SIEMENS dNote Driver Pack

Product Information

The product is the dNote Driver Pack, version 3.5. It is a software package that provides device driver support for various medical devices. The driver pack is compatible with UniPOC version 1.6.4 and higher or UniPOC version 1.7.4 and higher. It also requires the latest release/patch of dNote version 3.2 or higher.

The dNote Driver Pack supports both unidirectional and bidirectional device drivers. The unidirectional device driver support includes Meditrac Patient Results, QC Results, Calibration Results, Proficiency Results (introduced with Driver Pack 2.5 device type specific), and Linearity Results (introduced with Driver Pack 2.5 device type specific).

The bidirectional device driver support includes Meditrac Patient Lists, Operator Lists, Location Lists, Reagent Lists, QC Lot Lists, Configurations per Device Type, and Comment Lists (introduced with Driver Pack 2.5).

Product Usage Instructions

To install the dNote Driver Pack 3.5, make sure you have UniPOC version 1.6.4 or higher or UniPOC version 1.7.4 or higher installed on your system. Additionally, ensure that you have the latest release/patch of dNote version 3.2 or higher.

After confirming the compatibility requirements, download the appropriate driver pack installation file for your device type from the provided list:

Piccolo – Download DLP_Piccolo.exe version 6.5.5.44013
AfinionAS100 – Download DLP_AfinionAs100.exe version 6.4.92.41492
Afinion2 – Download DLP_AfinionAs100.exe version 6.4.92.41492
AlereI – Download DLP_AlereI.exe version 6.4.57.41037
Emerald – Download DLP_CellDynEmerald.exe version 6.4.103.41037
and so on…

Once you have downloaded the appropriate driver pack installation file, run the executable file to start the installation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Note: Installing the dNote Driver Pack 3.5 against incompatible versions of UniPOC or dNote will result in the installer package programmatically cancelling the installation.

INSTRUCTION

This document includes release note information for Version 3.5 of the dNote Driver Pack.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Driver Pack 3.5 can only be installed against UniPOC 1.6.4 and higher or UniPOC 1.7.4 and higher, and the latest release/patch of dNote 3.2 or higher. Attempting to install against any other versions will result in the installer package programmatically cancelling the install attempt.
