Setup
To set up the iMM-6C for use, plug it into the USB-C of a supported device. If
desired, rotate the iMM-6C so that it props the entire device up and elevates
the microphone capsule off the work surface – this is the
“Kickstand” feature. Verify that the iMM-6C is functioning by attempting to
record sound using the host device.
Calibration
To deliver the most accurate results, a calibration file should be loaded into the software program being used for audio analysis. This calibration file is generated based on the serial number of our iMM-6C. To obtain your calibration file in text format (compatible with most audio analysis apps), visit DaytonAudio.com and navigate to the iMM-6C product page.
