Getting started with your Laptop

2.1Charging your Laptop
» You can charge your Laptop using the dedicated Type C charging port which is presentin the Laptop.

» Connect the Type C connector to the charging port of the Laptop and plug the chargerintoan AC power outlet.
» The Laptop has a constant Red LED indication when the Laptop is charging.
Theindicator turns Blue when the Laptopis completely charged.
2.2 Booting your Laptop for the First
Time Lift the laptop screen and press the power button (& to boot your laptop for thefirsttime.

2.3 Using your Keyboard
The laptop offers a full size keyboard with integrated multimedia keys. They are asfollows

2.4 Using your Trackpad
The Laptop offers a Spacious trackpad along with fingerprint sensor. The trackpad supports Windows 11 trackpad gestures. There are a list of windows gestures which aresupported by the laptop

Trackpad Functions

press down in the lower right corner
Show all open windows| Swipe with three fingers up on the touchpad
Show the desktop| Swipe with three fingers down on the touchpad
Switch between open apps or windows| Swipe with three fingers left or right on the touchpad
Switch desktops| Swipe with four fingers to the left or right on the touchpad

Getting Started with Windows

3.1 Setting up your Windows
Step 1: Turn on your Laptop and wait until the windows is completely booted into welcomescreen.
Step 2:Selectyour Countryand Language.

Step 3 : Select your Keyboard layout.

If you want to add an additional keyboard layout follow the below steps

Step 4: Setting up Internet
» Select the Wi-Fi Connection and press the connect button
(Tick the connect automatically option to auto connecttointernet on next boot up)
» Enter the password of the Wi-Fi connection

Step 5: Review End user license agreement

Step 6: Signintoyour Microsoft account

Step 10 : Setting up the privacy settings for your laptop
Select the privacy settings according to your preference and turn off the settings thatyoudon’t want toshare with Microsoft

Step 11 : Customize your Windows Experience

Customizing your windows
Step1: Right click on the desktop, Select Personalize Option
Step2: Select Background option to change your Desktop background
Step3: Select Colors option to change your Accent color
Step4: Select Background option to change your Desktop background
Setting up your Internet Connection
Step1: Open Settingsoption.
Step2: Under settings, Select network andinternet.
Step3: Under network and internet, Select Wi-Fioption.
Step4: Select Show available networks option and select the network that you wanttouse.
Step5: Enter password for the selected networkand clickon connect.
Now you are successfully connected to your laptop

BIOS Menu

BIOS stands for (basic input/output system). It is a Program which is used to start your Laptop after turning on your laptop.
4.1Entering into BIOS menu
» Pressthe delete button to enter into the BIOS menu.
