Product Usage Instructions
- Disconnect the factory turn signal from behind the grille. Rotate the bulb assembly down and towards the center of the vehicle. Pull the bulb assembly out of the turn signal housing.
- Raise the hood and remove (6) plastic pop rivets. First, pull up on the center pin to disengage the rivets, then pull the entire pop rivet up and out of the grille.
- Pull the bottom of the grille away from the vehicle to disengage the metal clips on the bottom rear of the grille.
- Remove the factory undertray by releasing the plastic fasteners along the frame. Disconnect the factory fog lights and remove the front bumper.
- Remove the factory closeout panel by releasing the plastic fasteners along the frame rails.
- If installing on a 2012 to 2017 Wrangler, unbolt the factory vacuum pump and set it aside.
- Using a cutoff wheel, cut 2 inches off the frontmost tab of the vacuum pump mounting bracket.
- Drill a 5/16 inch hole through the cut vacuum pump mounting bracket, 1/2 inch from the cut edge. Deburr all sharp edges and coat exposed metal to prevent rust.
- Reinstall the grille on the vehicle and insert bulb assemblies into the turn signal housings.
- Loosely install the Winch Plate with supplied M10 hardware by inserting M10 Nut Plates in the opening of frame horns.
- If installing on a 2012 to 2017 Wrangler, using factory hardware, reattach the vacuum pump to the backmost mounting point and secure the front tab with a zip tie.
- Remove fog lights from the factory bumper and install them on the Spartan Front Bumper using supplied M4 hardware.

Installation Instruction

Remove factory under tray by releasing plastic fasteners along the frame. Disconnect the factory fog lights and remove the front bumper.

Remove the factory closeout panel by releasing plastic fasteners along the frame rails.
NOTICE- Proceed to Step 6 if installing on 2012 to 2017 Wrangler.
- Skip to Step 9 if installing on 2007 to 2011 Wrangler.

Unbolt the factory vacuum pump and set it aside.

Using the cutoff wheel, cut 2” off the frontmost tab of the vacuum pump mounting bracket.

Drill a 5/16” hole through the cut vacuum pump mounting bracket 1/2” from the cut edge.
- Deburr all sharp edges and coat exposed metal to prevent rust.

Reinstall the grille on the vehicle and insert bulb assemblies in turn signal housings.

Loosely install the Winch Plate with supplied M10 hardware by inserting M10 Nut Plates in the opening of frame horns.
NOTICE- Proceed to Step 11 if installing on 2012 to 2017 Wrangler.
- Skip to Step 12 if installing on 2007 to 2011 Wrangler.

Using factory hardware, reattach the vacuum pump to the backmost mounting point and secure the front tab with a zip tie.

Remove fog lights from the factory bumper and install them on the Spartan Front Bumper using supplied M4 hardware.

Loosely install Spartan Front Bumper and D-Shackle Tabs using supplied M12 hardware. M12 Nut Plates are designed for mounting behind the Winch Plate.

Fasten Spartan Front Bumper to Winch Plate using supplied M8 hardware. Tighten all fasteners and reconnect fog lights.

Install Overrider using supplied M8 hardware and nut plates.
If desired, apply the Badge Logo above the right D-Shackle Tab.
