while operating the machine.
- Switch on the sealer using the switch on the wall, then turn on the switch located on the machine to the desired setting.
- Select the required lay flat size.
- Pull the lay flat through the clamp on the sealer to the desired length. Press the clamp down and hold until the red light goes out.
- Only cut off the bag after the red light has been deactivated. Use the attached safety knife for this purpose.
- Avoid placing fingers close to the weld bar to prevent burning.
- Do not use the machine unless you have been trained and authorized by the Manager/Setter.
