Important Safety Information
WARNING
Not for use with aggressive dogs. Do not use this product if your dog is aggressive, or if your dog is prone to aggressive behavior. Aggressive dogs can cause severe injury and even death to their owner and others. If you are unsure whether this product is appropriate for your dog, please consult your veterinarian or a certified trainer.
- For use with dogs over 6 months of age.
- Do not use when the dog or the collar is wet.
- Do not press and hold shock or vibrate for more than 10 seconds to avoid physical or psychological damage to your dog.
- Your dog should not vocalize or panic when receiving stimulation. If this happens, the stimulation level is too high and you need to go back to the previous level and repeat the process.
- Do not charge the device near any flammable substances.
- For dog use only. Not for use on children.
- This is not a toy, and should only be operated by a responsible adult.
CAUTION
For on-leash tra ining. Do not attach a leash to the training collar. Use a
regular collar in addition to the training collar.
Risk of skin damage. Please read and follow the instructions in this manual.
Proper fit of the collar is important. A collar worn for too long or made too
tight on the dog’s neck may cause skin damage. Ranging from redness to
pressure ulcers, this condition is commonly known as bed sores.
- Do not leave the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day.
- When possible reposition the collar on the dog’s neck every 1 to 2 hours.
- Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure, follow the instructions in this manual.
- Never connect a lead to the collar, it will cause excessive pressure on the contacts.
- Wash the dog’s neck area and the contact probes of the collar weekly with a damp cloth.
- Examine the contact area daily for signs of a rash or a sore.
- If a rash or sore is found, discontinue use of the collar until the skin has healed.
- If the cond ition persists beyond 48 hours, see your vete rinarian.
- The Receiver meets the IP67 waterproof rating, it can be submerged in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. If submerged and wet, please do not use it
- This product comes with conductive silicone covers, please ensure they are worn on the contact points before putting the Receiver on your dog and check for the presence of the silicone cover every hour.

Product Overview
Quick Start Guide
- Charge the Receiver and the Remote Transmitter for 3 hours with the doubleheaded Micro-USS cable from the package box.
Note: The charger, power bank and other charging devices shown in the above picture are not included in the box. And please use a charger with a SV output voltage.
- Make your dog sit down and fit the Receiver to your dog by leaving one finger space between the collar and your dog’s neck.
- Center the contact points underneath your dog’s neck, touch ing the skin.
- Turn on the receiver by short pressing the power button, beep and indicator lights green light.
- Turn off the receiver by short pressing the power button, beep and indicator lig hts red light once.
- Turn on the remote transmitter by pushing up the power switch.
- The LCD screen light now.
- Turn off the remote transmitter by pushing down the power switch.
- Press once “CH” to select one channel, which is Dog 1, Dog 2, Dog 3, and all three dogs.
- Short press once the lamp button to turn on the white light of receiver, then short press again to turn it off. Long press once the lamp button to flash the colored light, long press again to turn it off.
- Both can switch to each other.
- Press the knob to select the training mode (wa rn ing tone, vibration, static shock).
- When the screen flashes, rotate the knob to adjust the tone type of warning tone or intensity level of vibration and static shock.
- Press the warning tone button, the green indicator on the remote transmitter rapidly lights up.
- The receiver will deliver a warning tone, the green LED indicator on the receiver comes up simultaneously.
- You can rotate the knob to adjust the wraning tone type.
- Press the vi bration button, the green indicator on the remote transm itter rapidly lights up.
- The receiver will deliver a vibration, the green LED indicator on the receiver comes up simultaneously.
- You can rotate the knob to adjust the intensity level.
- Press the static shock button, the red indicator on the remote transmitter rapidly lights up.
- The receiver will deliver a static shock, the green LED indicator on the receiver comes up simultaneously.
- You can rotate the knob to adjust the intensity level.
- Short press the light button, the indicator on the receiver rapidly lights up the white light, snort press again, turn it off.
- Long press the light button, the indicator on the receiver rapidly lights up the colored lig ht, long press again, turn it off.
- White light state, long press to switch to color light.
- Color light state, short press to switch to white light.
Pairing Up
- The receiver is off. Press and hold the power button of receiver 1 second to enter the pairing mode, beep a long beep, and the green LED indicator light will light up. When the green LED indicator light start flashing, and pairing will begin.
- At this point, press the mode button (warning tone or vibration or static shock) on the remote transm itter, the receiver will beep a long beep, and the LED will light up green, indicating successful pairing.
- If the receiver does not receive a pairing signal within 15 seconds, it will automatically shut down.

- A: The dog training collar remote distance can reach 1000 meters without any interference and obstacles, but in our actual use, terrain, climate, vegetation, station, magnetic field, obstacles, other radio equipment, the strength of its own battery and other factors may all affect the effective distance of the remote control.
- Q: I want to test the static shock function with my hands, but it doesn’t work, is my method wrong?
- A: Please touch both the screw caps at the same time, touch one screw cap only will not conduct static electricity.
- Q: What should I do if my dog has red spots on the neck?
- A: Stop using the dog training collar and observe for several days. If symptoms persist over 48 hours, please consult the local veterinarian. If the dog’s skin returns to normal, we should also check it frequently when using the dog training collar.

- A: This will make the screw caps against dog’s neck. A separate collar is recommended for leashes.

- A: The lithium battery can be recharged 400 times.
- Q: Can my dog wear the collar receiver often?
- A: It is recommended to wear the collar on your dog for no more than 18 hours a day. If it is worn for a long time, please check it frequently.

- A: Training sessions should be kept positive and short, approximately 10-15 minutes each time will be better.
- Q: What’s the proper intensity level for the training mode to train my dog?
- A: Please find the most suitable intensity level for your dog. It is recommended to start from the lowest level, and not use big level to make the dog react strongly.
- Q: Any other good training methods?
- A: You can prepare some dog treats as training rewards, will be more effective when training. You can tell your dog what to do or not to do every time you stop a bad habit, and your dog will learn what you like and what you don’t like after long times training.
- Q: How long will it take to train my dog well?
- A: Correcting a bad habit or training it to obey your commands takes t ime, be patient with your dog.
- Q: The dog training collar doesn’t work, or the dog doesn’t respond after it is put on the dog’s neck. How can I troubleshoot the problem?
- A: Please check whether the devices are with battery.
- Please check whether the intensity levels have been adjusted.
- Please check whether the receiver is turned on.
- Please check whether you have accidentally pressed the remote transmitter signal channel button.
- Reconnect the signal between remote transmitter and receiver.
- Take off the receiver and check whether the three functions are okay.
- Make sure the receiver is in correct position and the collar strap isn’t worn too loosely.
- Please trim the dog’s excessively long hair, or use longer contact points.
